You will start out on the medium floor, and if you buy the higher floor tickets, there is another elevator to take you to the compete top. Beautiful views, we went at night to see all the lights of the city. Im sure it's just as beautiful to see it in the daytime as well.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right in Ginza, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, especially for luxury brands, with high-end boutiques at every turn. The only real highlight of the hotel is the view of Tokyo Tower from the lobby; otherwise, there's nothing particularly special about it. The staff were quite friendly. Despite me not speaking Japanese or English, the front desk used a translation device to communicate, making the check-in process very smooth. Given that it's Ginza, Tokyo, where space is at a premium, the room size was actually quite decent. Disposable slippers need to be requested from the front desk, while disposable toiletries are available for self-collection by the elevator. The toilet in my room didn't have an automatic flush function, and I'm unsure if this was the case for other rooms. Moreover, the flush was incredibly loud – loud enough to definitely wake up anyone sleeping if you used it in the middle of the night. Additionally, there were loud motorbikes passing by at night. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend contacting the hotel in advance to request a quieter room.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near Ginza, making it convenient to get anywhere. Subway stations are just a short walk in every direction. I stayed at this hotel for my entire three-day trip to Tokyo. The rooms are admittedly quite small; it would be impossible to open two suitcases simultaneously. However, that's often the case with Japanese hotels, and for this price and location, it's already quite good. The hotel building is quite tall, but the lobby and check-in area aren't particularly spacious. There's a restaurant downstairs, but I didn't try it, as there were countless delicious eateries in the vicinity. Daily housekeeping was provided, and the service was good overall.

Good rooms. Clean and not 100% comfortable stay. The only disappointment is the staff at the restaurants. On the day of our arrival, we barely managed to have dinner at a restaurant. At first, we were not allowed to enter the restaurant in the lobby because we had two teenagers in our family, aged 14 and 16, and the entrance was only open from 21:00. However, the biggest disappointment came the next day when we tried to book a table at a Japanese restaurant. The receptionist at the hotel started telling us about the dress code, which included no shorts, jeans, polos, or t-shirts. We took note, and the next day we dressed in evening gowns and suits, but we were surprised to see Japanese people in shorts and polos sitting with us.

I don’t have a picture unfortunately, reminder to self to document my life for the next generation to look at. Room is bigger than most hotel for the price. Value is great and stay is good. Check-in is self and a systemic approach as this hotel had a lot of rooms. First time self check in. Room did not include gym entry so I had to pay about $11 just for 2 hours usage. The gym is empty and equipments are just normal, no treadmill. They could have just included the gym in the price paid.

Fairly sized room with 3 single beds. I had a good rest at the hotel. Location is good as it is closed to the Keisei line to go to Narita airport. For who loves night life, it’s a great location. The hotel is very grand, featuring a spacious, elegantly decorated lobby with a distinctive centerpiece of purple-pink cockscomb flowers. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted by staff who took our luggage, escorted us to the front desk for check-in, and then delivered our bags to our room. The front desk staff were highly efficient, making both check-in and check-out incredibly fast. We had booked a room in the tower and were pleasantly surprised to be assigned a high-floor room with views of the Imperial Palace. Even though there's an elevated light rail line directly below with trains continuously passing, we only perceived minimal noise. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast is served on the 17th floor, the top floor of the main building. While the selection wasn't extensive, it more than made up for it with delicious food, excellent service, and superb views. The hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of Hibiya Park, the Imperial Palace, Tokyo Station, and Ginza. It's also about a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station, which was perfect for a post-dinner stroll to digest. We had a truly delightful stay.

I like this B&B very much!! I was worried before coming here because I had never stayed in a B&B in Japan, but I had a great time staying here for a few days^ ^. The stairs are a bit steep, you can ask the landlord to help you carry it. The public areas including the courtyard, kitchen, sink, bathroom and toilet are all clean and tidy (yes! Every public area is very clean!), although the Jianzhiju we stayed in is small, it has all the necessary facilities, it is also very clean and tidy, many small details are very interesting, and it is warm and comfortable to live in. Although it has been very cold and windy in Tokyo these days, the air-conditioned room is very warm. The landlord is enthusiastic and friendly, and he took the initiative to help a lot. He replied to emails very quickly, helped me carry the box and signed for the express delivery of the suitcase, and talked a lot about the experience of studying and living in Japan in the future. After getting off the bus at Nakamurabashi Station, I suggest you open the Amap navigation and search for Tokyo Ximei B&B. The walking navigation is very accurate (I don’t know why my Google map always wanders ( From the geographical point of view, although it takes a while to walk, it is very easy to walk from Nakamurabashi Station. It is very convenient to take the Seibu Ikebukuro Line. There is an accessible elevator at the exit. It is very interesting to take a slow walk. There are many fast food restaurants, convenience stores, drug stores, Yaoya, second-hand stores, bookstores, etc. along the way. Because I was busy with work, I didn’t finish shopping properly. It was really interesting to walk all the way. There was no need to worry about the daily necessities that were missing. It was easy to buy. If I must say that there is a flaw, it is that I can hear some people talking outside the door and the sound of water in the bathroom, but for me, it can adapt to my good sleep quality hh. This price B&B is very cost-effective in Tokyo at this time. I like this small house and cottage. Thanks to the boss and his family, it really makes people feel at home! Thank you, I would like to stay here and revisit the place if I have the opportunity to come to Nerima in the future.

Our family of four stayed here for two days and was very satisfied. The B&B was easy to find, and we arrived smoothly following the directions provided by the host. However, the B&B is on the second floor, so we had to carry our luggage up. Fortunately, we didn't have much luggage, and we felt more comfortable up there than on the first floor. The rooms were spacious and bright, and it felt a bit oversized for four of us! The two children had a children's room with toys, picture books, and a large screen to doodle on. We had our own room, which was very freeing. It was quiet at night, the room was well-blacked out, and without anyone disturbing us, we had a great sleep. The large TV in the living room was a delight for the kids, and watching Netflix together as a family was a wonderful way to spend some quality time. The kitchen was fully equipped, and although we mainly ate out during our trip, it would be more convenient next time if we were staying longer. The second and third floors each have a bedroom, bathroom, and desk, which was very convenient for my husband, who needs to use his computer when he's out, and we also had separate floors for the noisy kids. The host was very friendly. We added WeChat so we could contact him anytime, which was very reassuring. All in all, I am very satisfied and would like to choose here again next time I come!

This was my second stay in this hotel while the first time I found the hotel to be good value for money ratio .I don’t know what happened with the hotel this time , but the service level dropped . We arrived around two o’clock ( 1 hour before official check in time ) and the clerk didn’t agree to let us in although we mentioned that we came from far away with two little kids with one of them sleeping in my wife’s hands . The clerk said the room is being cleaned ( which I doubt ) and said come back at 3 sharp . When we came back , it had a huge line ( of those people who came earlier I guess ) picture attached and we spend almost one hour waiting in a line . Hope that the personal can get a better training on empathy and have better service values . The location is good and the breakfast choice is limited in the buffet . Rooms are not big .

It was already midnight when we got back to the hotel after watching the fireworks on our first night. After confirming with the front desk that they weren't serving food, we also inquired about nearby convenience stores. As we were preparing to leave, a female staff member at the front desk actually suggested we could order food delivery using Uber Eats. So, we went back to our room and placed an order. After doing so, we called the front desk again, and this time, a male staff member answered. We wanted to clarify if delivery drivers were allowed into the hotel, or if we needed to pick up the food from the lobby. To our surprise, the man curtly said, 'you don't eat anything in your room.' When we then asked if we could eat in the lobby instead, he responded, 'you must eat outside, can't eat anything in the hotel.' We immediately went online to various platforms to see if this was a common Japanese hotel rule we were unaware of. However, our research showed that absolutely no other hotel has such a requirement. What's more, a female staff member had *explicitly* told us we could order takeout in the first place! 🤷 Frankly, I can only interpret this incident as discrimination against Chinese guests.
