◆ How to use
- After booking, open the voucher and tap "E-ticket URL" to book tickets. You need to select the boarding/alighting location and departure time slot on the "E-ticket URL".
- This product must be booked within 90 days of purchase, otherwise the voucher will expire.
- ■ Action steps:
- 1. Please book your boarding and alighting points and departure time slot on the "e-ticket website". ※Note: The system only allows booking for ride dates within 30 days.
- Please arrive at the bus stop about 10 minutes before the departure time.
- Please show the QR code on the e-ticket to the bus station staff or bus driver.
Important notes
※To cancel, please complete the action on the bus reservation page at least 5 mins before departure. Late cancellations are not permitted.
The limousine bus operates on a seat reservation system. Boarding is not allowed once all seats are occupied, as standing is not permitted. The QR boarding pass for assigned seating will display the seat number. If no seat is assigned, please feel free to select a seat.
※QR ride tickets can also be used via screenshot. Free Wi-Fi is available on board.
This voucher is non-transferable. Transferred vouchers will be invalid.
Limousine buses are completely non-smoking.
As buses operate on roads (including highways), they may encounter traffic congestion during morning and evening working days or peak travel seasons, which could lead to delays. Please ensure you allow ample time when heading out.
Your luggage will be stored in the bus compartment, with a maximum of 2 pieces per person.
Please do not place the following items in your stored luggage. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by storage:
Valuable items such as cash, securities, precious metals, and collectibles; fragile items like cameras and glassware.
10. The following items must not be placed in luggage to be stored:
1) Explosives, flammable or combustible materials, corrosive substances, and other items that may endanger the safety of the bus and its passengers.
2) Pets (small birds, dogs, cats and other small animals) cannot be placed in luggage storage.
3) Stored luggage must not exceed 50×60×120 cm (please confirm with staff in advance). Each piece must weigh under 30 kg, with a maximum of 2 pieces per person.
