excellent location to the main street for shopping as well as JR/metro station. Supermarket and convenience stores are just downstairs. a great place to stay !

As a five-star hotel, it boasts an excellent location and a super luxurious lobby. Situated on the 16th floor, the lobby offers breathtaking views of Tokyo Tower and Rainbow Bridge. However, the front desk staff were completely unsmiling and unfriendly towards guests. Upon reaching our room floor, we noticed the hallway carpet was tattered, and the room's decor was dated. The light switches and bathroom shelves were covered in dust. Location of the hotel is excellent and is within close proximity to major establishments/shopping areas in the Ginza area. There is a convenient store ("Natural Lawson") on the ground floor of the building. I booked the Standard Room with Queen Bed as I was worried that the Standard Room with Single Bed would be too cramped. I'm glad I made that decision. At about 20sq.m., the room is spacious and comfortable enough for one person but may be slightly cramped for a couple. Then again, hotel rooms in Japan tend to be small in general. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the amenities were sufficient. The lobby of the hotel is located on the 16/F of the building, and the guestrooms are located from 17/F up, so you get a very nice view of the Ginza area. I didn't try the breakfast on this trip, but I've heard nice things about that. Will definitely try that next time. Recommended.

I had a pleasant stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier. The room was a decent size, especially by Tokyo standards, and felt comfortable throughout my stay. The view from the room was lovely and made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were consistently polite, professional, and welcoming, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room is small but has everything you need; you won't be able to open a large suitcase in it. The location is good, just a few steps from a 24-hour Don Quijote, and a 5-10 minute walk to Ginza. It's a bit far from the subway, which is inconvenient if you're carrying luggage. The price isn't cheap, over 2000 without breakfast.
