This is an older five-star hotel, so some of the facilities are a bit dated. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good, and it's super convenient for dining with a commercial area right downstairs. I specifically chose a hotel with a pool, but it was absolutely packed with people – all taking swimming lessons from outside, not many hotel guests at all. It was so crowded I couldn't even swim. For a five-star hotel to outsource its facilities like that, it really detracts from the guest experience. If I had known, I would have picked a different, newer hotel.

A convenient choice for visiting Macau. It's a short walk to the Gongbei Port. The hotel rooms are decent, offering good value for money. The hotel has three restaurants: a Cantonese one, a Western pizza place, and a buffet. Guests get a 12% discount, but it seems even cheaper to use Dianping (a popular Chinese review app). I tried the Cantonese restaurant; the food was alright. The vegetable soup was good, but the roasted meat platter was too fatty. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

The hotel's location is a unique advantage; it's very close to the Border Gate, which is super convenient. Right outside the hotel, to the right, there's an escalator entrance that leads to underground shops, making it easy to get to the border crossing without worrying about sun or rain. The staff were very welcoming and upgraded us to a twin room for free. They even have a delivery robot that brings takeout right to your room, which is really handy. My only minor gripe is that the room lighting felt a bit too dim; it would be better if it were a bit brighter, hahaha!

This was an impromptu getaway. I stumbled upon this hotel the night before and saw there were still rooms available online, so I booked a Club Suite. When we arrived, the room was already prepared, allowing for an immediate check-in without any wait. The hotel exceeded my expectations; the room was spacious and tidy. The Executive Lounge was also quite good, with a decent selection of drinks, and if you're looking for a simple dinner, it's more than sufficient. Even for dining out, it's convenient; the hotel itself has restaurants, and there are plenty of eateries in the adjacent commercial area. On our departure day, we specifically went to the hotel's second-floor tea house, and the food was delicious. The hotel's location is excellent; it took us about 10 minutes by taxi to get to Hengqin Port. The hotel's room service is very attentive. The day before, I asked a staff member for a few bottles of water, and when we returned from sightseeing the next day, there were plenty of mineral water bottles in the room, along with a note from the staff reminding us to stay hydrated in the hot weather. A special thanks to Nicole at the front desk for being so warm and thoughtful; she always responded promptly to our questions. We're planning to make this our go-to hotel whenever we visit Zhuhai. It's perfect whether you're going to Macau for shopping or just for a relaxing vacation.

The hotel's exterior design is simple yet stylish, and the ocean-themed decor in the lobby is exquisite, creating a joyful atmosphere. The Sailor's Buffet breakfast offered a decent variety of choices and was excellent overall – delicious food, a wide selection, and great facilities. The staff were also incredibly warm and enthusiastic, demonstrating a professional and engaging service attitude. They were truly wonderful. Our entire stay was worry-free. Concierge luggage storage was free, and there was plenty of free parking. The package deal was very cost-effective. Our room was cozy and comfortable with excellent amenities; both the air conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly. The Spaceship Theme Park was a lot of fun, making the package deal well worth it. The room was spacious, bright, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, feeling lovely against the skin, and the bathroom was large and impressive. Overall, the Spaceship Hotel was very nice. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The hotel shuttle bus was super convenient! The location was easy to get to, and the security staff were very diligent, ensuring the resort was safe. There's a dedicated entrance for hotel guests into the park, so we could easily pop back to the hotel to rest whenever we got tired before heading back out to play – a real lifesaver when traveling with kids! Going to the Ocean Kingdom and the circus was a breeze with the free shuttle bus. The room's bathroom had a child's toilet seat, a step stool for kids, child-sized bathrobes, and slippers. Hot water was instant, the drains worked perfectly, and the room walls were pristine! This is an ideal choice for family trips. My experience this time was 100% satisfactory, and the package deal was fantastic. I'll definitely be back!

All the facilities were very well-maintained. The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in was fast, and any issues were promptly resolved. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for both getting around and dining, with a wide variety of restaurants nearby. The hotel's interior cleanliness is good, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are very polite. The cleaning ladies on each floor always greet guests courteously whenever we meet. The hotel breakfast offers a good variety. A small detail I appreciated is that the toiletries in the shower are fixed and locked, which makes them feel more secure. Plus, the toiletries have a pleasant, subtle scent, not like cheap artificial fragrances. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. As for the drawbacks: 1. The TV is quite small; it's too far to watch comfortably from the bed, and there's no screen casting, which might not be ideal for younger guests. 2. Perhaps due to the recent rainy season, the overall humidity is very high, leading to a slight odor issue in the bathroom. If you open the window for ventilation, the room becomes quite damp. So, it's essential to keep the bathroom door closed and run the air conditioning on dehumidify mode to alleviate the smell.

So happy to be back at Zhuhai Chimelong again! Even after all these years, the room is still clean and bright. The complimentary mini-bar and water station are a nice touch. The dolphins in the dolphin pool are so lively and adorable, actively interacting with guests. Watching the flamingos on Flamingo Island is also incredibly beautiful. Beyond the classic ocean-themed lobby, check-in and check-out were seamless with no waiting. The pool and water world offer a wide variety of options and are open all day. The gym equipment is new, and there's even a self-service laundry room. With diverse dining choices like evening tea, afternoon tea, and buffets, plus shuttle buses and boat tours, everything from dining to accommodation and transportation is incredibly convenient. Besides the amusement rides, we absolutely loved the marine animals at the Ocean Kingdom. The newly added Spaceship Park is also fantastic. In addition to the rides, it educates and entertains through various means like pictures and models, conveying knowledge about environmental protection, the ocean, and marine animals. The indoor venues are perfect for rainy days or extreme heat. We had a wonderful three-day, two-night stay!

This time, I stayed at the InterContinental Hotel in Zhuhai. I've traveled extensively and stayed in many different hotels, but the InterContinental remains my favorite, especially for its unobstructed view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. I was a bit disappointed not to catch the sunrise this morning, but the view truly is unbeatable. The breakfast spread was incredibly generous, and the executive lounge offers not only afternoon tea but also evening happy hour, with all the food being delicious. I want to give a special shout-out to Doris. I remember her name because we were in and out of the executive lounge quite a bit. My husband and I enjoy staying active, so whenever we're at a hotel, we spend most of our time around and within the hotel, doing things like working out and swimming. This meant frequent visits to the executive lounge for drinks or to ask questions. Doris was consistently enthusiastic and helpful in answering all our inquiries. Today, when we checked out, she even went out of her way to make me an orange-C Americano. So, next time I'm in Zhuhai, I'll definitely choose the InterContinental again. Thank you again, Doris!

I think this is a good hotel. But it’s really out-of-the-way. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood though, so I like that it’s not noisy at night. I really like how comfortable the king size bed was. It’s pretty clean as well, but some of the furniture is old. There is a slight moldy smell in the room because they gave me a smoker’s room. I just slept with the window open. Overall, I think this is a good hotel, but I just prefer a more modern look.

I went with a few friends this time. First, let's talk about the hotel's location. Although it's not in the bustling city center, a good stay prioritizes peace and comfort. This location is perfect for that. It faces the Macau Tower directly, which looks great for photos at night. There are also attractions nearby, definitely worth checking out. The guy at the front desk who checked us in was also very nice, sorry I didn't catch his name. We booked a sea-view suite, and the room was very clean. It even had two bathrooms. The large balcony was also fantastic, great for enjoying the view and taking pictures. All in all, it was perfect. The hotel is indeed quite close to Gongbei Port, but I spent a long time looking for the shuttle bus and couldn't find it. I'd recommend taking a taxi; dragging luggage for even a short walk is tough (don't ask me how I know 😣). The hotel reception service was great. We received complimentary welcome drinks, and the bellhop helped with our luggage and even arranged a taxi for us. When we checked out, luggage storage was no problem, and a staff member named Twinsen thoughtfully offered us some water. The lobby also had a nice ambiance. The surrounding amenities are relatively limited. It takes about 7-8 minutes to walk to a convenience store. We relied on taxis for getting around, especially with the scorching heat in July. There was also some ongoing construction nearby. Breakfast was good; I'd recommend the preserved egg and lean pork congee and fish balls. During our meal, I casually offered a suggestion to the restaurant, and a female restaurant manager proactively approached us, offered freshly squeezed juice, and assured us they would improve their service quality. This level of service definitely stands out.

The room was beautiful and clean, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Truly five-star service! Since we were traveling with kids, they even gave us complimentary 'Toto' slippers, a 'Toto' tent, and a 'Toto' doll for them. My kids were thrilled and said Galaxy was the most fun! ^_^ Haha. Our whole family went on a trip, and after a lot of comparison, the kids weren't too picky about the hotel, so we chose this one in the old town. Right outside the door is a popular photo spot. It's quite convenient to get to St. Paul's Ruins, and you can also walk to the Grand Lisboa to catch a taxi, though it's not very pleasant with luggage when the weather is hot. The breakfast can't compare to a luxury hotel, but it's still decent. The service is what really deserves praise; they're quite enthusiastic. The front desk can exchange currency. Personally, I think if you plan to rely mainly on taxis, it's better to stay at a hotel that provides them. If you don't mind taking taxis, this is a good choice.

At just over 600 RMB a night, this was the cheapest hotel I've booked in years. I braced myself for the worst, but it actually wasn't bad at all. The room was spacious, and the staff were friendly. Aside from the sink being a bit awkwardly designed, making it hard to wash my hands comfortably, the rest of the experience met my expectations for the price. What more could you ask for? It's very close to the ferry terminal; I walked to the hotel in about 10 minutes after arriving from Hong Kong. While transportation is a bit far from the hotel, you can always take a taxi. Honestly, though, next time I'm just sticking to Taipa Island. The locals in old Macau really aren't that friendly towards mainlanders. The hotel staff, however, were all great – my comment about friendliness is specifically about my experiences outside the hotel.

As soon as we entered the lobby, the front desk staff at check-in were very enthusiastic! They even upgraded our room! We were so touched! The room was great and very quiet! The sea view was private yet open. We originally booked without breakfast, but my family suggested we eat breakfast before heading back, so we bought two breakfast buffets at the lobby service desk. There were so many food choices, and the taste was excellent! A really good experience 👍 Hope to come again next time ☺️

This was my first time staying at an Ascott hotel, and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The front desk staff were professional, warm, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The biggest surprise was getting two complimentary breakfasts (simple but tasty!). The hotel is apartment-style, equipped with a coffee machine, induction cooker, washing machine, and even dishes and cutlery, so you can do laundry and cook. The drinks in the fridge were also complimentary. The hotel's location is convenient, right across from the MGM. Traveling after the May Day holiday, the price was fantastic 😎. I hope to find such great prices again for future stays.
