I recently had the pleasure of staying at zhuhai charming holiday hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was truly outstanding. Impeccable Front Desk Service A special shout-out to the front desk team, particularly 柳雅琪 for their warm welcome and professional service. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met with a genuine smile. Their local recommendations and helpful attitude made me feel right at home. The hotel facilities are equally impressive. Everything was modern, well-maintained, and designed with guest comfort in mind. I especially enjoyed the tub which was spotlessly clean and offered a fantastic atmosphere to relax. Overall, it was a wonderful stay thanks to the perfect combination of excellent service and high-quality amenities. I look forward to returning soon!

My family and I specifically came to Hengqin to visit Chimelong, and after comparing several five-star hotels, we ultimately chose the Hyatt Regency Hengqin. Our overall stay exceeded expectations, and I must give a special shout-out to Nicole at the front desk. On the day of our arrival, the hotel was very busy with many people queuing, but Nicole remained calm and organized throughout, efficiently handling the check-in process and ensuring we didn't have to wait for a long time. Knowing we were there for leisure, she proactively provided a free shuttle bus schedule, clearly differentiating the departure points and times for routes going to Hengqin Port and the Chimelong Resort. She also shared tips on affordable food at Pangdu Plaza and niche photo spots, saving us a lot of time on planning. Her explanation of the Regency Club's afternoon tea and evening happy hour was clear, and her tone was gentle and friendly, without any standardized, perfunctory language. Our room was spacious, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a very peaceful night's sleep. Throughout our stay, whether it was for check-in inquiries or later for luggage storage and borrowing a charger, Nicole responded quickly and handled everything patiently. The warmth of a hotel often shines through the small details of its front desk service, and Nicole's professional and heartwarming hospitality truly doubled our happiness on this trip. Next time my friends and I visit Hengqin, we will definitely choose the Hyatt Regency Hengqin again.

A Truly Exceptional Family-Friendly Stay at Hengqin Chimelong Spaceship Hotel! We stayed for 3D2N at the Hengqin Chimelong Spaceship Hotel with my husband and our son, and we were genuinely impressed by the thoughtful design and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The moment we stepped out of the lift, we were immediately captivated by the beautiful ocean-themed décor. The stunning ceiling and wall artwork featuring marine creatures created an immersive underwater atmosphere that excited both adults and children. When we entered our room, we discovered so many thoughtful touches designed especially for families with young children. The bathroom was equipped with a sturdy children’s step stool with anti-slip rubber at the bottom, making it safe and easy for little ones to brush their teeth independently. There was also a child-sized toilet seat, and even the shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap were specially prepared for kids. These small details truly show how much the hotel understands the needs of families with young kids. Safety has clearly been well considered too. The corners of the bedside tables and TV console were all rounded to help prevent children from bumping into sharp edges. The sofa was designed with comfort and safety in mind, and the ocean-themed window decals added a fun and cheerful touch to the room. Stepping onto the balcony, we were pleasantly surprised to find a clothes rack, which was perfect for hanging our son’s clothes after washing them. Even the safety reminder stickers on the mirror, cautioning guests about the hot water, reflected the hotel’s commitment to guest safety. Every detail, no matter how small, demonstrated the hotel’s dedication to creating a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for families with children. Hengqin Chimelong Spaceship Hotel is truly one of the most kid-friendly hotels we have ever stayed in. We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend it to any family travelling with young children. We can’t wait to visit again!

I chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel for a short weekend trip to Zhuhai with my family, and our two-day, one-night stay was absolutely perfect – well worth it! The hotel's location is a huge plus, right next to all the Chimelong theme parks, very close to Ocean Kingdom and the Circus City. It's incredibly convenient for transportation, saving a lot of time on commuting, which is ideal for a short getaway. The hotel itself is massive, with beautiful garden landscaping, lush greenery, and vibrant flowers complemented by sea views, offering spectacular natural scenery. The overall decor is high-end and grand, with a distinct ocean theme that really sets the atmosphere. Both the lobby and guest rooms are exquisitely decorated and well-maintained, not outdated. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with a practical layout and ample storage, so there's no crowding with luggage or while moving around. The indoor ventilation is excellent, making the air fresh and comfortable, leading to a very pleasant stay. The hotel features an Instagram-famous water park with various attractions, including a shallow area for kids and a lazy river, offering incredible fun that could easily fill half a day. The breakfast buffet has extended hours, and dishes are continuously replenished and never run out. There's a wide variety of Chinese and Western cuisine to suit all tastes. The staff provides attentive and thoughtful service, quickly responding to any requests with a gentle and patient attitude. It's a perfect escape from the fast pace of city life, allowing for immersive relaxation and a superb leisure atmosphere. The value for money is outstanding, making it highly recommended for a weekend short break – definitely worth repeat visits!

First off, a huge shout-out to the excellent service at Renaissance! Whether it was calling a taxi, helping with luggage, or sending a package, their response was always prompt. Secondly, the location is fantastic, right next to UniPark, which is super convenient. Lastly, I have to praise the hotel's pool. While the water wasn't crystal clear, the design is beautiful, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows make for a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for both getting around and dining, with a wide variety of restaurants nearby. The hotel's interior cleanliness is good, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are very polite. The cleaning ladies on each floor always greet guests courteously whenever we meet. The hotel breakfast offers a good variety. A small detail I appreciated is that the toiletries in the shower are fixed and locked, which makes them feel more secure. Plus, the toiletries have a pleasant, subtle scent, not like cheap artificial fragrances. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. As for the drawbacks: 1. The TV is quite small; it's too far to watch comfortably from the bed, and there's no screen casting, which might not be ideal for younger guests. 2. Perhaps due to the recent rainy season, the overall humidity is very high, leading to a slight odor issue in the bathroom. If you open the window for ventilation, the room becomes quite damp. So, it's essential to keep the bathroom door closed and run the air conditioning on dehumidify mode to alleviate the smell.

The location is OK, but there is a bit of traffic jam due to the recent road construction. The parking lot is large, the hotel is easy to find, and the decoration is also good. I stayed on the 19th floor. The air circulation was a bit stuffy, but it was very quiet. The room was OK, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was very cool. The only drawback was that the makeup mirror was broken and could not be supported. It was very convenient to leave the car in the hotel and take a taxi to go out. The hotel is very close to the Ruins of St. Paul's. You can easily walk through the alleys and grab a bite to eat on your way there. If you're coming from Hong Kong, take the ferry to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. There are no free shuttle buses from there anymore, but a taxi ride only takes about 15 minutes and costs 55 MOP. Many taxi drivers will try to charge you a 1:1:1 exchange rate for MOP, HKD, and RMB, so it's a good idea to have some cash on hand. This is my second time staying at The Venetian, and it's just as amazing as my first visit years ago! It's always bustling and popular. You can get to the hotel in about ten minutes from the Hengqin Port by taking their free shuttle. The hotel's internal walkways connect to popular attractions like The Parisian, The Londoner, and the Shoppes at Four Seasons. It's also a short walk to Rua da Cunha. The Grand Canal Shoppes on the third floor are still very lively, with various performances and food options that keep you entertained! The air conditioning is also incredibly strong! I especially want to commend and thank Mr. Andy, the very gentlemanly front desk staff member. He was so enthusiastic and proactive in understanding our needs. Seeing that we had a child with us and it would be inconvenient, he upgraded our room type. Getting to the hotel from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Macau border requires taking a taxi or bus, so transportation isn't very convenient. Facilities: A bit old, but seems well-maintained. Much better than some other hotels I've stayed at. Cleanliness: For an older hotel, it was surprisingly clean. Environment: Located in the heart of old Macau, there isn't much of a view from the window, but the room itself was quite spacious. Service: The front desk staff was very professional and answered all my questions. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I had anticipated some potential issues, especially since the room rate was higher for a weekend compared to other times. This hotel is truly a resort! The only drawback is the lack of a dedicated shuttle, but you can use the Sands Macao's shuttle service. From the airport, take the shuttle to The Parisian Macao, then go downstairs to catch the Sands shuttle. If it's late, you can take a shuttle from The Parisian, The Venetian, or The Londoner to the Taipa Ferry Terminal, as the Sands shuttle there runs until midnight. Once you get off at the Sands, you can walk directly through the long corridor – one way leads to the hotel lobby, and the other goes straight to the resort facilities. The staff are polite and speak fluent Chinese. On the first night, the kids next door were quite noisy. I called the front desk, and they immediately intervened, and it quieted down instantly. The next morning, I wanted to change rooms. The front desk readily agreed, but after checking, they found the noisy guests had already checked out, so I decided not to move. However, the front desk assured me they would help if needed. The next day, I went swimming; the outdoor pool was clean, and there were hot tubs and even a waterslide, which was fun for adults too! When checking in, I was carrying a large suitcase and my phone, along with many other items. A staff member saw me but no one offered to help, not even to push my luggage into the lobby. 2. The hotel reception doesn't allow external food deliveries. I wasn't informed of this during check-in. I'm not sure if the delivery person was told, but the front desk doesn't check which room an order belongs to by name, nor do they instruct the delivery person to leave it elsewhere. My phone had no signal locally, so the delivery person couldn't reach me and left the food at the front desk. Within a mere fifteen minutes, it was cleared away by a cleaning staff member, mistaken for trash... Although the front desk staff helped me look for it, they were extremely impatient, as if it had nothing to do with them. If you plan to order takeout at this hotel, I recommend getting a local SIM card beforehand, otherwise, your food might be thrown away, even if you go down to pick it up in just ten minutes.

I have stayed at the Macau Legend Palace Hotel many times, and each visit has left me with a deeply positive impression of both the overall living environment and the hotel's comprehensive service standards. The front desk staff's service particularly stands out. They are thoughtful and warm towards guests, always smiling, humble, and sincere. Every time I check in, the staff handles the procedures meticulously and efficiently, with attention to every detail, ensuring a smooth and comforting experience that always makes me feel at home after a long journey. Their solid professional skills and heartfelt service philosophy are truly the hotel's shining service hallmark. The hotel's facilities are equally outstanding. The living environment is tranquil and elegant, the rooms are well-equipped and immaculately maintained, and the parking lot is well-planned, making it very convenient for those traveling by car. As a long-time returning guest, I genuinely appreciate the hotel's consistent commitment to quality. The frontline staff's dedicated and meticulous approach to guest service not only reflects their excellent professional qualities but also fully showcases the Legend Palace Hotel's high-quality service foundation. It's truly commendable and deserves widespread praise. Room 696, Mr. Zeng July 5, 2026

This was my first time staying at an Ascott hotel, and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The front desk staff were professional, warm, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The biggest surprise was getting two complimentary breakfasts (simple but tasty!). The hotel is apartment-style, equipped with a coffee machine, induction cooker, washing machine, and even dishes and cutlery, so you can do laundry and cook. The drinks in the fridge were also complimentary. The hotel's location is convenient, right across from the MGM. Traveling after the May Day holiday, the price was fantastic 😎. I hope to find such great prices again for future stays.

Facilities: The facilities are decent, though the shower equipment is a bit old. Hygiene: The hygiene is good, everything is quite clean, and they tidy up every day. Environment: The environment is nice, the hotel smells pleasant and feels very comfortable. There are also many good restaurants nearby, just a five-minute walk away, including delicious sour and spicy noodles and mango sago. Service: The service is excellent. They help with luggage and even assist with getting a taxi, which is really great.
