The room was clean and tidy, and the fireworks-view room offered a great view, perfect for watching the display. The dolphins, orcas, and penguins at Chimelong were a hit with the kids, and the shows were spectacular. The buffet breakfast was lavish, and the New Year's Eve buffet dinner was truly luxurious, featuring lobster, sea cucumber, a wide array of delicacies, and of course, essential dumplings – it was fantastic. Room service was also excellent, with reasonable prices, making it a great option after a tiring day of fun. We also checked out the orca restaurant at the Spaceship Park; dining while watching the orcas was an incredible experience. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay for three days and two nights. The hotel paid great attention to every detail. Kids celebrating their birthday that month even received a commemorative luggage tag, which made them very happy.

The whole hotel is brimming with a penguin theme, from the lobby to the rooms, with adorable elements everywhere. My child was so excited from the moment we walked in. The hotel has everything you need for dining, entertainment, and play. There are plenty of restaurant options, making it super convenient for meals, taking the kids out, and buying snacks and toys. Plus, it’s a short walk directly to the park, so getting around is incredibly easy. Upon check-in, kids receive a special welcome gift, which is such a thoughtful touch. They also have a fun stamp collection activity where you can collect stamps by checking in at various spots around the hotel. Once you collect them all, you can redeem them for exclusive small gifts. My child actively explored the hotel throughout our stay and had a blast, feeling a great sense of accomplishment. The service is attentive and thoughtful, children's amenities are complete, and the hygiene is clean and comfortable. The value for money is outstanding. My child didn't want to leave, making this an absolute gem of a family-friendly hotel that's worth a second visit. Highly recommended for families with children!

The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean. The staff were all really warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Overall, I had a fantastic stay. Being able to easily enter and exit the scenic area from the hotel was incredibly convenient for exploring. The dinner buffet had a great variety of dishes, and it was fun to watch the penguins while eating. Breakfast was also plentiful, though it was an extra charge, which I didn't think was too expensive.

Honestly, if you're going to Chimelong with kids, Penguin Hotel is definitely the best choice. We booked a package that included the hotel, the park, and Chimelong Show. The front desk upgraded our room, and my baby absolutely loved it. The hotel pays great attention to detail, from the safety rails to the small toilet seat. What really surprised me was the sterilizer cabinet – it's incredibly helpful for babies who still drink formula and also great for anyone who's a bit of a clean freak, as you can sterilize all the cups in your room! I really loved that detail. The hotel is right next to Ocean Kingdom, with direct access to the park. Some rooms even have a view of the fireworks, and you can also watch them from the fountain plaza outside. It's so convenient to bring the kids back to the hotel to rest anytime they get tired from playing during the day. The hotel's buffet restaurant even has penguins you can watch while you eat – it's just fantastic. I'll definitely stay at Penguin Hotel again next time I visit Chimelong.

Even on a weekday, the lobby was bustling, but check-in and luggage storage were still seamless. We stayed in a 'Polar Family Room' and even caught a glimpse of some small fireworks at night. I imagine from a higher floor, you'd get a panoramic view of the fireworks. The package included one free ticket to 'Taolebao' (a children's play area), and we paid an additional 30 RMB for a half-price ticket for the second child, so both elementary schoolers played until they didn't want to leave. We also had the buffet at the Penguin Emperor Restaurant, which leaned towards Chinese cuisine. The variety was truly impressive, and there was even a 'kids' island.' Even our pickiest eater was full, which I think makes it excellent value for money, as it's not often you get to dine while watching penguins. We ordered a 38 RMB bolognese pasta for room service, and both kids polished it off. The customer service staff were all great at greeting my children... In short, for the first time, a perfectionist like me couldn't find a single flaw with a hotel. And the package booking through Trip.com was convenient and offered great value. A very satisfying trip!

The concierge service is also thoughtful and attentive; you can ask questions online anytime, and they even send daily reminders of park show times and weather, which is a really nice touch. Both the diverse deliciousness at the Emperor Penguin Buffet Restaurant and the exquisite dishes at the Food Street Restaurant are absolutely mouth-watering. The room view is fantastic too, offering panoramic beautiful scenery outside the window. The hotel's entertainment facilities are so abundant they're dazzling. When checking out, you simply drop your room card into the express check-out box, no need to go to the counter, which is convenient, fast, and saves a lot of time. The entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was very smooth. I highly recommend everyone stay at the Penguin Hotel. It's very convenient and fun when traveling with kids, and the hotel service is also very thoughtful. All in all, this is a highly recommended hotel!

The hotel itself is brimming with whimsical touches, making me feel like a kid again alongside my little one. Dining at the Emperor Penguin restaurant, we got to enjoy breakfast with penguins – what an experience! Every staff member was genuinely attentive. The hotel's shuttle bus was super convenient for getting to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom – no need to worry about finding our own transport. The driver was friendly and helpful, even assisting with our luggage and giving us tips on the park's attractions. Check-in was a breeze; the staff were welcoming and proactive, offering to help with our many bags and showing us to our room. Our room was cozy and charming, and the little penguin decorations were a lovely touch – my child was thrilled as soon as we walked in! The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Free parking was a big plus for us since we drove; the parking attendant was attentive and reminded us to lock our car. We ended the day watching the fireworks show at the Fountain Square, which, combined with the light display, was absolutely spectacular. My child loved it!
