InterContinental Zhuhai

Stayed two nights in Zhuhai before heading to Macau for the World Cup. Arrived late at night, but the front desk staff was still very enthusiastic. The hotel breakfast was decent, but dinner was even better, and guests get a discount, so it's good value for money. The sea view room offered breathtaking views, especially at night. It's a shame the weather was cloudy, so I missed the sunrise. However, the best part was how patient and proactive all the hotel staff were. Overall, a fantastic stay.

I had a wonderful stay and the hotel service far exceeded my expectations. They proactively contacted me before arrival to confirm my check-in time, which was incredibly thoughtful. Upon reaching the hotel, the staff member handling our check-in was very professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly. They even proactively upgraded our room, which was a delightful surprise. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent overall hygiene. My favorite part was definitely the room's sea view – I could watch the beautiful sunrise in the morning and also enjoy the view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. It was a truly unforgettable experience. Special thanks to Doris and Froya, the managers at the Executive Lounge on the 35th floor. They were incredibly polite, attentive, proactive, and thoughtful. Throughout my entire stay, I felt their professional yet warm service, which made this trip even more perfect. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was spotless and incredibly spacious, with a huge bed. They provided a great selection of fruit and the minibar was well-stocked. The beachfront view was absolutely stunning. The front desk service was excellent, and they were very thorough with all the necessary information and reminders.

The hotel's location is superb, facing the sea with views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and Macau. Just outside the hotel is Lovers' Avenue, perfect for an evening stroll with the family, enjoying the gentle sea breeze – truly relaxing and pleasant. The hotel facilities are high-end, and the service is first-class, meticulously catering to guests' needs. I highly recommend staying at the InterContinental in Zhuhai; you won't regret it.

Both the facilities and service are great, and the buffet restaurant is also very good. There was a minor issue during my stay, but it was handled promptly and well. All the staff members were very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

The hotel was fantastic! The lovely lady at the front desk, Ruonan, upgraded us to a sea-view room for free. It was my husband's birthday, and the hotel was so thoughtful, sending afternoon tea to our room. We were so happy! We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. Thumbs up! 👍

The room view was fantastic, I'm very satisfied. It was also very clean, and the service was excellent, a special thanks to Rona. The hotel even provided complimentary fruit, and we received a cake at the buffet. I'll definitely be back!

This hotel is a joke, really. The room doors aren't soundproof, and even the slightest noise from the corridor woke me up. I barely slept all morning. When I checked out at noon, I mentioned it to the front desk staff, but they just ignored me. Then, in the afternoon around 3 PM, they called for a follow-up. I told them I hadn't slept because of the noise all morning, and they started promising me an upgrade and gifts if I stayed again, asking me not to leave a review this time. Next time? They ignored me this time, so why would I come back? If you want good reviews, just provide good service. Trying to avoid problems by making empty promises is completely unacceptable.
