Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel

The hotel staff offered good service, and the suite's amenities were nice. The lobby is also grand, clearly a well-established five-star hotel built when the real estate market was booming... But the downsides are just as significant: the food is absolutely, horrendously bad! They clearly put no effort into it! How can a Guangdong hotel serve such uninspired breakfast and lounge food? I stayed for 5 days, and the breakfast and lounge offerings never changed. The lounge even served plain white rice to fob people off... Seriously? People are booking your suites with real money during the May Day holiday, and this is how you cut costs?? Do you think your business is too good? Food is part of your service, and you're serving guests such terrible food? Even if the lounge main dishes are uninspired, the fruit and desserts are even worse... I'm truly fed up. Also, the air conditioning in the suite wasn't very cold. On top of that, I had 'Do Not Disturb' on while taking a nap and was woken up by a call from housekeeping. ***I finally fell asleep, and I had 'Do Not Disturb' on, yet they still called me?? How are they trained...? When the higher-end rooms are fully booked, they're still thinking about how to cut costs, completely disregarding the experience of guests who pay good money for suites. This kind of hotel management is truly speechless. The software (management) doesn't live up to the hotel's excellent hardware and the good service attitude of the frontline staff. I probably won't choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhuhai :(

I have a soft spot for this hotel; even though there are other options nearby, I keep coming back. However, there are always issues, maybe I'm just too demanding. 1. Upon arrival, the bellhop didn't help with my luggage because I came by taxi, while others arrived in luxury cars. 2. Check-in was smooth, and they even upgraded my room. However, I had specifically noted before arrival that the room shouldn't have any strange smells, but it had a musty odor. The duty manager offered to move me to another room, but I really didn't want to, as I had already unpacked everything. 3. Housekeeping later provided an air purifier, but the smell persisted until I checked out. 4. Before going to bed, I wanted to wash my feet, but when I turned on the faucet, the water came from the rain shower, getting me completely wet. Washing my feet turned into taking a shower. Housekeeping really needs to ensure that the shower is directed towards the handheld showerhead.

I got upgraded to a sea-view room, which directly faces the ocean. Waking up to that view each morning was wonderful! There's also a swimming pool downstairs, which is great for a workout. Plus, you can get discounts of up to 22% at restaurants, entertainment, and shops at Shizimen Huafa Mall.

Photos simply don't do this place justice! Everything about the hotel, from its services to its facilities, is excellent. The soundproofing is fantastic; whether it's the sink or the shower, everything is impeccably clean and works great. The room has no strange odors, and the bed is super comfortable, soft, and spacious. It's really hard not to come back here; every time I return to Zhuhai, I choose this hotel again. I've fallen in love with it! You can directly see the Grand Lisboa Macau from here – I love it!

The Zhuhai Huafa Sheraton Hotel offers a direct view of Macau from across the street. The lobby staff are very accommodating and friendly. My room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The breakfast spread was incredibly diverse with a wide variety of delicious options, all to my liking. The hotel is located on Yinwan Road in Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province.

Had a fantastic experience! The hotel is beautiful, and everything was spotless. The service was exceptional; I didn't even have to go down to pick up my takeout – a robot delivered it right to my room! It was incredibly quiet, no noise whatsoever, and parking was super convenient. I'll definitely be staying here again.

What a pleasant surprise! For our family, who prefer quiet getaways, the hotel's location is perfect, right next to the Zhuhai International Convention & Exhibition Center. We specifically chose a sea-view room, and it was so comfortable facing the ocean. Plus, it fulfilled my wish for a balcony! The room layout was also great. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, everyone was very polite. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Zhuhai!

I think this hotel is really good. I booked the Hengqin Suite. First off, the service was excellent, and the views from outside were also fantastic. Breakfast was great too. However, the executive lounge could use some improvements. Honestly, overall, it's much better than other hotels I've stayed at in Zhuhai. Highly recommend!

The hotel has a great location, just a ten-minute drive to Hengqin Port. The surrounding environment is excellent; you can see the sea from your bed, and it's very convenient for walks downstairs and nearby dining. I'll definitely come again.
