Location of the hotel is excellent and is within close proximity to major establishments/shopping areas in the Ginza area. There is a convenient store (”Natural Lawson”) on the ground floor of the building. I booked the Standard Room with Queen Bed as I was worried that the Standard Room with Single Bed would be too cramped. I'm glad I made that decision. At about 20sq.m., the room is spacious and comfortable enough for one person but may be slightly cramped for a couple. Then again, hotel rooms in Japan tend to be small in general. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the amenities were sufficient. The lobby of the hotel is located on the 16/F of the building, and the guestrooms are located from 17/F up, so you get a very nice view of the Ginza area. I didn't try the breakfast on this trip, but I've heard nice things about that. Will definitely try that next time. Recommended.

You even get sea views along the way. Downstairs, there's an Airport Limousine bus that goes directly to Haneda and Narita airports, which is super convenient when you're traveling with luggage. 📍 Location & Surroundings This deserves high praise – it's right in the heart of Odaiba. You can walk to Fuji TV, Joypolis (Sega Amusements), and the Gundam statue at DiverCity. Aqua City is right downstairs, so dining and shopping are a breeze. It’s perfect for families with kids or young travelers. 🌉 Night View (highly recommended) I booked a room on the Rainbow Bridge side, and the night view of Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Bay was truly amazing. Just sitting by the window and zoning out made it worth every penny. 🍳 Breakfast (average) The buffet offers a mix of Japanese and Western options, but nothing particularly memorable. The taste was just okay, and I felt it wasn't great value for money. 🏨 Facilities & Room (gripes) The decor is a bit old-fashioned. My biggest complaint is the hairdryer in the room – it's so old and weak; drying long hair was a real struggle. I hope the hotel replaces it soon. Other facilities were acceptable.

Room and bed were very comfortable, immaculately clean and modern. 2 mins walk from train station, if you need lift access to train then a 6 mins walk, we had a stroller. Breakfast was a bit of a zoo, we went during Christmas, very busy! But tables were spacious so even though there were so many people you don’t feel cramped. Good variety of food selection. We had dinner at the Japanese teppanyaki restaurant. Delicious, especially the tuna salad. I found the lobby staff a little lack of personality, at check in, no mentioning of where breakfast will be, what time check out is. Just checked you in and that’s it, no personal notes in the room. When I expressed I’ve lost my phone at the shop in Tokyo, no sign of empathy (it was a western male staff) no gesture of helpfulness, very cold and robotic. This goes for concierge also, he is an older western gentleman, he needs to use Google translate also which is frustrating cause I could do exactly the same research with Google translate. Overall, hardware is solid, need to fine tune the staff, sprinkle a little bit of personality in them.

However, you have to walk about 7-8 minutes to get to any subway station, and Tokyo in the summer is incredibly hot, so you'll be sweating after just a couple of steps. Remember to protect yourself from the sun and heat! Check-in is on the third floor, and they offer free coffee every day from 2 PM to 11 PM. The chocolate and matcha lattes are delicious. Our two large suitcases fit and could even be laid flat in the room. The room itself was clean, hygienic, and had no strange smells. You don't need to bring toiletries as you can pick them up at the front desk. Plus, there's a Starbucks, convenience store, and a drugstore downstairs.

There's a pocket park right across the street, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to Tsukiji Market for seafood, which is super convenient.

Public bath’s pool is small but definitely not the smallest I have seen. Different staff to communicate with you in the usual foreign languages.

This is my third time staying at the Prince Hotel in Shiomi, and I'm still very satisfied. The location, decor, room size, and price all offer excellent value for money. This time, I was considering a different apartment hotel in Hatchobori, which was a bit closer to Tokyo Station and slightly more expensive, but they only cleaned the rooms every three days. I figured a five-star hotel would be more comfortable. Shiomi is conveniently located between Tokyo Station and Maihama Station (for Disneyland), making it very easy to get to Disneyland from here. Even if you stay at a hotel within the Disneyland resort, you still need to take a shuttle bus or monorail, so it wouldn't be much faster. In short, I wholeheartedly recommend the Prince Hotel in Shiomi for anyone visiting Tokyo!

Our only request would be that our 14yo mature daughter could have swam in the pool (it’s 18+ which we didn’t know until we tried to swim.) A few standouts where the hotel team went “above and beyond”: the superb cleanliness of our room, the porter and bellhop service, the concierge personally walking us down to the ballroom to ask if we could get spectator ballroom competition tickets last minute, the team allowing us to be seated us at breakfast at 10:27am when we were mistakenly told on the “express line” that it was served until 11am; and then even re-opening the omelette station for us. And finally, helping us reclaim a missing object left at our breakfast table—about 6 people jumped in to help us and saved the day! Thank you Cerulean, for the incredible stay, views, and above all, service.

The room was spacious with a great view; you could see the monorail from the window, but there was virtually no noise. The main downside was the outdated bathroom, which lacked a separate shower and toilet. Also, some of the staff's service quality needs improvement. I saw an impressive advertisement for the buffet and wanted to try it. When I went to the restaurant, it was empty, so I went back to the lobby to ask a staff member. They simply told me the restaurant was on the first floor. Thinking I'd gone to the wrong place, I checked again. I asked another staff member, and got a similar vague answer, completely ignoring my question about why the restaurant wasn't open. Finally, I asked a female attendant by the elevator, and only then found out that the first-floor restaurant isn't open for dinner every night. It makes you wonder what the other staff members were doing...

It was 5:30 PM in Otemachi, Tokyo, and a massive halo, like a holy light, enveloped the area, reflecting the silhouette of the world's most beautiful CBD on the glass facade of Otemachi Tower. Perched atop this magnificent skyscraper, Aman Tokyo, which stunned the world a decade ago, remains an unparalleled benchmark for modern city hotels. ｜The soaring 30-meter high atrium, crafted with washi lanterns, wood textures, and concrete and rock, creates a 'dry landscape' garden in the urban clouds. ｜The view facing the Imperial Palace is arguably Tokyo's most beautiful skyline (it ruthlessly trumps the already impressive view from the neighboring Bulgari). ｜While the ambiance at Arva, the Italian restaurant on the other side of the lobby, is superb, the food wasn't to my taste. I'd recommend the Aman Cafe on the first floor, a glasshouse enveloped by the 'Otemachi Forest' oasis instead.

Though small, this hotel has everything you need. Its Ginza location is incredibly convenient, perfect for shopping or quickly getting to Narita Airport via the expressway. What truly impressed me is how many features are packed into such a compact space. They have a coin-operated laundry and a large public bath. The room, which I'd estimate at about 20 square meters, even managed to fit bunk beds (1.2m/1.5m), making it very family-friendly. A minor point is that since the hotel is directly above the subway, you occasionally feel vibrations as trains pass. This led to a funny moment when an actual earthquake hit at night, and I initially thought it was just another train going by!

For this price range, I expected a little more. However, the window — definitely the highlight of the room — offered an incredible view of the city. The onsen was quite small, but wow. Being able to relax in an outdoor bath right in the center of Tokyo while looking out at the city was an amazing experience. The breakfast was also very good.

It is a traditional Japanese ryokan built vertically within a modern skyscraper, located in the prestigious Otemachi district. It provides a serene, luxurious escape right in the middle of the bustling city, perfectly blending classic ryokan hospitality with world-class modern design. We enjoyed a wonderful three-day, two-night stay at the property from 29 May to 31 May. We chose not to make any meal reservations, which gave us the flexibility to simply relax and explore the surrounding city. [Getting There] We travelled from Fufu Hakone via a day trip to Enoshima and Kamakura. We took a direct train from Kamakura to Tokyo Station, followed by a short walk to the hotel, and arrived at around 8:00 PM. To make the transit completely effortless, our luggage was picked up and delivered directly to the hotel by LuggAgent on the same day. [Arrival and Check-In] The hotel is situated in the central business district and distinctly stands out from the surrounding buildings. The discreet entrance completely shields you from the busy streets. Upon entering, staff immediately store your shoes, as the entire tatami-matted building operates on a barefoot or socks-only policy. We were incredibly lucky to catch a traditional jap instrument performance, which is usually reserved for weekends. A designated staff member managed our check-in with welcome snack & tea and escorted us to level 15. A major highlight is the exclusive lounge on each floor, shared by only 6 suites. It functions as a private living room, fully stocked with complimentary seasonal teas, coffees, and traditional snacks. [The Suite] We stayed in the Sakura suite. Rather than trying to describe the beautiful layout in words, I will let my photos speak for themselves. The beds are low to the floor with a mid-level hardness that we found quite comfortable, and each bed comes with two soft pillows. There is also a television cleverly hidden behind a mirror, though it is worth noting that it only broadcasts Japanese channels. We kept it switched off to maintain the consistent traditional ryokan feel. The provided yukata is absolutely superb. It comes as a full set complete with an inner layer, an outer layer, socks, and a small handbag. The material is soft, stretchy, and incredibly comfortable for lounging and walking around the property. [The Top-Floor Onsen] Having a natural hot spring in central Tokyo is a rare luxury. The onsen is located on the 17th floor and features a stunning design where the roof is open to the sky. As cameras are strictly prohibited, you will have to visualise it or check the hotel website for gallery photos. I understand that the bath is a salty hot spring containing a high concentration of seawater and seaweed minerals trapped deep in the ground. Soaking in this soothing water gently embraces the skin and helps alleviate fatigue in both body and mind. The onsen is open daily from 3:00 PM to 11:30 AM. It was the absolute perfect way to warm up and recharge before we headed out for a busy day. [Areas for Improvement] Toothbrush Set: The provided toothbrush is far too small and takes ages to use. I strongly recommend bringing your own.

This is our second time staying here. The hotel is right next to the Ariake Garden mall, practically seamlessly connected. There are plenty of dining options upstairs and shopping is very convenient. Downstairs, there's a large Aeon supermarket, and right outside its exit, at platform 1, you can catch the bus to Haneda Airport. There's also a big Muji store nearby. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Ginza from its basement level. While the hotel is situated between two subway lines, neither is too far away, making this location excellent value for money. We booked a family room for two adults and two children, which had four beds. The bathroom and toilet were separate (wet and dry areas), and the room layout was quite good.

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Rinkai Line, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, especially to Disney. We stayed for five nights and went at different times, but on three of those days, we encountered a queue. If you're in a hurry, you might want to factor in some extra time.

Shimbashi station is well connected to various lines that you’d use to hit the common attractions, also close enough to Ginza. Highly recommended and would definitely return again for my next trip to Tokyo

For the automatic drink vending machine on the second floor, it would be great to add card payment and electronic payment options to expand payment methods. 3. Currently, the breakfast menu is the same every day, which can lead to meal fatigue. I suggest a rotating menu. 4. Please add towel and bath towel return bins in the second-floor bathrooms. 5. I suggest increasing the number of self-service washing machines on the second floor; additionally, it would be convenient if the washing machine's progress could be linked to the guest room TV, allowing guests to check the laundry status in real-time.

Excellent location, right on the 27th floor of the Marunouchi Building, just outside the Nihonbashi exit of Tokyo Station. The room was small, making it a bit difficult to open luggage, but the soundproofing was excellent. Even though it's right by the train tracks, I didn't hear any noise. The facilities are a bit old, especially the bathroom, but that's understandable given the prime location where every inch of space is precious. Service was great. I almost lost my sunglasses, and after checking out, a staff member accompanied me back upstairs to help me look for them.

I visited Tokyo with my 88-year-old father. The hotel’s location is arguably the absolute best, making it incredibly convenient to visit Tokyo’s major attractions. The hotel facilities were also highly satisfying. First and foremost, the amenities in the guest room were excellent, and the thoughtful accessibility considerations for the elderly or infirm gave us great peace of mind. For instance, the provision of a bath chair with a backrest was very impressive. The hygiene and meticulous housekeeping were of the highest standard. Furthermore, the non-slip mat provided in the bathroom clearly reflected a deep consideration for the guests' specific needs. All of this, of course, is a testament to the staff’s proactive service and attentive care. If there was one minor disappointment, I wish a wider variety of pillows had been available in the room. In this regard, I felt it fell slightly short of meeting guests' diverse preferences. Additionally, as a helpful suggestion for safety, designing bathroom doors to open outward to facilitate emergency access in case of an accident inside is a fundamental design principle for luxury hotels. While preventing accidents altogether is ideal, being fully prepared for emergencies is what sets the highest standard of excellence. On another note, despite the hotel being located within a major railway station, there was absolutely no noise. The soundproofing was truly remarkable. The breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, beautifully balancing traditional Japanese cuisine with Western options. While ordering a more unique or specialized beverage took a bit of time, the quality and taste were highly satisfying. The other facilities, particularly the restaurants and cafes, were exceptionally calm, elegant, and quiet, providing a very pleasant experience. The food, of course, tasted excellent. However, you must ensure you have ample time to enjoy it; it can require a significant amount of time and patience before the food is served in front of you. Overall, our experience was exceptionally satisfying and wonderful. With its rich historical background and narrative, the hotel offered a deeply engaging and far from boring stay.

If you're a Hilton Diamond member, definitely don't book through Trip.com, otherwise, you won't get any upgrade benefits. The main issue is that I've always been able to use them in the US. If I hadn't thought I could get an upgrade, I would have chosen the Imperial instead of coming here. Trip.com should also have a disclaimer in their description. Plus, I stayed for three days, and on the second day, after I came back from shopping, neither my room key nor electronic key worked. Keep in mind that at Conrad, you have to take two elevators to get from the entrance to your room, and they assigned me a room furthest from the elevator. I had to drag a bunch of shopping bags all the way to the front desk to get a new room key. At breakfast in the morning, I ordered à la carte, and they completely forgot my order. Everyone around me had finished eating, and when I asked the server, she had forgotten about it! All in all, the service at the Imperial is still better~

The airport shuttle bus stop is right downstairs, which is very convenient, and there are many dining options nearby. Taking a taxi to Ginza is a short ride, and it's just one subway stop to Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi. This place is very convenient if you have an early morning flight.

If you're departing early in the morning, trust me, you will not fit into a metro train with luggage. From this hotel, you can order a cheap taxi or just walk straight to JR. Review: Remm Roppongi (レム六本木) Our stay at Remm Roppongi was very enjoyable and a great base for exploring Tokyo. The hotel’s location is absolutely one of its biggest strengths — it’s just steps from Roppongi Station, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and nightlife, and in a vibrant part of the city that’s easy to explore on foot or by subway. The rooms are clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with free Wi-Fi and comfort in mind. Although the rooms are on the smaller side, as is common in Tokyo, clever layout and features like a massage chair made the space very comfortable for relaxing after long days of sightseeing. One of the memorable parts of our stay was the night view — higher-floor rooms offer beautiful city and Tokyo Tower views, which was a highlight of the experience. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help with requests, and check-in/out was smooth. Guest reviews consistently praise how attentive and polite the team is. Breakfast (optional buffet) has a nice variety and was delicious — a great way to start the day before heading out. On the flip side, there’s no bathtub in most rooms, so if you really want a bath it might not be ideal, and the hotel doesn’t have extensive facilities like a spa or gym — but for a city stay where the focus is exploring Tokyo, it’s perfect. Overall, Remm Roppongi offers excellent comfort, great convenience, and a high-quality experience for a business or leisure trip in Tokyo, especially if you value location and a modern, comfortable room to return to each evening.

Cons: regarding the housekeeping service during my stay, While I appreciate that the bedsheets were changed diligently, the overall cleanliness and attention to detail have been highly disappointing. Instead of clearing the room, the housekeeper consistently left trash behind after cleaning. Day1 The housekeeper actually stuffed a piece of paper waste into the room card slot. Day 2 The trash remained unclean. Day 3 The housekeeper even left their own dirty cleaning towel right next to the bathroom sink. （see the picture) As a guest, I expected a high standard of hygiene and professionalism, but these incidents have made my stay quite uncomfortable.

Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. The bell boy who helped me with bringing my luggages to the room was very friendly and helpful, spoke good English too. Though not all staff spoke good English, they tried their best to assist me. Their service standard is consistent throughout. The room and the toilet was spacious and clean. There were 4 restuarants that I could go to for breakfast. The Garden Lounge which served buffet breakfast has a wide selection of food and drink. Most importantly the food was yummy! I enjoyed looking at the beautiful garden with waterfall view as I was seated by the window during breakfast.

Excellent location and perfect sleep quality! After exiting Yaesu Underground Shopping Mall Exit 22, take the first alley, and you'll spot the hotel. The ground floor is where you catch the elevator, and the reception desk for check-in is on the second floor. The second floor also features a public area with complimentary tea and coffee. It's worth noting that both the front desk staff and housekeepers I encountered this time could communicate in Chinese, making their service incredibly friendly and reassuring! Room comfort completely exceeded my expectations! The soundproofing is excellent; I wasn't disturbed by any noise these past few days. The pillow was very supportive and comfortable, and the air conditioning didn't blow directly onto the bed, so I slept wonderfully every night. There are charging ports by the bed, and you can even set your own wake-up call from the phone, which is very convenient. Two bottles of water are replenished daily in the room. The bathroom has excellent water pressure, making showers very pleasant, and the shampoo and shower gel provided by the hotel are also quite good. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely want to visit again!

Overall, it was excellent, especially the cleanliness, service, and facilities. The only drawback was its distance from both JR (Shinjuku Station) and Tokyo Metro subway stations; for example, it took over 20 minutes to walk to JR Shinjuku Station. However, getting to and from the airport was incredibly convenient, as the shuttle pickup/drop-off point for Shinjuku Washington Hotel was just a 2-minute walk away. The room itself was fantastic, a Family Apartment spanning over 40 square meters, very new, and well-designed with ample space. We could easily set aside our shopping for last-minute packing without cluttering the main living area. The bathroom was well-separated, with a dedicated toilet and shower area. The kitchenette was well-equipped with dishes, bowls, plates, pots, and pans, along with a medium-sized refrigerator and microwave, perfect for cooking our own meals or heating up items from convenience stores. There were coin-operated washing machines on the second floor, though we didn't use them. With two elevators, waiting times were minimal. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, explaining every step during check-in. We were also lucky to get early check-in at 10 AM, which was a huge bonus for anyone arriving in Tokyo early in the morning. If I have the chance to visit Tokyo again, I would definitely stay with Mimaru, perhaps in a different location like Ginza, Ueno, Asakusa, or Ikebukuro.
