• If there is an existing form in the system, always start over, as flight information or travel dates may have changed since the last time it was entered.

Step 3: Fill in Your Personal Information and Travel Details

• You can fill in your personal details, flight number that arriving Maldives, name of accommodation
• Or you can just scan your passport to automatic fill in

Step 4: Upload photo and Verify information
