Great location: The hotel is in the heart of Guangzhou, about 100 meters from the East High-Speed Rail station, and right next to a subway station. It's just a few subway stops to all the major attractions in downtown Guangzhou, which is incredibly convenient. Spacious rooms: This is an older five-star hotel, and both the lobby and the rooms are very large. The restaurant is also spacious and very clean. Our stay was incredibly comfortable, and it was very quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. Excellent service: We originally booked a king-sized bed, but since we were traveling with two children, the lady at the front desk kindly changed our reservation to a twin room. We checked in around 10 AM, and when we needed extra toothbrushes for the room, someone brought them up immediately. Thoughtful details: It's rare to see non-smoking floor signs in hotel rooms, which was a really friendly and thoughtful touch, especially for non-smokers and families with children. We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Guangzhou.

This is an excellent hotel! I've stayed at Wyndham hotels in other cities before, but the Guangzhou Wyndham really stands out. Everything from the environment to the service and breakfast was superb! All the staff were very polite and the service was impeccable! The breakfast had a huge variety and was absolutely delicious 👍. Whether it was the front desk, the concierge, the housekeeping staff, or the restaurant team, everyone was incredibly friendly and made you feel right at home! The most important thing was that I lost my headphones and the hotel proactively contacted us to let us know! Truly grateful 🙏. I'll definitely choose Wyndham again on my next visit.

I really don't understand why this place only has a 4.4 rating. We stayed in room 3009, which the front desk upgraded for us. The room was spacious, quiet, clean, tidy, and had large windows letting in plenty of sunshine. The adjacent room, 3010, was a bit smaller. The elevator was fast and quiet, much better than the one at another duplex apartment in Zhengjia Plaza. When we arrived, two handsome young men immediately came to help us with our luggage and brought it to our room. By the way, even a five-star hotel like the Garden Hotel doesn't offer this kind of service; we always have to carry our own luggage there, without even a chance to tip. The breakfast was small, exquisite, and delicious – perfectly adequate. The view from outside the restaurant was lovely; enjoying breakfast while looking at the scenery outside the window in the morning put us in a great mood. The restaurant staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, thumbs up! This was the most satisfying hotel of our trip, and we've stayed at places like the Jin Mao in Shanghai, the Garden Hotel in Guangzhou, and the Howard Johnson in Sanya.

The old brand definitely delivers! The room was incredibly spacious with amazing views. As soon as I arrived, the concierge was there to help with my luggage, and I was greeted with welcome fruits. Breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious. Elena and Yulia were very attentive; they even contacted me in advance to confirm my arrival time before I got to the hotel. I also enjoyed an essential oil spa, and Lisa was very professional and gentle, making it a wonderful experience. It's definitely worth a visit, and I'll be back if I get the chance!

The room, as always, was decent but the facilities are quite old. The service over Chinese New Year was good though; the duty manager was able to help resolve any issues we had. The meals were also quite varied. However, I have to mention that the front desk staff who checked us in asked me to add them on WeChat, saying it was for a good review, but then they didn't even reply to my messages when I had an issue. How can they have the nerve to ask me to add them in the first place? It's the first time I've encountered someone asking to add me on WeChat and then not replying! Overall, the experience was still pretty good. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around, and there are many malls nearby, which is great.

I really love this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to TaiKoo Hui and Zhengjia Plaza. The subway station is also very close, and the Tianhe Flower Market is right on the doorstep. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the rice noodles and wontons are delicious. The self-service laundry room is very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are all very warm, friendly, and well-trained. Miss Lai at the front desk was particularly nice; she answered all our questions and was always helpful with our requests. We booked for 3 days and then extended for another day before heading home for Chinese New Year. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

This Chinese New Year, instead of joining the bustling crowds, I chose to stay at the Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich for a peaceful, introspective getaway. I brought my family along to celebrate the New Year here. Outside, there might have been fireworks, but inside, it was just the quiet comfort of books and warm tea. In this non-stop world, sometimes being able to simply zone out for a bit, or slowly enjoy a cup of tea without rushing, is truly something to celebrate. The New Year doesn't have to be about hectic travel and exhaustion; it can be about finding peace within yourself, and in a warm space, hearing your inner 'Happy New Year.' This Spring Festival, staying at the Sofitel felt like stepping into a warm, open, and inviting hotel. The New Year activities in the lobby were a big hit with guests, and the free couplet writing was a really creative touch. Mia at the front desk was also incredibly, incredibly enthusiastic with her service.

The room was spacious and bright, with high ceilings typical of Sheraton hotels, which made it feel even more expansive and comfortable. The Executive Lounge didn't offer a wide variety of food and lacked an afternoon tea service. There was a happy hour from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, but overall, the food selection was limited. However, the taste was excellent, and each dish was exquisitely prepared. As it was the Spring Festival holiday, the hotel was busy, and the Executive Lounge was also quite crowded. I highly recommend the breakfast! The buffet breakfast on the second floor was very rich and delicious. In particular, there was a great variety of dim sum, and all the options were very good. I especially recommend the red date and longan tea and the red date and ginger tea – they were truly excellent! The hotel is conveniently located right by TeeMall, making shopping and dining incredibly easy. The location is truly superb! The hotel's room service was fantastic and met all our requests. I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel is right by Keyun Road, and getting to Pazhou is just a bridge away. There's plenty of parking, which is super convenient, and it's free for guests. From the moment I walked in, I felt a warm, 'welcome home' feeling. The lobby has a great design, and the fragrance is delightful. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and since it was Valentine's Day, they even gave us a small gift. The room view was excellent, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness details were impeccable. Breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh ingredients, and the freshly cooked noodles were delicious. I especially want to praise the service; every staff member smiled, greeted guests proactively, and responded to requests incredibly fast. This is definitely a five-star hotel. Our stay at The Garden Hotel Guangzhou this Chinese New Year was absolutely perfect and didn't disappoint. The hotel is conveniently located, and as soon as you step inside, you're greeted with a rich festive atmosphere that truly showcases the dedication and innovation of this established five-star hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade during our Spring Festival stay, and Flora, our housekeeper on the 17th floor, provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. The hotel itself is also fantastic, located in the heart of Zhujiang New Town, making it convenient for travel and shopping. The room was clean and spacious, the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and I couldn't find a single fault with the cleanliness or facilities. Kitty's warm service truly impressed me throughout my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou, and a big shout-out to Kitty for her excellent service!

The Baiyun Hotel boasts an excellent location in the core business district of Huanshi East. The parking lot is quite large, but spaces can still be tight, likely due to the high number of dining guests. The hotel lobby is spacious and grand, and it's connected to the adjacent shopping mall. The rooms are quite roomy. While the decor and facilities are indeed a bit old-fashioned, they are very clean. I personally quite like this traditional layout, especially that the bathroom is enclosed, unlike the inconvenient open-concept or glass-partitioned bathrooms found in newer styles. The soundproofing and blackout curtains in the rooms are excellent. The hotel service is very good, and there are plenty of staff in the lobby. The price during the Chinese New Year period was quite high, but it would offer great value for money at regular prices.

The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities are showing their age. Breakfast was just okay; there was a long line for noodles, and they weren't quick to replenish dishes! I didn't see any green vegetables for two days. There wasn't much in the way of Chinese food, though they did have some Western options like sushi and bread. It was quite busy during the New Year period, so I'd suggest adding more Chinese dishes. I'm not sure if the limited staff during Chinese New Year was the reason. Also, the hotel charges for children over 1.1m, and I'm not sure what the justification for that is. A child of that height can't sleep by themselves or eat independently at the buffet! Personally, I think this height restriction is unreasonable. The hotel also doesn't have a self-service laundry, and if you order takeout, you have to go downstairs to pick it up yourself as there are no delivery robots.

My stay at this hotel was a good choice. It is just 5-10 minute ride to the airport and the most amazing thing that the hotel provides free shuttle bus. The hotel building was a bit old but I still enjoyed staying there. It is a great choice if you want to stay few hours or one night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable to have a good rest. The staff was so nice and they even called to wake me up. I certainly recommend this hotel. Next time will come again. I even walked around about 5 minute and found 7-11.

We loved the hotel! We had a spacious room overlooking the pool. There were lots of beautiful plants, the air was fresh, and the hot springs were so cozy. The staff was very friendly, and the manager, Jack took care to make our stay even more pleasant and gave us a complimentary plate of fresh fruit - special thanks to him! We will for sure be back.

Dusit Thani Hot Springs Resort A Thai-style hot spring hotel with a good amount of space. Its more than 100 small villas are built along the hillside, following the terrain. Guests can get around the hotel using golf carts, and staff proactively help with luggage. It has that laid-back Southeast Asian resort vibe. Each small villa has its own hot spring tub in the courtyard, so you can fill it up and soak whenever you want, which is much more pleasant than public hot springs. It's also great for photos. The in-room mini-bar drinks are free, and they even gave a complimentary small bottle of wine. The toiletries are L'Occitane. Aside from other issues, the natural environment and service are excellent. However, the rooms are really showing their age and haven't been well-maintained. The curtains are difficult to draw, and some tiles are broken and haven't been repaired. The washbasin area design isn't very practical and is inconvenient to use. The hairdryer quality is quite poor and not very effective. The public hot spring area experience also wasn't great; there are too few signs, and the dim lighting is quite disappointing. It's easy to trip in the dark, which is quite dangerous. Breakfast is quite varied, with fresh ingredients for made-to-order noodles, wontons, and excellent toppings like beef offal, radish, and preserved vegetables with minced pork. The freshly made rice noodle rolls had a skin that was too thick and not much meat. The preserved egg and lean pork congee had plenty of preserved egg and meat slices, and the seasoning was good.

No car? No problem! My BFF and I had the ultimate chill-out hot spring getaway in Conghua! ♨️ 🚖 Transportation (A must-read for those without a car): Before we left, I was worried about not having a car, but it turned out to be completely unnecessary! We took a Didi Shunfeng (rideshare), and it was super convenient! 🏨 Check-in Experience: We booked a king-sized bed room, and it was really spacious. The balcony overlooked the Liuxi River, and it was so relaxing to sit out there in the afternoon, sipping tea and chatting. The front desk staff were so thoughtful during check-in; they told us the hot spring area was open until midnight, so there was no need to rush. ♨️ Hot Spring Area: For us girls, the most important part is the photo-ops! 📸 The infinity pool was incredibly photogenic, especially at sunset when the water reflected the light beautifully. There were so many different pools to try; we went through them all. My favorite was the rose pool – it smelled amazing! Special shout-out: free cucumber masks! My friend and I put on masks and chatted – truly a wellness experience, haha! 🍽️ Dinner: Since we didn't have a car and didn't want to venture far, we just went to the hotel's German Beer Plaza. We ordered some craft beer and grilled fish. The portions were huge; it was more than enough for two of us. The atmosphere was very relaxing. In the evening, there were even fireworks on the bridge, which gave it a festive, New Year's vibe. The whole resort felt very quiet and vacation-like. 📌 Summary: Even without a car, Bishuiwan is still a perfect choice for a getaway near Guangzhou. No need for planning or worrying about itineraries. It's easy to get here from the city, and the hotel has everything – dining, accommodation, hot springs, and entertainment. It’s perfect for lazy people like us who just want to relax without the hassle of driving! 👯‍♀️

My room was a luxurious suite with private bath tub (around hkd 3000 for two nights including breakfast). Hardware is definitely exceptional. However when it comes to service it is below standard: 1) front desk - service was poor without any greetings such as bell boy. Front desk officers were unhappy without any eye contact when they talk to you. No hospitality at all; 2) breakfast - the quality both food and service were not up to a 4 or 5 star service. Table was not clean, staffs were almost unfriendly, except one female manager and one staff, all staffs were rushing their task and unwelcoming. I believe the hotel management need to motivate their staff ,otherwise, people won’t come again. 3) Amnenties - room is a luxurious suite with private bath tub, massage chair, kitchen , dining table and queen bed. The tub was not very clean, with water splitting . Such a waste as their service was not meeting the standard of what it is expected to be a 5- star resort. (The environment, garden were nicely decorated indeed) The Hot Spring pool is well known but I have’s try so cannot comment. I won’t come to this resort again, if the service of the hotel haven’t improved. And I won’t recommend travelers with kids who is looking for a family friendly and good service resort. P.S.: Parking spaces were spacious and free

This is my third stay at the Hilton Dinglong. I initially chose it because many of my friends found its location convenient and public transport easily accessible. I even stayed here just two months after it opened. Back then, my experience was like paying for an Atour, All Seasons, or Xana hotel but receiving full international star-level service. In 2023, I brought friends from the north to experience Guangzhou's historical charm and culinary delights, and we mostly stayed around Xiguan. Before heading back to Meizhou, we stayed one night here, and they said it was the most comfortable night they had in Guangzhou. This time, I was even more pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful; I wasn't hungry at all for lunch, which saved me money and precious time. This stay was made even better by the duty manager, Bao Qiankun. His service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Knowing I enjoy inviting friends to taste European-standard yellow tea, he proactively upgraded me to a suite for free. I had originally only planned for a short one-day stay but ended up extending it by another day. He even helped courier a forgotten item back to my home free of charge. It truly feels like I met someone genuinely kind and enthusiastic. I wish him all the best in his endeavors!

🌟 A perfect experience of tranquility amidst the bustling city! Five-star recommendation! My stay at Sino Hotel truly exceeded expectations; I absolutely have to give it a huge thumbs up! 📍 Excellent Location: The hotel is situated right in the heart of Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, with the famous Guangxiao Temple (Dafosi) next door, which looks stunning when lit up at night. It's only a 3-5 minute walk to Gongyuanqian Metro Station, and there are plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby. It perfectly embodies the idea of being 'surrounded by prosperity yet enjoying inner peace.' 🛏️ Well-equipped and Thoughtful Facilities: Although the room wasn't huge, it was incredibly well-appointed, proving that 'a sparrow may be small, but it has all the vital organs.' It featured a zero-pressure mattress and comfortable pillows, ensuring excellent sleep quality. The smart room control system allowed for voice control of lights and curtains, and it also had a fresh air system and a smart toilet. The minibar drinks were complimentary, which was a nice touch. The public areas included a 24-hour gym and a self-service laundry room (with an LG dryer), which is incredibly practical for travelers. 🧹 Impeccable Hygiene: The room was spotless, and the bedding was clean and soft, clearly having undergone strict sterilization. Even details like corners and air conditioner vents were meticulously cleaned. The air was fresh with no strange odors, making the stay feel very reassuring. 💁 Warm and Heartfelt Service: I must commend the service team! The front desk staff always greeted guests with a smile, processed check-ins efficiently, and offered welcome tea. The service staff would proactively help sign for packages and even dry and return laundered clothes to the room, truly living up to 'responding promptly to every request.' What's more impressive is that the staff remembered repeat guests' preferences, even thoughtfully reminding them about expiring IDs and helping plan travel routes. This personal touch was truly moving. 🍜 Superb Value-Added Services: The breakfast offered a rich variety, including freshly made rice noodle rolls (changfen) and fresh shrimp wonton noodles. There was also complimentary afternoon tea and comforting late-night snacks (sweet soup, porridge, noodles), plus unlimited 24-hour coffee refills. Breakfast was served until 12 PM, which is fantastic for late risers. In summary, this hotel excels in facilities, hygiene, and service, offering incredible value for money. I will definitely choose it again next time I'm in Guangzhou! Highly recommended!

Zhixin Middle School, Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center, and Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center are all about a ten-minute walk away. Highly recommend this hotel for early morning flights! Its location is unbeatable for an airport hotel – just a 3-minute walk directly to Terminal 1. For Terminal 2, there's a free shuttle bus every 20 minutes, so there's no need to worry even if you arrive late at night. Plus, Metro Line 3 is right nearby, making travel to and from the city super convenient. The breakfast is also fantastic; you can grab a hot meal as early as 5:30 AM before catching your shuttle to T2. The room was clean and tidy, and the double-pane windows did an excellent job of blocking out airport noise. It was the best night's sleep I've had during this entire business trip. The staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in and check-out process was efficient throughout. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next layover!

I wasn't in the best mood during my trip, so I didn't get to fully experience the Four Seasons. On the first morning, while I was still sleeping, housekeeping rang the doorbell and came in to clean. I was a bit annoyed at first, but then realized I hadn't put up the 'Do Not Disturb' sign. However, on the second day, even though I had put up the sign, someone still knocked on my door in the morning. I was speechless – I've never encountered a luxury hotel that's so eager to clean first thing in the morning. Nevertheless, I'd still like to thank Ms. Xueping from housekeeping. She noticed my habit of wearing glasses and taking medication and left me some thoughtful tips. That was very considerate.

Before checking in, there was absolutely no communication, and even after checking in, it felt like we had no connection to the hotel. There truly wasn't much in the way of service, which felt a bit impersonal. However, whenever we called the front desk with a request, the hotel's response was quite satisfactory. For instance, our room only had one tissue box, which clearly wasn't enough, but after one call, they promptly delivered two more. It felt like our needs were always met. The hotel room absolutely *must* be a TV Tower view room; the advantage over suite-level rooms and below is significant—the view is simply incredible. The hotel's location is also excellent, with direct access to K11 from the first floor, making shopping very convenient. I also have to mention that breakfast was outstanding. The presentation was exquisite, the taste delicious, and the service was quick and responsive. It definitely deserves high praise, though I recommend avoiding peak times if possible, as you'll surely have to queue. Furthermore, on New Year's Eve, we were planning to go out for dinner, but our child got hungry. We only ordered a single portion of fries at the Western restaurant, but the server was very enthusiastic and even brought complimentary bread, which was absolutely delicious. Aside from the slightly lacking service experience, everything else exceeded expectations. The breakfast could even rank among the top three of all the hotels I've stayed at. Keep up the great work!

My stay here far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it. The hotel is located in the heart of Tianhe's central business district, close to Gangding Metro station, and within walking distance to TaiKoo Hui, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The lobby has a charming British vintage style, with a lovely coffee aroma. The room was clean, tidy, and well-laid out, with comfortable bedding and a bathroom featuring a separate wet and dry area, plus a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The service was the biggest bonus – the receptionist was incredibly warm and proactively upgraded my room, giving me more space and an even better experience. As my flight was late, I requested a late check-out, which she happily arranged for me. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, is quiet and comfortable, and provides heartwarming service. The only minor issue with this hotel is its slightly out-of-the-way location. Taxis to major attractions typically cover 5-10 kilometers. However, there's a fantastic array of food and drink options in the nearby Kecun Chigang residential area, all within 3-4 kilometers and offering great taste. No need to brave the crowds elsewhere. Personally, I'd give the hotel full marks otherwise, especially since there aren't many exhibitions recently, so it's very quiet with fewer people coming and going. There's a Nanfenghui mall right next door, and direct access to the subway makes public transport quite convenient. A big plus for the disposable toothbrush – as someone who uses an electric toothbrush at home, I often experience bleeding gums with most hotel toothbrushes, but not here. The service was also excellent; they even upgraded us to a river view room. After our room was cleaned, a supervisor even came to ask if we were satisfied.

1. **Location:** Perfect for tourists! The library is right outside, and the APM line provides direct access to most attractions. 2. **Service:** Before arrival, someone called to confirm my arrival time and needs. My requested birthday decorations were also arranged smoothly. The front desk staff who checked me in around noon on the 11th was incredibly warm and welcoming (though I forgot her name). She attentively addressed my room requests. By the way, the concierge was also very dedicated. Although my room key failed twice, and the wait to get new ones slightly delayed my schedule, the duty manager was understanding and offered solutions. (However, I must strongly criticize the attitude of the front desk staff member who answered my second call when my key failed again – it wasn't the original person, and her demeanor was extremely rude and cold.) 3. **Breakfast:** While the selection was small, the taste was quite good. 4. **Housekeeping:** The male staff member who cleaned the room was very meticulous. 5. **Decor:** It's the classic Ritz style, but because the hotel is a bit older, the wooden floors sometimes creak. However, the facilities are consistently updated, which you can tell by the Toto toilets. The toiletries were Diptyque, and the water was Voss. Overall, I'm grateful to the Ritz for giving my friend and me a wonderful birthday memory! We were very happy! 🥳
