Stayed with my wife and 9 month old daughter for x 2 nights. Breakfast was excellent- server brought us hot drinks straight away each morning and there was a huge selection of food. We also had an evening meal on the 2nd floor restaurant and the food was very good quality. Room spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Well equipped gym with Technogym cardio and good range of free weights. Only downside was the hotel doors making loud noise when closing. Friendly, helpful staff- would stay again.

An excellent hotel, has absolutely everything a weary traveler needs! The service at the reception was smooth and efficient. Our room was cozy, comfortable, imeccably clean and had all the facilities a traveler might expect. The bed was comfy, both the room and the bathroom were large and, to top it all, we had an excellent window view of Tianhe skyscrapers. The Canton Tower was also visible from the window. The breakfast was sumptous, catering to both European and Asian tastes. The level of service at the French restaurant was outstanding and the food yummi. Considering the level of service and comfort, we found the hotel to be good value. There is plenty of restuarants and stores outside the hotel and an attractive bar downstairs. Would highly recommend this hotel to any guests, both European and Asian!

My positive experience began with Miranda at check-in, who was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making the process smooth and effortless. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. To top it all off, Miranda assisted me again during checkout to reverse the security deposit, completing my stay on a high note.

Went to the hotel for some sun and to chill out by the pool as well as to have a bit of a look around Guangzhou whilst living/ working in another part of China. Location: Literally next to the metro, so easy to get around. Not too much in the immediate vicinity food wise- but there's enough good Chinese food places if you turn left out of the hotel then take another left and head down the street.  Pool: It is good for swimming but even with the temperature in the high 20s it was still pretty cold because the actual water is in shade the whole day. Executive lounge- garden area: Really good service and a great place to chill out, with the garden area very tranquil with the fish and waterfall. The food was good and the service excellent. There's enough food for nibbles in the evening and good selection of drinks for the happy hour. Recommended if the price isn't too much extra.

This hotel is super close to the skov wonderland. But, if ur staying in the rv zone or some special room types, it is very far from the main hotel building and takes a very long time to reach the skov wonderland. The cleanness is fair but we spotted a few huge insects inside the private hot spring in our room. The swimming pool is the best pool I've ever swam in and there are many facilities in the hotel. The water park was great, too. Service was fine but people seemed to be a bit annoyed when we asked them questions (quite many actually) The hotel room itself though definetly can't qualify for a five star hotel room though, as the TV cannot be used and the design is not 5 star like.

I have stayed a few times, but I feel that Sanying is also rolled up. I contacted the customer service before checking in. Some personalized needs of the room were communicated and arranged as much as possible. There was a little hiccup during check-in but it was resolved quickly. I stayed in Tingquan Pavilion. After checking in, the front desk will take us to the nearest elevator to explain the tour route. There are relatively small children during the check-in process. The hot spring service staff will take the initiative to give small toys to the children. When leaving, they also gave us a doll to comfort the children. , strong sense of service. Later, when I was leaving the hotel, my friend left valuables at the hotel, and it had been more than an hour. Finally, I helped my friend find them back. Thank you!

Family trip during Easter break. It is enjoyable and relax in this great scenery. Hot spring is fantastic. Friendly staff. Part of the facilities were out of service. Food is delicate at Chinese restaurant , but not much variety for breakfast buffet. It is definitely a good vacation with Southeast Asia atmosphere.

On the map it looks pretty far. So I used Didi to go there since it's my first time to congfa where the hotel is. The receptionist was courteous and helpful. Most importantly I must compliment the resort's hot spring pools. It's got a number of types of hot spring pools eg ginseng, red wine , peppermint, ginger . All with different colours and nice. In addition there are swimming pools both indoors and outdoors as well as hot stone sauna and beds. For meals you can walk to the restaurant (which we did when we felt like walking( or you can message reception for the buggy to fetch you. To return to Guangzhou we actually took Didi to the congfa metro ( about 20 minutes) and ride the metro all the way to Guangzhou city. It was a wonderful experience at the resort.

The weather is cold, so I brought my parents here to soak in the hot springs. The experience is very good. The river view room has a very good view. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony in the afternoon and drink tea and daydream. In addition, the bedding in the room is also very comfortable, and I slept very well at night. The hotel environment is great, and there are many outdoor hot spring pools. There are not many people coming on weekdays, and there are not many children. It is very quiet. In addition, the staff service is very good. When taking a bath, they will constantly ask if you want to drink tea. There are also staff in the rest area to help apply cucumber masks. The experience is really full. In addition, the dishes in the German Beer Plaza are also very good, especially the salt and pepper fish, which is crispy and crispy, the best in the venue.

The location is super good, close to big Budda and Beijing road, very convenient. But the room is a bit small if you have two big luggages. The staff are very polite included cleaning aunt.

Compare the other hotels of the same level this hotel was on the more expensive side for what was offered. My room was an interior room with no view but cost as much as other hotels of the same caliber with a stunning view. The room was a little outdated but very clean. The hotel restaurants were great. I tried all but one. Location was perfect.

I’ve been to many hotels and different hotel chains, and I have never seen a super customer service and hospitality like I have seen from this hotel, especially from Mr. Wang Yang He make the experience special and always available to support even when he is during non-working hours I’ll for sure stay here again and it is always my choice when I want to stay close to Guangzhou airport. Very close to the airport with shuttle buses service every 30 minutes for T2. And, T1 is just in the back side of the hotel.

Stunning hotel, with amazing hard product; the hotel is architectually beautifully designed and the view from everywhere you look is unmatched. The rooms are lovely and the amenities are great. However, I am not pleased with the so to say ”soft product”. The staff at the reception were cold and unfriendly. When I was checking in late at night after a very long flight, I was hoping for a warm welcome in this 5-star hotel, expecting a high standard from the Four Seaons company. However, the check-in process felt hasty and unfriendly, even though I was the only customer there. I was not greeted, nor asked how I was doing, where I am from, etc. The staff simply asked for my passport, and handed me the room key, without words. I later asked for options for another room, with a different view. This seemed to annoy the person with whom I checked in. I don't speak Mandarin, but I was given the feeling that the front desk staff were talking about me in my face. Later, during my stay, when I went down to the reception for questions, the answers were always very short, and given without a smile. As a side note, I must give compliments for the bellmen and the security, as they were always very friendly. This overall experience left me with a sour feeling, and it simply make me not feel welcome at this hotel. This is not the service I expect from the Four Seasons company. I have contacted the hotel about this matter. They were defensive on their end, and didn't offer a sincere apology.

Rosewood never disappoints. The highest building in Guangzhou with beautiful views of the Canton Tower and the city. Good breakfasts, with plenty of choice for foreigners. English speaking staff who resolve all issues very quickly. Separately, I would like to highlight the girl from the reception from the pool area named Skye, a very friendly and kind girl. I lived in this hotel for about a week and got only positive emotions, I recommend it to everyone who travels to Guangzhou. Amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Shangrila Guangzhou. Tina and Ashley at the front desk gave us free red wine after noticing that it was my wife’s birthday. Good job being observant with your guests. Thank you. The room was clean and spacious. The customer service is great. Breakfast has plenty of options. Very delicious. The outdoor pool and the garden is wide. We will be back for sure. It was a great experience.

Room was clean, service was excellent, it's literally across Terminal 1 and free shuttle is provided across Terminal 1 and 2 in regular intervals. Please note that this hotel is great for people wanting to be close to the airport but it's quite far for other places (take nearly an hour to get to main attractions like Beijing Pedestrian Street) - we were there for an overnight transit and had an early flight so it was a great choice for us!

This Airport Pay Lounge is very convenient for us. The slacking here is its receptionists couldn't speak English. Low and poor understanding of English. Hope the management will provide English communication course for them. However, the Air Asia check-in personnels can speak English well. Keep it up! Furthermore, should have built-in shared toilets beside the shared bathrooms specially for the lounge guests. The walkway to the car park should relocate to another place as the rooms are not really sound-proof and for security safety too.

Hotel was very convenient to attend Canton Fair. Right next to Shiqiao metro station exit B. Price was very reasonable given it was Canton fair week when prices are usually higher. Chinese breakfast was sufficient. Plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at but not much else. If you just need a clean bed at reasonable price to get in and out of Canton fair, then can recommend this hotel. It has the basics well done.

It’s 20mins ride from airport to hotel (at 7pm)/ less than 10mins ride from hotel to airport(at 7am), tried to call to book for airport transfer using the free internet call but the line was not good. But later they sent me message provided me WeChat number to reach out for transfer booking. There are plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance, there’s also a 24/7 dimsum restaurant just next to hotel. Room was ok (didn’t hear plane sound), water pressure is strong, lady receptionist was a bit cold in my opinion but it’s alright. It’s good for transit sleepover.

The location is good proximity to Guangzhou Railway Station. However the check-in service isn't too great. It took quite a while to handle the ~2-3 guests in front of me (waiting ~15 min to check in). They asked for a 200RMB deposit, but didn't provide a receipt or anything for the deposit - which I was a bit apprehensive of since it's cash. Though they did pay it back no questions asked. The room is OK, but for the price, I would at least expect it to be properly clean. However as you can see from the photos, the edges of the floor were visible dirty, as were the sealant in the bathroom. I think for the cleanliness, a more appropriate price would be like 150RMB/night (not the ~300RMB/night I paid).
