🌟 I highly recommend the Jianguo Hotel Guangzhou! It's perfect whether you're here for business or leisure. The location is a huge advantage – it's very close to Guangzhou East Railway Station, within walking distance, and super convenient for getting around by subway. This saves a lot of time, whether you're running errands or catching a high-speed train, without having to rush back and forth. The room was very clean, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing for a good night's rest. The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in/check-out was efficient. The biggest surprise was the Chinese restaurant on the fourth floor; the Cantonese dim sum was delicious and authentically 'old Guangzhou' style. You don't have to specially go out and queue at other tea houses; you can enjoy high-quality Cantonese dim sum right here at the hotel. It's suitable for a solo meal or a casual gathering with friends. Having dining and accommodation in one place is very convenient, fitting for both business and leisure travelers. Next time I'm in Guangzhou, I'll definitely prioritize staying here again. I truly recommend it to anyone traveling.

This stay was a huge improvement over my last one – no noise at all, and the room was so quiet. The orientation was great too. A special thank you to the lovely lady at the front desk who checked me in; she was incredibly understanding. And also to 'Jasmine' from the executive floor – she thought of every little detail for me. Because you arranged everything so perfectly this time, I couldn't resist staying an extra day! 😊 Westin Hotel, your biggest strength is how you always promptly address guest feedback and make improvements. You do an excellent job of valuing guest needs. I hope all my future stays are as pleasant and perfect as this one. Thank you all so much!

I've stayed here many times, and I'm so happy they upgraded me to a one-bedroom suite again this time. It was a very comfortable stay, and they even provided welcome fruits. Both the room and the living room have floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a pretty good view. The location is also very central; you can walk to Zhengjia Plaza. This time I tried the breakfast; the restaurant is beautiful, but the food selection is a bit limited. I pretty much always stay here when I come to Guangzhou.

The hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful, and all the staff were enthusiastic, attentive, and paid great attention to small details, which made me feel very cared for. The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was smooth, and any needs were promptly addressed. You can really feel the hotel's dedication to service; it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance!

Guangzhou Marriott Hotel Zhengjia Plaza Review: Excellent Location, but Service Details Need Significant Improvement Hotel Location: Prime business district, convenient but prone to traffic jams The hotel's location is truly excellent, situated right next to Zhengjia Plaza on Tianhe Road. Stepping out, you're seamlessly connected to a bustling commercial area, making shopping, strolling, and dining incredibly convenient. However, precisely because it's in a core business district, the surrounding traffic is bound to be congested during peak hours. Whether driving or taking a taxi, the last few hundred meters can take a considerable amount of time. It's advisable to factor in extra time and check traffic conditions upon arrival. Hotel Environment: Well-equipped, but cleanliness details need improvement The hotel generally offers the comfort expected of a standard five-star establishment. The decor and facilities are well-maintained and function smoothly without issues. Disappointingly, however, the room's cleanliness was rather mediocre. Dust was visible on obvious surfaces like the bedside table (see photos), which is quite detrimental to the stay experience for a five-star hotel. Hotel Facilities: Comprehensive, meeting daily needs All of the hotel's hardware facilities worked well. The comprehensive amenities met guests' daily rest and leisure needs. Although some areas might show a slight sense of age, the overall maintenance was good, with no facility malfunctions or inconveniences. Hotel Service: Low efficiency, attitude needs improvement This was the most critical area for improvement during this stay. Firstly, check-in efficiency was extremely low. Arriving at 3 PM, a twin room was still not available. Even after asking Trip.com customer service to expedite the process, we didn't receive the room key until 5 PM, severely disrupting our plans for rest. Secondly, the front desk staff's training was clearly inadequate; their arrogant attitude completely fell short of my consistent impression of Marriott staff being professional and enthusiastic, which was quite disappointing. Hotel Dining: On par, highly recommended The hotel's dining experience was outstanding and a major highlight of this stay. The buffet breakfast on the fifth floor offered a wide and diverse selection, catering to various tastes. The Chinese restaurant on the sixth floor not only had excellent dishes but also provided attentive and thoughtful service. The overall experience was superb and highly recommended. Overall, I am satisfied with my comprehensive experience at this hotel, especially its impeccable location and excellent dining. However, I also hope the hotel addresses the existing issues, genuinely improves the front desk staff's attitude, enhances check-in efficiency, and strengthens control over room cleanliness. I look forward to seeing improvements in these areas on my next visit.

The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, efficient, attentive, and polite. Special thanks to Mia Huang and Rachel at the front desk for making this a truly comfortable stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I must give them high praise. First, the hotel's location is a huge advantage. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, sightseeing, shopping, and finding food. The Guangzhou Zoo and Guangzhou East Railway Station are also easily accessible, which I was super happy about. There are also many great food options nearby. Whether you're taking a taxi or walking to nearby attractions and business districts, it saves a lot of time and effort, making it genuinely friendly for both leisure and business travelers. Upon entering the room, my first impression was how clean and tidy it was. The hygiene was impeccable, with even the corners spotless. The overall room layout was sensible, with ample space that didn't feel cramped. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress had just the right firmness, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any outside noise, ensuring a peaceful and sound sleep. The in-room facilities were complete and well-maintained, easy and convenient to use. The lighting created a perfect ambiance, making the living experience truly enjoyable. It's a shame the swimming pool on the seventh floor wasn't available; I wonder when it will open!

The Garden Hotel Guangzhou is, by far, the most satisfying and best value-for-money hotel I've stayed in this year. Staying in a five-star, old-money style hotel is just so comfortable. All the furniture is made of high-quality solid wood, giving the entire hotel an understated yet grand and luxurious feel. The room was incredibly spacious! The front desk upgraded me to a Kapok Suite, which made the experience even better! The entire hotel feels like a classic museum, a true grand garden. There are many dining options, including the Waterfall Restaurant on the 1st floor, Taoyuan Pavilion and Ming Shi Court on the 2nd floor, and the revolving restaurant on the 30th floor (where you can see Canton Tower). Our package included the buffet at the 30th-floor revolving restaurant and dim sum breakfast at Taoyuan Pavilion on the 2nd floor. The view from the 30th-floor restaurant is fantastic! It's a shame it was typhoon weather during my visit; I definitely need to go back on a clear, sunny day next time. The dim sum breakfast was also delicious, and the small dishes were exquisite. The hotel hosts many international guests, and every staff member serves with a smile – it truly is a classic, international-standard 'Old Canton' hotel. Excellent value!

The environment here is consistently excellent, and the location is superb. It's right near the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to Tianhuan, Tianhe Sports Center, and Guangzhou East Railway Station. The rooms are very spacious and clean. I particularly love spending my Guangzhou weekends here. I was on a non-smoking floor, so the air was fresh with no strange odors. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Surprise Suite Upgrade! Absolutely Perfect Experience! My stay at China Hotel Guangzhou this time was such a pleasant surprise! I originally booked a standard room, but to my delight, our customer manager Sandy thoughtfully upgraded us to a suite for free 🏠! The space was huge, offering plenty of room to move around, and having a separate living room and bedroom meant we didn't disturb each other's schedules – absolutely ideal for a family trip! The room had an expansive view, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light ☀️. Decided to take a spontaneous trip during the May Day holiday and looked into nearby resorts. Mulian Zhuang came highly recommended for its overall value for money, so we decided to give it a try. We arrived on the afternoon of the 30th, which helped us avoid the peak rush. From the parking attendant to the front desk staff and the shuttle bus driver, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. The front desk kindly upgraded our room to one by the lake, which was incredibly comfortable and offered a more peaceful environment. The first day was a bit chilly, but lying on the balcony deckchair, listening to the birds and the sound of the water, was incredibly relaxing. It really helped us achieve our vacation goals, haha! The hotel itself is designed like a garden, with rooms scattered across the hillside, connected by small paths. This layout ensures minimal disturbance between guests. Taking a leisurely stroll around is lovely, and if you don't feel like walking, you can always 'call' for the park shuttle, which is very convenient. If you're looking for peace and quiet, soaking in the hot springs or swimming here are excellent choices. I was so engrossed in the scenery that I barely took any photos!

Conghua Bishuiwan Hot Spring Resort lives up to its reputation as the ultimate hot spring getaway! Our family trip this time was simply perfect. The rooms are clean and tidy, with well-maintained facilities. They get good natural light, and you can see the mountain forest views right from the window. These rare low-radon soda springs feature over thirty unique pools discreetly set amidst the foliage, including herbal pools, floral-scented pools, and fish therapy pools, all offering excellent privacy. The service in the hot spring area is incredibly attentive; staff proactively offer towels, ginger tea, and lemon water. The relaxation area also provides complimentary snacks and fruits. The hotel and the location are outstanding. Just a remark about the buffet at night and the breakfast, the food is too local for this kind of hotel rate. for that night price (1200+ RMB), I would appreciate a more ”fresh” night buffet” and a more balanced ” asian / foreigner breakfast”. coffee is good, juice is processed, asian food is like an average buffet, foreigner side has just basic bread. If you're looking to stay in this very nice hotel, just eat outside. Hot spring is also very nice, many choice of pools.

The hotel looked better in the pictures than in real life! Honestly, the overall environment was decent, and there were several pleasant surprises during our stay, like the afternoon tea included in our package and the fruit platter specially provided at the hot spring. However, the downside was the hotel staff's somewhat aggressive upselling. They offered us a room upgrade but wanted an additional 80 yuan per hot spring tub (even though the room I booked already had a private tub!). Also, we had to pay extra for our child exceeding the limit, and this was only for a single entry (a multi-entry pass cost over 100 yuan per person, with no discount for hotel guests). What was even funnier was that each room was limited to 4 bottles of mineral water. We took 5 bottles the first night because we needed more water after using the hot spring, and then they wouldn't give us any more the next day! On checkout day, I wanted to take two bottles of water, but the front desk didn't even have any. Oh well, it's not like we're desperate for those two bottles. Overall, I'd say the hotel lacks generosity. I probably won't be booking here again!

Took the kids for a weekend getaway to Zengcheng Jinxiu Xiangjiang Hot Spring Resort, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations! I just have to rave about this hot spring hotel ❤️ ✅ Environment & Accommodation: The guest rooms were spotless, so hygiene was absolutely no concern. The rooms are incredibly spacious with expansive views, creating a perfect home-away-from-home vacation vibe. Surrounded by mountains and forests, the air is fresh, and the hot spring environment is incredibly therapeutic. ✅ Facilities: The resort offers a wide variety of hot springs with numerous pools, making both morning and evening soaks enjoyable. While the on-site water park isn't huge, the children's slides and splash areas are perfectly designed for little ones, keeping the kids entertained all day long. ✅ The warm and thoughtful service definitely deserves a special shout-out: The front desk check-in was efficient and friendly, and they kindly upgraded our room. Considering it would be inconvenient for the child to sleep, we contacted housekeeping to help combine the beds. The staff members were incredibly patient and went above and beyond to arrange everything perfectly, providing gentle and thorough service. Upon checkout, they even gifted us with a lovely souvenir, showing great attention to detail. Their signature tofu pudding is soft, sweet, and absolutely delicious – an unforgettable taste. All the staff were enthusiastic and meticulous in their service, ensuring all our needs as a family with children were well taken care of. My business trip happened to coincide with the hotel's Qixi (Chinese Valentine's Day) DIY sachet event, which really set a wonderful atmosphere. I got to make a sachet to take home and also received a small aroma diffuser – such thoughtful little details! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Its proximity to the airport made travel very convenient. It was a lovely little highlight during a busy trip, definitely recommend!

The hotel is wow! They have free transportation from terminals. If you arrived at terminal 2, after passing passport control, go to the second floor to departure hall and find exit 46. The bus from the hotel will pick you up right there, outside the exit. Reception guys are very helpful, they helped with your luggage and anything you need. The room itself is very spacious. The floor in the room is so soft, like a cloud! The bed is very comfortable, pillows just amazing! The bath robe is so soft, double layered, I loved it. All you need you have in a room. Only one thing can be improved, could be nice if there would be face wash and face lotion at least. Overall, very pleasant stopover experience. Would book again for longer stopover to discover hotel’s spa and restaurant.

I have to give a special shout-out to Allison and Lucy, our customer service managers. They were incredibly attentive to my experience throughout our stay, from pre-arrival to check-out. The housekeeping staff was also fantastic – diligent and very thoughtful. They noticed my child loves drawing and sleeps with a doll, so they thoughtfully provided extra notepads and even a new doll! Seeing us wearing sunglasses, they gave us a cleaning cloth and a handwritten note, which is so rare and personal in this digital age. The hotel room view was also lovely, and the restaurant was excellent. Honestly, I can't find a single fault with this stay. We'll definitely be back!

As someone who rarely leaves reviews, Shangri-La truly deserves a special commendation from me! It's one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. First and foremost, the service was excellent. Not only did they meet reasonable guest requests – for instance, for my birthday they provided a thoughtful and delicious cake – but I also felt genuinely respected by their service-oriented approach. Special shout-out to Lucy, Beryl, and Chloe from Guest Relations! They upgraded me to a river view room this time, and the scenery outside the window was expansive. Stepping into the room immediately felt so refreshing. One major reason I chose Shangri-La was their swimming pool. The indoor pool was clean, tidy, and quite spacious. The outdoor pool looked stunning, though unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to experience it this time. How many hotels can boast two pools? The gym was also great, and there's a tennis court that I didn't get to see. From an exercise perspective, I think Shangri-La is truly excellent!

From the moment I stepped into the Langham Place Guangzhou, I was captivated by its exquisite spatial design. The high-ceilinged lobby, with its flowing lines and soft interplay of light and shadow, and modern art accents, perfectly blends the subtle charm of Lingnan culture with the modernity of an international metropolis. Every step felt like walking through a meticulously crafted three-dimensional painting. What truly won me over was its superb location: it's incredibly close to the Pazhou International Exhibition Center, within easy walking distance. No more worrying about rush hour traffic; I could leisurely stroll to the exhibition hall right on time. The service was also incredibly heartwarming; the front desk staff's smiles were as genuine as old friends, and every request was handled with care. Even the cleaning staff I met by the elevator would greet me proactively. Breakfast was so abundant it was hard to choose – piping hot, freshly made Cantonese wonton noodles, crispy European breads, sweet fruits, and a dazzling array of both Chinese and Western options. Paired with a freshly brewed coffee, it was the perfect start to the day. After three days, every detail was just right, making this business trip, thanks to the Langham, a truly pleasant experience. It was excellent and well worth a return visit.

I was genuinely surprised by my stay at the Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou this time. I hadn't booked a suite, but they upgraded us directly to one when we checked in. My first thought upon entering was: ”It's huge!” 😂 The room was much bigger than I expected; the living room and bedroom felt incredibly spacious. It was so comfortable just staying in the hotel. But what truly left the deepest impression on me this time was the service. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming. We barely had to touch our luggage; they proactively offered to help carry it and deliver it to our room. After checking in, we received a welcome fruit platter, and everything we might need in the room was thoughtfully prepared. If we needed anything in between, a quick word to the staff brought a super-fast response. And their warmth wasn't just a formal ”Hello, how can I help you?” It was a genuine, proactive observation of whether you needed assistance. There was always someone helping us whenever we entered or left, which was something I noticed very strongly throughout our stay. While the hotel doesn't feature the trendy, new 'influencer' design you see nowadays, I actually quite like the Ritz's more classic, 'old money' aesthetic. It has a lot of quality overall, and its location right in Zhujiang New Town makes it convenient for getting around. The biggest surprise this time was definitely the suite upgrade; it was so big I almost didn't want to leave the room 😂. Coupled with the staff's service, luggage assistance, and welcome fruits, all these details made the entire stay very comfortable. If I want a comfortable stay in Guangzhou next time, I'd likely choose this place again.

The hotel is meticulously designed, very new, spotless, and has a very 'presidential' style – absolutely beautiful. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Zhengjia Plaza, Taikoo Hui, and Tianhuan Plaza, and a 20-minute walk to Canton Tower. They offer a ton of extra services, like garment care and afternoon tea, and the food is delicious. Our butler, Yueyue, was incredibly responsive and handled every request; I highly recommend she gets a promotion! Guangzhou is such a great city to explore.

This birthday trip was my first time staying at the W Hotel Guangzhou, and it was absolutely fantastic! The entire property is impeccably clean, fresh, and beautifully avant-garde. The facilities are simply outstanding. The stunning rooftop pool was a massive surprise, offering an amazing high-altitude vibe. I also thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully designed bar, the well-equipped gym, and the gorgeously aesthetic sauna, steam room, and hot pool—perfect spots to unwind. What truly elevated this stay was the exceptional service. Room service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly nice. A special shout-out to Candy and Catherine at the Front Desk! They were remarkably polite, attentive, and went out of their way to take great care of me, making my birthday extra special. I highly recommend W Guangzhou for a flawless, stylish stay. I will definitely be returning!

The hotel is 3 minutes from Shiqiao station. There is a bus line in front of the hotel that takes you to Shawan old town and other sites. It is across from a local mall with a lot of eateries. My only complaint is the cloth drier is hard to use without WeChat pay. Anyway, it is a good stay at this property.

The room was very clean, though there were some minor damp stains on the ceiling, walls, and in the bathroom. Overall, it was excellent. The front desk staff were also very helpful; any issues were promptly addressed and resolved. Food delivery was incredibly convenient, with a QR code on the desk for one-click ordering. The hotel's surroundings were lively, perfect for a stroll, and there was a 24-hour dim sum restaurant right outside with delicious food.

Arrived around 11 pm from Renmin station using a Didi, there is a parking lot for the driver to let you off. The staff didn't speak English but she was accommodating and used a translator to ask me about the hotel transfer. There is one an hour and it is a small mini van, it was quick and seamless would stay again.

It's true what they say: no comparison, no harm. My family always used to book Hilton for me, but this time they told me to try something new, so I only booked one core hotel, and it turned out to be a Wyndham. Hilton's quality is consistently good; the Hilton in this area even has more spacious rooms than others, and the service is quite good. However, Wyndham's quality really varies. The Wyndham I stayed at in Qingyuan, Lianzhu, was excellent, but the one in Panyu felt pretty average. Next time, I'll stick with Hilton. It offers great value for money, and while it might not be a high-star hotel, the quality is definitely up to a certain standard, and the breakfast is also quite standard.
