Every time I come to Guangzhou, I always stay at the Jianguo Hotel. Booking a room is easy, and the service is excellent. The housekeeping staff always greets guests, which is a nice touch. The rooms are a bit old, but the facilities inside are practical. My top three favorite things about the Jianguo Hotel are: first, the breakfast is delicious; second, the room gets completely dark after turning off the lights, unlike some hotels where LED strips or power buttons stay lit and disturb your sleep; and third, the bed is big enough for me to roll around freely and sleep very comfortably!

Trip.com's free room upgrade was great; we went straight from the most basic room type to the executive floor. However, the window faced another building directly, so the view was a bit questionable. **Facilities:** The hotel has been open for a long time, so it's understandable that the decor is old, which I had anticipated. But some design flaws are hard to comprehend. The toilet and shower share one door? This bathroom definitely can't accommodate more than two people. There's no place to put your phone in the toilet stall, and the bed was too soft, leaving me with body aches after sleeping. **Service:** After the room was cleaned on the second day, new bathrobes weren't provided. **Location:** It's very close to Linhexi subway station. I chose this hotel because I needed to take the APM line with my child, so its biggest advantage is the location.

Lots of eatery nearby, ranging from hotpot’s to bubble tea, shopping malls and etc. Even late at night at wee hours there are still shops operating and you definitely won’t go hungry. Easy to get around When we were leaving for the airport The concierge was kind enough to arrange transport for us at a reasonable rate even without prior booking, the 2 x 6 seaters cars arrived in 5 minutes. Total 2 of them. Talk about efficiency..

Haven't even checked in yet and a butler has already reached out via WeChat to ask about our preferences and needs, which is a great touch. The room is clean and tidy, the mattress is soft and very comfortable, and the bedding feels really nice. The breakfast offers a wide variety and is delicious. I especially want to mention the concierge service. When we took a taxi back to the hotel at night, the doorman helped us check if we'd left anything in the car. He even found a phone that the previous guests had left behind! That's incredibly thoughtful, highly recommend!

My friends were visiting Guangzhou, and there were 8 of us in total, so I booked 8 rooms for them. First and foremost, the location is incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel is situated in the Tianhe business district, making shopping and dining a breeze. Tianhuan Plaza, TeeMall, and Taikoo Hui are all just a five-minute walk away. Although the hotel has been open for a while, it's still well-maintained, and the service is excellent.

The location is great, not too far from both Line 3 and Line 1. Coming from the airport, Line 3 goes directly there, and after getting off the subway, it's about a 7-8 minute walk. You can see the hotel sign from a distance, so it's easy to find. The lobby is on the fourth floor, and the front desk service for both check-in and check-out was very good. They even upgraded my room, and the city night view from the window was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guangzhou.

A Luxurious Retreat with Standout Amenities My stay at the Sofitel Guangzhou Sunrich was excellent. The hotel truly excels in two key areas: first-class amenities and exceptional service. The pool and spa area is a genuine oasis—beautifully designed and perfectly equipped for relaxation. Equally impressive was the staff, who were consistently helpful, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. For complete transparency, my experience had two minor drawbacks. My room, while comfortable and well-appointed, showed slight signs of wear and would benefit from some maintenance updates. The dining experience was also inconsistent; some dishes were memorable, while others were merely average. That said, these points did little to diminish an otherwise wonderful stay. The overall comfort, serene ambiance, and superb service make the Sofitel Sunrich a hotel I would happily return to and recommend without hesitation.

The room was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. I requested additional bottled water, and it was delivered within minutes. What impressed me was that the bottles were thoughtfully placed in a Sheraton paper bag and handed to me properly. Such a small yet thoughtful touch left a strong impression on me. The only minor shortcomings were the absence of bidet in the bathroom and breakfast selection that could be improved in terms of taste. Aside from these, everything else was very good, and the overall stay was enjoyable.

After much deliberation, I finally decided to book the Garden Hotel. The lobby is magnificent, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. A special shout-out to Evelyn at the front desk, who was lovely and enthusiastic. I also want to commend our hotel guide, Kiko, who was absolutely adorable and kept helping us take photos! The hotel environment is beautiful. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit old. Also, on the night of check-in, I specifically asked the front desk staff at the main entrance if we could choose between the revolving restaurant and the ground floor for breakfast. They told me the revolving restaurant was only open in the evening. However, the next morning, when I asked the staff at the ground floor restaurant, they said both were options 🤭🤭. In the end, we still went to the revolving restaurant for breakfast (it was just so-so, but we enjoyed the ambiance). Overall, it's worth a stay.

I stayed for two weeks, and they upgraded our room for the first week, which was great. It's an old-established hotel with an unbeatable location, surrounded by countless dining options, and very convenient for taxis and the subway. The only downside is that the bathroom doesn't have a door, and showering in the bathtub is inconvenient. (I suggest replacing the bathtub with a proper shower for a better experience.)

Came to Guangzhou with my family. Emily handled our check-in and even upgraded our room, which was super convenient. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate shower with a sliding door for privacy. The bed was very comfortable. For food delivery, there's a delivery locker; you can get to it by walking through the snack street to the commercial building on the first floor. There's also another delivery locker within the apartment building. The breakfast buffet was quite varied, with dishes like curry with egg fried rice and salmon steaks, which change regularly.

Highly recommend this hotel for early morning flights! Its location is unbeatable for an airport hotel – just a 3-minute walk directly to Terminal 1. For Terminal 2, there's a free shuttle bus every 20 minutes, so there's no need to worry even if you arrive late at night. Plus, Metro Line 3 is right nearby, making travel to and from the city super convenient. The breakfast is also fantastic; you can grab a hot meal as early as 5:30 AM before catching your shuttle to T2. The room was clean and tidy, and the double-pane windows did an excellent job of blocking out airport noise. It was the best night's sleep I've had during this entire business trip. The staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in and check-out process was efficient throughout. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next layover!

Choosing Muliangzhuang Hotel in Huadu for this vacation was absolutely the right decision – it definitely deserves five stars! The moment I stepped into the hotel, the strong Southeast Asian vibe instantly caught my eye. The lobby was surrounded by lush greenery, with stone paths underfoot and bamboo woven lamps overhead. It felt just like being on an overseas holiday, instantly putting me at ease. During check-in, the staff were warm and professional. They quickly got everything sorted for me and thoughtfully introduced the hotel's facilities and activities. My appreciation for the hotel instantly shot up. My lake view room was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered an unobstructed view of the picturesque lake and mountains outside, like a natural painting. The huge, soft bed ensured I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom design was also very thoughtful, with a separate wet and dry area, and an extra-large bathtub. After a tiring day, a soak in the tub melted all my fatigue away. The hotel's amenities were also very extensive. The outdoor pool was crystal clear and beautifully designed, with sun loungers and parasols nearby. It was incredibly relaxing to sunbathe and swim there. The Muliang Qingquan Hot Spring is also a must-visit, offering several unique hot spring pools. After a soak, my skin felt noticeably better. For families with children, the outdoor kids' play area and indoor kids' club are a paradise. With a wide variety of play facilities, children can have endless fun. The dining experience was also excellent. The buffet breakfast at Sui Shi Fang Western Restaurant offered a rich variety of options, including Chinese hot congee and steamed buns, as well as Western bread and bacon. Everything tasted great, setting me up for an energetic day. The Cantonese cuisine at Yang Chinese Restaurant was truly exceptional. The ingredients were fresh, and the cooking brought out wonderful flavors, making every dish unforgettable. There are also many interesting places to visit around the hotel. European Town and Jiulong Lake Scenic Area are just a few minutes' drive away, perfect for sightseeing and photo opportunities. This stay was absolutely fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place again for my next vacation!

My room was a luxurious suite with private bath tub (around hkd 3000 for two nights including breakfast). Hardware is definitely exceptional. However when it comes to service it is below standard: 1) front desk - service was poor without any greetings such as bell boy. Front desk officers were unhappy without any eye contact when they talk to you. No hospitality at all; 2) breakfast - the quality both food and service were not up to a 4 or 5 star service. Table was not clean, staffs were almost unfriendly, except one female manager and one staff, all staffs were rushing their task and unwelcoming. I believe the hotel management need to motivate their staff ,otherwise, people won’t come again. 3) Amnenties - room is a luxurious suite with private bath tub, massage chair, kitchen , dining table and queen bed. The tub was not very clean, with water splitting . Such a waste as their service was not meeting the standard of what it is expected to be a 5- star resort. (The environment, garden were nicely decorated indeed) The Hot Spring pool is well known but I have’s try so cannot comment. I won’t come to this resort again, if the service of the hotel haven’t improved. And I won’t recommend travelers with kids who is looking for a family friendly and good service resort. P.S.: Parking spaces were spacious and free

River view rooms are only available with king beds; there are no twin-bed options for river views. Twin rooms, unfortunately, only offer views of the village rooftops. The surroundings were decent, and the water quality seemed clean enough. The kids had a great time. However, room cleanliness was only average. The small rug was visibly grubby; I didn't dare let my child walk on it barefoot. The bath towels were very old and even had holes. While they appeared clean, the holes clearly indicated they'd been in use for a very long time.

We love the lobby area. We spent every night with our friends to gather. The staff, 李煜勤 and 江丽晴, were always smiling and helpful. Our room was big and spacious. My stay at Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou was truly memorable, even though it was just for one night. What stood out most was how attentive and thoughtful the team was. Before arrival, I mentioned that I hoped for a Canton Tower view, fully understanding that the room category did not guarantee it. To my surprise, they genuinely listened and managed to arrange a room with that view for us, which already set the tone for the stay. I also noted that we were celebrating our anniversary, and despite the short stay, the hotel went the extra mile with lovely in-room decorations, along with complimentary red wine and chocolates. These small but meaningful touches made the celebration feel very special. From the moment we stepped out of the car, the welcome was warm and sincere, and that level of hospitality was consistent throughout our stay. The staff were responsive, caring, and clearly attentive to guest needs. Overall, the level of service here is truly top-notch. This is hospitality done right, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Guangzhou.

The front desk proactively upgraded my room. It was cold in Guangzhou and there was no heating in the room, but the housekeeping staff promptly brought a portable heater. The room was clean, and the pillows and mattress were very comfortable, though the linens felt a bit rough. The location is excellent, very close to the subway station, and food delivery robots even bring orders right to your room.

We chose a Shangri-La river view room for New Year's Eve. The night view of the river was absolutely stunning and captivating. The hotel's environment exuded elegance and tranquility everywhere, completely shielding us from the outside world's hustle and bustle, making us feel incredibly comfortable the moment we stepped in. The breakfast spread was lavish, with an impressive array of both Chinese and Western options, and everything was delicious. Enjoying a delightful breakfast with the river view outside the window made the first day of the new year exceptionally pleasant and fulfilling.

I brought my son to Guangzhou for a comic convention, and we stayed at the Langham Guangzhou, which is just a stone's throw from the Canton Fair Complex. The facilities are top-notch, and the service was incredibly warm. I particularly want to thank Barton, the duty manager, and Irene, a server at the Executive Lounge (Langham Club), for their thoughtful and attentive service and assistance throughout our stay. They made us feel right at home. We'll definitely be back if we have the chance!

Booked this stay through a Ctrip Black Diamond member event, and it absolutely lived up to Ritz-Carlton's usual standards. There was a concierge who helped with our luggage upon arrival and departure. The room facilities were consistently excellent, as expected from the Ritz. We received a welcome card, fruit platter, and cake. Any service requests were answered immediately by phone – highly recommend!

The room was excellent, and the location was fantastic. What touched me most was that it was my birthday on the day of check-in, and the hotel specially sent me a birthday cake. The stay was very pleasant, and the surroundings are super convenient for getting anywhere, with a subway station just a three-minute walk away. Highly recommended!

We drove from Beijing to Hainan and stayed at the W Hotel Xi'an when passing through. Our mood went through a rollercoaster of emotions. Upon check-in, the hotel's 'nightclub' vibe immediately dampened our spirits. However, once we entered our room, the expansive lake view and excellent scenery instantly lifted our mood. All in all, it left a deep impression. Coincidentally, I got a spot in the Guangzhou Marathon, and with so many good hotels in Guangzhou, I specifically booked the W Hotel Guangzhou to check it out. And it certainly didn't disappoint! First, the location is excellent, close to cultural landmarks like the Guangdong Provincial Museum, Guangzhou Library, and Huacheng Square. It's also quite close to both the start/finish line and the bib collection point for the marathon. Secondly, the hotel's design is full of futuristic technology and visual impact. Of course, the lobby still has that 'nightclub' atmosphere, with lighting, music, and decor creating a vibrant, youthful ambiance. The rooms are equipped with modern facilities, and the bedding is luxurious. Furthermore, the dining was also exceptional. We had the buffet dinner on the night we checked in, and the variety was extensive, and the quality was superb. Finally, the service was impeccable. Clinton at the front desk had a smiling demeanor, was highly efficient, and made the check-in process quick. He also helped us with a room upgrade, packed breakfast for us to take to the marathon, and even extended our check-out time because we were late returning from the race. He was truly a thoughtful and heartwarming staff member. In summary, this stay was perfect, leaving us with a unique and unforgettable experience. We will definitely stay again. Thanks again to Clinton at the front desk, you worked hard!

Great location, very convenient and clean. With earplugs, I slept soundly! Very satisfied! The only downside was the noise from the next room at night; when they opened their suitcase and bumped the dividing wall, my room would vibrate. Still, it was fine for a short stay, and I was quite happy. I actually showered at the airport hotel right after landing before checking in here, so I didn't use their bathroom.

I had a good stay at Neya this is my second time staying there. I love it for being quite. The only downfall it's a little bit far from the subway station it's a 15 to 20 minutes walk. I love that there is a laundry room you can wash your clothes during the stay. A lot of good food around. The service desk is helpful. I had to leave the hotel around 4am and the shuttle bus took us which is one of the greatest things for staying closer to the airport

**Service & Amenities:** The hotel boasts a prime location. The front desk staff were professional and incredibly welcoming, and our room was spotless with smart, modern facilities. Highly recommended! **Value for Money:** The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, truly like sleeping on clouds. All facilities are well-maintained. The buffet breakfast offered a wide and varied selection, and they even provided high-quality branded toiletries. This hotel offers outstanding value for money, making it my top choice. **Detailed Experience:** The room's design was both stylish and intelligent. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks and beverages. The service throughout our stay was consistently prompt and responsive.

The hotel is close to the airport, taxi fares can be reimbursed, the price/performance ratio is very high, and the service attitude is also very good. However, the only drawback is that the sound insulation is poor, and sleep is disturbed, but everything else is fine.
