NNAMR..Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldn’t be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it. Parking is available but comes with an extra charge. Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.

GGuest UserRoom was VERY big. There's a kitchen and a living room area as well. Location very convenient, there's a 7-11 right across the street and a huge mall right next to the hotel. Hotel staff members were very nice and helpful. However, there was no complimentary bottled water, they just gave me a jar to get water from the machine in the hallway - but the jar I don't think it's very clean. There were black spots on the bed - not sure what those are. There was hair on the floor of the shower - I haven't even showered so those must be left from the previous customer.

Rrabbitcal1st time to Mossaz, previous one was Paxtonz. Difference is just amenities, very tiny details that'll make your stay a little nicer. I'll say Paxtonz is better. But all in still very very good value compared to hotel for the same price. Paid rm85/day for 7 nights. - had sofa - plug points on each side of bed - bedside table each side - toilet rack for clothes - mini stove - house key insert at the door instead of going inside to turn on lights - wall decor Parking whole day flat rate rm6. First 3hrs rm21, next 3hrs rm2. Tng/card accepted. 4 levels parking, plentiful. EV charge available too.

GGuest User1st time booking at Sunway Pyramid Hotel. Great to stay here. The gym at the Sunway Resort at the Sunset Terrace was good and love it. It is super long weekend in Malaysia and couple with School Holidays for Singapore and Malaysia too. I believe Hotel should have open up additional breakfast kiosk at the ballroom to cater for the overwhelmed occupancy rate. 31st May 2026, we were surprised to waited in the long queue to get into Sunset Terrace for our breakfast. Staffs are really done their best to make sure everything is in order but food replenishment are slow. Should have improved in the area.

IikwsI had a pleasant stay at Tune Hotel KLIA2. The location is excellent, especially for travellers with early morning or late-night flights, as it is conveniently connected to the airport terminal. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel facilities were adequate for a short transit stay, and I appreciated the convenience of food outlets and airport amenities. Favourite part of my stay: The direct and easy access to KLIA2, which made my journey stress-free and convenient.

GGuest UserFirstly, there was no clear check-in signage or designated lane for guests checking in. The only signs I saw were for check-out and pre-registered guests. As a result, I mistakenly queued at the pre-registered guest lane and ended up wasting a considerable amount of time before realizing I was in the wrong queue. Clearer signage and better lane designation would help avoid confusion and improve the guest experience. The hairdryer in my room was faulty. I had to contact the hotel multiple times to request a replacement, but I had to wait over an hour for the replacement to arrive. This unnecessary delay disrupted my schedule and caused me to postpone my dinner plans. I would have expected a much quicker response for a basic room maintenance issue. For check-out, I called for the buggy service but had to wait more than 10 minutes without any sign of arrival. As I did not want to be further delayed, I eventually decided to walk to the lobby myself to complete the check-out process. This was inconvenient, especially considering that buggy transportation is one of the services provided by the property. During peak periods with high guest volume, the management should consider deploying additional resources and increasing the frequency of the buggy service to better accommodate guests and reduce waiting times.

The Sama-Sama Hotel, a 5-star property, has been around for a long time and its facilities are a bit dated, while other airport hotels have rooms that are too small. For travelers transiting through Kuala Lumpur or needing an overnight stay, I highly recommend the ibis Styles Sepang KLIA – it's excellent! When I first saw the 4.4 rating on Trip.com, I didn't have high expectations, thinking the facilities would be very ordinary. However, my actual stay completely exceeded them, offering a surprisingly great experience! This hotel, newly opened in 2024, is exceptionally well-maintained. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the overall design is resort-style, with lush greenery everywhere. Upon entering, you're greeted by a fresh, botanical scent, completely devoid of the usual oppressive and stuffy feeling of typical airport hotels 🍃. There’s a wide selection of room types. Solo travelers can choose a standard king or twin room, with 26㎡ of spacious, uncrowded comfort. Couples or friends can upgrade to a Superior room, and for families, the Family room with one king and one single bed can accommodate up to three people. There's also a windowless Deluxe King room, perfect for those just needing a temporary stopover and planning to rest indoors during the day. Accessible rooms are also available for guests with mobility needs. Each room is equipped with a mini-fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a separate shower and bathroom, and a safe. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, perfectly adequate for daily living and work. The amenities are top-notch. There's a large outdoor infinity pool with a shallow kids' area, complete with loungers and parasols – it's incredibly relaxing to soak in the pool and watch the sunset in the evening. The 24-hour gym has a full range of equipment. On the ground floor, there’s a casual bar with live music in the evenings, offering a very relaxed atmosphere. The STREATS restaurant serves local Malaysian dishes and international cuisine, and can accommodate Halal, vegetarian, and children's meals. The breakfast buffet has a rich variety, and buying breakfast separately at the hotel is much more cost-effective than adding it to your online booking. In addition to paid treatments like spa services, facials, and hair washes, the hotel also offers a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and a large free outdoor parking lot, so parking is not an issue if you’re driving. The green courtyard area is expansive, perfect for an evening stroll to unwind. Real-life room photos look much better than the online pictures. The décor is positioned at a 4-star standard, but the comfort of the mattresses, soft furnishings, and bathrooms definitely rivals 5-star properties. The only major drawback is the rather poor soundproofing. You can clearly hear guests walking and talking in the hallway, and noises from adjacent rooms. Coupled with the roar of planes taking off and landing, light sleepers can easily be woken up in the middle of the night. The location is incredibly convenient, just 1 km from KLIA airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from the airport with fixed schedules; remember to register and book at the front desk before check-in. It's a 5-minute drive to Mitsui Outlet Park, so you can stop by for some shopping during your layover. Overall, this hotel is ideal for travelers needing an overnight airport stay. It's half the price of the 5-star Sama-Sama KLIA in the same area, yet its hardware, environment, and amenities are more modern and comprehensive, making for a great transit experience 👍.

KKytchermaineI booked the Superior King Room for a solo staycation and really enjoyed my time! I arrived around 2:20 PM, and they allowed me an early check-in with a fast and smooth process. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the room came with two large complimentary bottles of water. The TV wasn’t a smart TV (no YouTube, etc.), but surprisingly there were quite a lot of programs and channels available during my stay. The location is great. You can easily stay within the area without going out far. There’s a 7-Eleven for quick purchases, and a mall just next door with Lotus, Watsons, and more. The onsen costs RM28 for walk-in guests, with 45 minutes per session. Slippers and disposable underwear are provided, but you can also bring your own swimsuit. I went during a non-peak hour and was lucky enough to have the entire onsen to myself. They even allowed me to stay longer than 45 minutes. After the session, they served free hot tea and a sweet snack (dorayaki), which was a nice touch. The hotel also has two restaurants: Birch and Sora. I had dinner at Sora SkyDining, it’s a romantic spot with a great ambience. Prices are quite reasonable for a sky dining experience. I ordered the yuzu iced tea (RM16) and Tiger Prawns Spaghetti (RM38); the portions were generous and the food tasted good. If you’d like to burn some calories after dinner, there’s a beautifully lit garden right beside the hotel. Perfect for a romantic night walk. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, with a wide variety including noodles, nasi lemak, pastries, halal dim sum, and various drinks. Everything tasted good. Check-out is at 12 PM and parking is only RM1 per entry!
