Stayed in this hotel a few times but this is the first time I booked the premier room. The room was extremely cold even at maximum temperature if 30 degree. I had to switch off the aircon. The lighting outside the room is too dim. Likewise for the room as they used purple light for the front if the bed. Time to upgrade your hair dryer. I had short hair and usually need less than 5 minutes to blow dry my hair. With this hairdryer even at maximum speed, it takes forever to blow dry the hair. Looks like paying extra for room might not always be the best deal.

1st time booking at Sunway Pyramid Hotel. Great to stay here. The gym at the Sunway Resort at the Sunset Terrace was good and love it. It is super long weekend in Malaysia and couple with School Holidays for Singapore and Malaysia too. I believe Hotel should have open up additional breakfast kiosk at the ballroom to cater for the overwhelmed occupancy rate. 31st May 2026, we were surprised to waited in the long queue to get into Sunset Terrace for our breakfast. Staffs are really done their best to make sure everything is in order but food replenishment are slow. Should have improved in the area.

Overall stay was very good with excellent location and amenities. Important with functioning room fixtures and maintenance. Front desk upgraded us to corner golf view room which was unexpected. We were very happy as hotel is just next door to the mall. The best breakfast spread with the live teh tarik crew. Also we enjoy the live relaxing music @ lobby after the day shopping ended.

Fantastic Family Stay – Perfect for Kids and Highly Recommended! Room 1311 Deluxe King: My husband, our son, and I recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay here, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The property is exceptionally family-friendly, and the absolute highlight for my son was the free-entry waterpark! It was also incredibly convenient being located so close to the local attraction sites, making our family outings effortless. Each morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast with a very good spread of choices to suit everyone. We were equally impressed with the room's upkeep. The cleanliness was excellent, and coming back to fresh daily towels and incredibly fluffy pillows made our rest exceptionally comfortable. Finally, the hospitality truly stood out. The staff at the reception area were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and we always received a warm welcome from the friendly security guard. We highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a clean, fun, and comfortable getaway!

We arrived early and requested for early check in, the staff is very nice and explained only the twin bed room available. We managed to check in at 1pm. Staffs are friendly, convenient to the shopping centre, restaurant and coffee house around. All facilities are well served.

Overall, my stay here was excellent, with many details exceeding my expectations. First off, the hotel's location is super convenient. There's a convenience store just a few steps downstairs, making it really easy to grab snacks and daily necessities. The room amenities are comprehensive, including a pot, microwave, and refrigerator, which is a huge plus for guests who like to prepare simple meals themselves. The bedding was incredibly clean and comfortable, made from soft materials, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's security was also top-notch, with strict access control for entry and exit, making me feel very safe and secure. The most satisfying aspect for me was the 24-hour Chinese-speaking service provided by the hotel—this was incredibly important to us! Whenever we had any questions, whether it was about local surroundings or how to use the room's facilities, the staff were able to respond and resolve issues promptly in Chinese, ensuring seamless communication. Additionally, the rooftop outdoor pool and its surroundings were absolutely beautiful. In the evening, watching the sky and the distant villas from the poolside was quiet and relaxing; every photo taken was picture-perfect. However, I do have a small suggestion for future guests: the bathroom area is a bit cramped and doesn't have a separate wet and dry area. Water tends to splash out during showers, often wetting the toilet paper nearby. I'd recommend stowing away the toilet paper when you check in. Also, personally, I felt the shower water wasn't particularly hot (though I might just be sensitive to cold), but it didn't significantly impact the overall experience. All in all, this hotel offers great value for money and thoughtful service. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!

This is my go to hotel whenever Im in Subang Jaya. Luv the peace quietness and impeccable service attitude of the team staff there. Bedding n pillows especially their sheets were so comfortable to sleep in. High Praise for their honest and professional Housekeeping Supervisor- Cik Alya when she notified the Front desk Manager who immediately called me of my precious belonging accidentally left behind in room after checking out. This made me trust the Mercure staff team even more to take care of the Guests well!

Really new and very clean inside. Easy to check in, nice and cozy stay. With the great location near ss15 and this price, there's really nothing to complain about. The property management is also responsive. Their security guard even guided through my whole way into carpark to find my specific parking lot. Would come back again if there's next time. Only minor cons about this property is the drainage system of the shower is slightly slow.

The hotel is located in Putrajaya, about 40 minutes from the airport, but it's quite a distance from the city center. There are limited shopping and dining options nearby, though IOI City Mall is only 2.8 km away. The room itself is spacious, but the cleanliness of the sheets and pillows was subpar.

I booked the Superior King Room for a solo staycation and really enjoyed my time! I arrived around 2:20 PM, and they allowed me an early check-in with a fast and smooth process. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and the room came with two large complimentary bottles of water. The TV wasn’t a smart TV (no YouTube, etc.), but surprisingly there were quite a lot of programs and channels available during my stay. The location is great. You can easily stay within the area without going out far. There’s a 7-Eleven for quick purchases, and a mall just next door with Lotus, Watsons, and more. The onsen costs RM28 for walk-in guests, with 45 minutes per session. Slippers and disposable underwear are provided, but you can also bring your own swimsuit. I went during a non-peak hour and was lucky enough to have the entire onsen to myself. They even allowed me to stay longer than 45 minutes. After the session, they served free hot tea and a sweet snack (dorayaki), which was a nice touch. The hotel also has two restaurants: Birch and Sora. I had dinner at Sora SkyDining, it’s a romantic spot with a great ambience. Prices are quite reasonable for a sky dining experience. I ordered the yuzu iced tea (RM16) and Tiger Prawns Spaghetti (RM38); the portions were generous and the food tasted good. If you’d like to burn some calories after dinner, there’s a beautifully lit garden right beside the hotel. Perfect for a romantic night walk. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, with a wide variety including noodles, nasi lemak, pastries, halal dim sum, and various drinks. Everything tasted good. Check-out is at 12 PM and parking is only RM1 per entry!
