The hotel is in a great location, just next to Sunway Pyramid shopping mall. The breakfast buffet is delicious. However throughout the whole stay, we have dealt / met more than 5 staffs and didn't feel welcomed. Only 1 of them greeted us and put on a smiling face. They served welcome cookies when we checked in but only 1 for each room.

I will repeat again! The service is so good, staff all friendly, the breakfast love it and i love chocolate muffin so much. The room so comfortable and the hotel is connecting to sunway pyramid mall, LOVE IT ＜3

Sunway Lagoon Hotel offers a comfortable stay with direct access to the theme park and mall. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are polite and efficient. Breakfast has good variety.

It was convenient to get to sunway mall and the theme park. We got direct view of the theme park at the highest level.

The hotel prepared a birthday surprise for our child, who was happy all day. Thoughtful service, five-star worthy. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely stay here again!
