We had a very pleasant stay and were very satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the environment was pleasant, and most importantly, the staff were friendly, helpful and provided excellent service. Thank you to the team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Saw cutton buds on the table once I entered the room and no plastic laundry bag. The rest are ok. Sunway upgraded my room at Sunway Lagoon to Sunway Resort.

When I returned to the hotel on the evening of August 14th, I noticed a towel carelessly left next to the bathroom sink (under the hair-dryer). There were red stains on the edge of the towel, just like the towel left in the walk-in shower the previous night. I am not sure if it was the exact same towel. I have stayed here for business several times before and never encountered these issues. Additionally, the caps on the glass water bottles were very difficult to open. 8月14晚回到酒店, 其中一條毛巾在浴室洗手盤旁的位置胡亂擺放(風筒之下), 那條毛巾的周邊染污了紅色的污漬, 跟前一晚放在企缸也是一樣的,不知道是否同一條毛巾,我前幾次來工幹也沒有這些問題, 而且玻璃水樽的蓋掩很難打開.

The room had large windows and was a twin room, but the beds could be combined to form a king-size bed! The pool was very photogenic. The front desk service was excellent, and they were very patient with luggage storage. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to a large shopping mall and a water park, so you don't have to worry about dining, entertainment, or shopping.
