It’s a hotel located between T1 and T2 in Chengdu airport, very easy to find if you follow the signs after exiting the arrivals zone. Staff at the desk speaks English, didn’t have any problems with communication. One thing to be aware of: since the hotel is very close to the airport, sounds of the airport can be heard in the late evening and night, so those who are noise sensitive, proceed booking with caution. Their breakfast is decent as well, with a lot to choose from Chinese to Western cuisine. Wasn’t crowded on a weekday at around 9:00AM. The room has all amenities: toothbrush, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Definitely a place I’d recommend to stay at if you have a layover in Chengdu.

I had an outstanding experience at Dorsett. I arrived in Chengdu super early in the morning from overseas. While checking in, I asked if it was possible to let me check in a little earlier than normal and the reception staff (English name ”Sunshine”) was graciously accommodating. However, while waiting in the lobby until my promised check-in time arrived, the front desk manager (English name ”Cinderella”) arrived at around 8:00 to start her shift. She saw me sitting in the lobby looking tired and immediately checked with her coworkers on my situation. Then she approached me, said that she found out about my situation from her staff and immediately checked me in, much before the official time. In addition, she upgraded me to a better room. It was quite a pleasant surprise. After a long international flight, I was able to relax in a very comfortable bed. I hope that employees like Cinderella are proactively appreciated by the management for their hard work and excellent service attitude and given more senior positions. She certainly deserves it. And I wish this level of service becomes a common occurrence everywhere. P.S: After I left the room to meet a friend, I came back to find fruits, plates and complementary Evian water laid out on the table for me Another pleasant surprise. The room heating may need an upgrade. Hope that is made stronger in the future. Definitely staying here again next time!

The hotel is very new and modernly equipped. It even has voice activated AC, music, alarm clock, etc. But you have to speak Chinese to Xiao Ai Tongxue (the voice activated device's name, like Siri in iPhone). I would say Yushe Yunshan is a 4* or 4,5* hotel at most. However, the hotel does offer pick up/delivery from/to the bus station and from/to Jiuzhai scenic areas. The front desk staffs and drivers were all very friendly and helpful, although they don't speak English. But of course we can use Google translate to communicate with them.

Very clean hotel. Cleaning service was very good. Room was spacious. Check in and check out was a breeze. Location was excellent as well. Very near to Chunxi Road and lots of eateries and shopping streets around the hotel. The subway on Chunxi road was also nearby. Definitely recommended for families.

This Ritz-Carlton hotel is in an excellent location for families. The Taikoo Li and IFS shopping area is only a few minutes away by metro or Didi. The Chengdu Panda Reserve Base is a very reasonable distance (30 minutes drive). The facilities are very nice. The lobby has a great view from the 25th floor. The cafe there also has good coffee and food. The room was very comfortable and clean, with an excellent coat closet. The bathroom is one of the best-equipped we have seen. It has a fully-equipped Toto bidet (automatic opening lid, washing, drying, warming), a convenient hair-dryer outlet inside the drawer, a nice tub and shower. We had the twin room (which was really full-size beds) that was plenty of room for us and our son. Each bed already came with 4 pillows each. All the hotel staff demonstrated excellent service. Especially Lucia Shang at the front desk reception. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions (in English). I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location and well-equipped facilities.

This hotel is located at just a 5 min walk from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou National Park and it is extremely convenient. The hotel staff are also helpful and service is also good. The breakfast however is average and the ”hotsprings” are just Jacuzzi tubs which is a little misleading.

Good location and about 10-15 mins walk to Jiuzhaigou park entrance. Was disappointed that the room booking did not come with the free transport as mentioned in Trip.com, but hotel staff was able to provide contact to do carpooling, which is about the same price as taking a bus. Amenities are good and clean. Lots of restaurants and there are also some supermarket around the area. There is also a shop within the hotel and the things are very affordable and have long opening hours, so there is no need to go out if you need to buy stuff (I bought a jacket as I did not prepare thicker jacket)

This place is overpriced for what it is. You can find far better accommodation in Chengdu for this price, they are purely taxing you on their location next to the East station. The hotel is massive but only has 3 elevators, as a result, you have to wait very long to go up and down. Breakfast is frequently not included in the booking. The rooms are standard but not worth the price. The worst of all was that the housekeeper came to clean our rooms despite us indicating for ”Do Not Disturb”. Very unprofessional. The hotel is also filled with awful tour groups who are loud and uncivilised.

We had fantastics stay at Rhombus Park Aura Chengdu Hotel. The staff is very nice,friendly and helpful. The room is very big and spacious. The hotel location is at the heart of Chunxi Road shopping area 🥰

We were there in Chengdu and faced some sudden changes in our itinerary when arriving,the staffs was extremely helpful and friendly in assisting us for all the problems and queries. I had my mother and brother birthdays on the day we checked in, the staff did a lot of surprises with decorations and cards, really appreciate the help from the morning sets of service crew. I may not get their names but i remember the gentleman with spectacles, along with two ladies with great smiles. 100% would recommend our friends or families to choose this hotel whenever they visit chengdu!!!

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The front desk Tina and Lena gave me very detail service and upgraded my room with no extra charge. The room was very clean. They provided detail service. Highly recommend you try them out. I gave a five stars!

It was a good impression the moment my parents and I arrived at the hotel with the butler meeting us and assisting to the check in. Afterwhich bringing us to the room and introducing everything about the room and adding wechat so whenever we have any issues 24hrs they will be able to assist. Room is abit aged but was maintained quite well.. recommended.

This hotel was far beyond what we expected. We stayed here for 2 nights in the room with the floor heater on the 3rd floor where we could get the breathtaking view of Siguaningshan right from our room. The hotel room was very nice, cozy, comfy and very clean. In the room, they provided everything you might need esp. the Oxygen generator. The staffs were very helpful, service minded and nice. They tried to help us to manage the transfer, to order some food with the handy translator. That was great. This hotel was not in the downtown but the hotel provided the transfer for us with the very polite driver. And this hotel had so many picturesque and scenic photo spots for us taking lots of photos. And we enjoyed it so much. And for food, they had Western and Chinese food and they had bar as well. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. You will totally love this place for 100%.

The hotel is located at the mouth of the ditch, 5 minutes' walk from the bus stop, which is very convenient. I was a little carsick after the chartered car and the winding mountain road. The hotel staff was warm and thoughtful, and took the initiative to help us get hot water and arrange for us to check in quickly. The mountain view room I booked was spacious enough with a balcony. It was straight to the point. Although I couldn't see the sunrise, I could see the golden mountain in the sun when the weather was good, and the golden pink top of Yunshan was also beautiful. The breakfast was rich in variety and local characteristics. The cold yak beef, tomato beef soup, and beef noodles all tasted good. The daily supply was slightly different and the ingredients were fresh. The hotel can arrange a car to the entrance of the scenic spot, a business car, and you can leave when you get together. You can make an appointment at the front desk in advance. I was a little tired after visiting Jiuzhaigou. I had a yak beef soup pot in the hotel restaurant for dinner, which tasted good. Overall, the environment, location and service are good.

Excellent hotel. It is about 11 kilometres (7 miles) away from the Jiuzhaigo national park but there were always taxis or didi around and they charged between 40 and 45 yuan. I think what I liked the most is the decoration and choice of colour palette. Gold, light browns, silver and a hint of red. All very *******. The staff were super nice. They were not fluent in English but they are always willing to be helpful. A translation app is advisable if you have a non-standard request. I recommend the breakfast and buffet dinner - wide selection- as well as the a la carte restaurant (Simmer). Prices for food were very good value for money.

Absolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly. Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

The hotel has a unique style. It is like a greenhouse surrounded by snow-capped mountains. There are gardens and Tibetan-Qiang style buildings inside the glass roof. It is relatively independent and far away from other buildings. The hotel has hot springs. There is a large lake next to the entrance to the highway. There are not many dining options. If you drive here, you can go to a place around half an hour away to eat. It is also half an hour away from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area.

A great hotel, impeccable from the environment to the service, especially the service of Bam at the front desk, which added points to the trip to Jiuzhaigou. When we checked in, we upgraded the room type, and gave us an extra cup of coffee, and asked us to add WeChat, which perfectly solved our needs during our stay. I understand that. I read the comments that Howard Johnson is a bit old, and there will be old guest rooms. In fact, the guest rooms are well maintained, and the bedding and quilts are very comfortable. After a day of playing, I basically fell asleep at night. It is definitely a hotel worth recommending. I like traveling and have been to many places. I have high requirements for accommodation. However, when I came to Jiuzhaigou Earth Warehouse and lived there, I didn't want to go out. It can meet all your needs, whether it is taking pictures, the environment or the scenery, it is superb. The young lady at the front desk and the big sister in the restaurant are so enthusiastic. They also give you ******* costume photos. The young lady takes pictures of you with the camera very seriously 📷 and will retouch the pictures after taking them. It is not far from the scenic spot, more than ten kilometers away. When you come back tired from shopping, the big sister in the restaurant will give you a bowl of steaming white fungus and red dates soup. How happy it is to sleep after eating the hot soup. I rarely comment, but it is definitely worth recommending.

A very satisfying stay, totally unexpected. The entire hotel park is very large, with all kinds of functions. The location is excellent, only more than 10 minutes' drive from Tianfu International Airport, and there is also a shuttle service. The environment is beautiful, very beautiful. Breakfast: I am the person who pays the most attention to breakfast when staying in a hotel, but the breakfast of Sancha Lake InterContinental really surprised me. It was too bad. That night, the young man of the hotel's catering manager (surname Li) came to comfort me with a small gift, and apologized for not being able to take us to the hospital; the next morning, it felt like a more senior manager delivered breakfast to the room, and clearly informed us that the cost of our dinner the day before would be waived, and finally apologized to us. So, I think the hotel's service is generally good. We are generally satisfied.
