The hotel views are absolutely stunning! You get beautiful scenery outside the window, with snow-capped mountains visible from both the front and back, plus a nearby stream. It's incredibly therapeutic to just relax and take in the views. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive throughout my stay, always quick to respond to any requests. Their service was both thoughtful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable too. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. I really wanted to give a good review, but after much hesitation, I decided to be honest. As soon as I entered the room, I found a slipper behind the door, which shows the cleaning wasn't very thorough. The wooden trim by the bed was broken (see picture), exposing a nail, and I scraped my calf when I walked past it. I told the front desk staff, and they said they'd send someone to fix it, but they didn't show any concern for my injury. The wound got a bit inflamed, which inconvenienced my subsequent travel. I just hope they actually fix it so the next guest doesn't get hurt. The LED strip light by the bed had also fallen off. Overall, it feels like the hotel isn't very well-maintained, and the price of over 700 yuan per night doesn't quite match the service; it's a bit too high.

Five out of five stars, I highly recommend the JW Marriott Hotel Chengdu! The hotel is located in the heart of Tianfu Square, making it incredibly convenient to get to Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley. The rooms are clean, spacious, and offer expansive views. The facilities are very well maintained, making for an extremely comfortable stay. A special thank you to Ella and Michelle from the Guest Relations team this time! I asked them in advance to help deliver flowers and gifts to the room, and they were incredibly gentle and patient throughout the communication, carefully confirming the delivery time, and even adding thoughtful and delicate decorations. Stepping into the room was a moment filled with delightful surprise and a sense of occasion. Their service was professional and meticulous, always considering the guest's perspective, both gentle and considerate, truly embodying the warm hospitality of JW Marriott. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the Sichuanese snacks are authentic. The entire staff's service attitude was excellent. I will definitely choose the JW Marriott Hotel Chengdu again on my next visit to the city, and a big thank you once more to Ella and Michelle!

This 10-year-old hotel is exceptionally well-maintained. Everywhere you look is spotless, even the double-sided mirrors in the elevators are pristine – they've really done a fantastic job there! The aromatherapy scent is consistent and perfectly balanced, neither too strong nor too subtle. The air conditioning in the public areas is good, and the fresh air system works well. However, the AC in the rooms isn't very strong, and it can feel a bit stuffy; the room temperature is generally a few degrees higher than ideal, which is something to look into. Now, for the service: In short, it's excellent. Every staff member smiles and greets you or makes eye contact. The training and management are clearly top-notch. The check-in experience was also very good. Thumbs up! 👍 Regarding the facilities, Hyatt's F&B is always a highlight, and it gets a thumbs up here too. The swimming pool experience was also great – no strong chlorine smell, good water quality, comfortable temperature, and excellent lighting with a strong sense of design. Another thumbs up! Taking a walk around the hotel, you can really appreciate the design everywhere; it truly lives up to Ji Master's reputation. 👍 All in all, it's a great hotel, and I'll definitely be back! BTW, a certain 'Hua' hotel was such a letdown! I actually cancelled my reservation there last minute to come here instead.

Every time I visit Mianyang, I stay at this hotel. I truly, truly, truly love it! The rooms are large and clean, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view of the sunrise. The lighting in the room is soft and easy on the eyes, and the layout is simple and cozy. The bathroom facilities are in perfect condition and smart – the temperature-controlled toilet seat is super comfortable, the shower provides a steady stream, and hot water is fast and plentiful. Lexi and her team provide professional and efficient service, promptly resolving any issues guests might have, making for a worry-free and pleasant stay. Their 31st floor is also lovely; you can grab a coffee there. In the afternoons when I have free time, I enjoy going up to sit quietly and sip coffee while admiring the high-rise night view. I've recommended it to my friends, and they all said it was great. I'll definitely be back!

Fantastic location, right next to Chunxi Road. Just a few minutes' walk to Taikoo Li and IFS, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. As an InterContinental property, the quality is guaranteed. The room was spacious and bright, with brand-new facilities. The in-room smart controls, King Koil bedding, and Elemis toiletries made for a super comfortable stay. What really impressed me was the service – the front desk butler was warm, attentive, and simply outstanding. The Dan Dan noodles at breakfast were so authentic, they're unforgettable. Amazing value for money; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu! [Strong][Strong][Strong]

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

Fantastic stay – Spacious, comfy, and incredible service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at SEYA Serviced Apartment - Chengdu Taikoo Li Flagship. The location is absolutely excellent, right near Taikoo Li, and the apartment itself is very comfortable with plenty of space – much larger than a typical hotel room. One thing to note: the only bathroom is located on the loft level and has a very open layout, so it might not be ideal for older guests or those who prefer more privacy. However, for families or friends traveling together, it’s actually quite fun and adds to the unique vibe. What really sets this place apart is the service. The team is 1000% helpful and friendly, no matter the time – I even reached out at 3am and got immediate assistance. A special shoutout to our room butler, 土豆 (Potato), who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. She’s truly amazing. SEYA is now my go-to accommodation in Chengdu. Highly recommended!

Five stars, highly recommend the Pagoda Hotel Chengdu (Taikoo Li branch)! Our family of four stayed for 4 consecutive days, and the experience was absolutely perfect. This is definitely a hidden gem for families traveling with kids in Chengdu! My wife is quite sensitive to noise and particular about cleanliness. After we informed the front desk of our needs in advance, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a high-floor room for us on the 38th floor. Not only did it offer expansive views, but the soundproofing was excellent. Every corner of the room, from the floor to the bathroom and bedding, was spotless, making our entire stay peaceful and comfortable. The location is truly impeccable. You can walk to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, and there are countless restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's incredibly convenient whether you're sightseeing or just getting a meal. The subway is also very close, making it hassle-free to get anywhere. What truly stands out is the hotel's warm and thoughtful service! Originally, only two breakfast sets were included, but when the staff learned we had two young children, they generously provided two children's breakfasts completely free of charge, saving us a considerable amount. Every evening, they would thoughtfully deliver drinks that the kids loved, which made our children very happy. Upon check-out, the hotel even presented the children with adorable little toys that they cherished throughout the journey. Throughout our stay, the staff were all gentle, enthusiastic, and highly responsive to any requests. The attention to detail was exceptional. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Chengdu and wholeheartedly recommend it to all families traveling with children who value peace, quiet, and cleanliness!
