Natasha...This hotel is right next to Quancheng Square, and the scenic view room offers expansive views, allowing you to watch the musical fountain from your room at night. The room facilities are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and all the complimentary welcome fruits were delicious, showing the hotel's thoughtful service. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or indoor pool due to time constraints, but I imagine they would be excellent too. I especially recommend staying here if you're doing business at Xiangheng Square; the two buildings are connected, so you can go back and forth without stepping outside, which is super convenient. It's also within walking distance of key attractions like Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, Daming Lake, and Wulongtan, and it's easy to get to Kuanhouli and Furong Street for food and shopping. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jinan.

YangchunbaitingThe environment is decent, and it's close to the sea. This is an older hotel, and I chose to stay here again this time. However, the facilities have become even more run-down than before, and it feels like it's lacking proper maintenance. Breakfast was also very average, and the service staff seemed unhelpful. Overall, it had a somewhat desolate feeling, as if it hasn't been looked after in a long time. It's a bit disappointing for an established hotel. When we had lunch at the hotel, after ordering all our meals, they gave us a complimentary fruit platter.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, offering partial sea views. It's super convenient as the subway lines 2 and 3 are right downstairs. Plus, it's next to MixC shopping mall, so finding places to eat is a breeze. The front desk staff and telephone service agents were all incredibly warm and welcoming, and the cleaning ladies were also very nice. The breakfast spread was extensive and catered to different tastes, though they seemed a bit short on cutlery, as I had to grab some from other tables. I suggest they improve on that. Overall, highly recommended!

It was great to stay in this hotel in Weihai for three nights. The location is very good, just opposite the Weihai Campus of Shandong University. You can reach the No. 1 Beach and Torch 8th Street by crossing the campus. The most satisfying thing is the food and beverage in this hotel. The breakfast is super rich and delicious. By the way, the hotel also offers a set meal of sea intestines and rice. The price is acceptable and it is also very delicious. If I have the chance to go to Weihai, I will stay in this hotel again. When I left the hotel, I was given a gift bag of snacks that my children love to eat. It was full of sincerity.

Guest UserHad a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get around and find great food. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were warm and polite. The room was clean and tidy, with a soft bed and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Housekeeping did a thorough job, and the common areas were spotless. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, all made with fresh ingredients and tasting delicious. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. It's perfect for both leisure and business trips. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommend!

Guest UserThe hotel was excellent, and the service even better. I was especially touched by Anna's assistance. My child needed to stay overnight at the airport due to a layover, and as they are under 18, I called ahead to confirm the check-in process. Anna was incredibly responsible and helped arrange airport pickup, a room upgrade, and more. Her one-on-one, direct communication really put my mind at ease as a mother. I'm so grateful! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing an overnight stay during a layover – it's definitely my top choice!

marmot1212Overall, I'm quite disappointed. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel for families with young children.
Let's start with the positives, which go to the housekeeping staff. They provided plenty of water. I don't like the light from alarm clocks, and the attendant noticed I'd turned mine slightly away, understood I disliked the light, and even flipped it over for me. Very thoughtful service!
Now for the many negatives!
First, the front desk staff. I had purchased a voucher for two rooms for two nights, and I made this clear at check-in. However, on the third day, they still called me around noon asking if I was extending my stay, which disrupted my rest. Later, our room cards stopped working, leaving three adults and two children stranded on another floor. Extremely frustrating! The correct procedure would have been for them to check my reservation before calling, realize I had another booking, and then have an attendant deliver new cards to my room. Thumbs down!
No breakfast in the executive lounge – thumbs down! If the executive lounge doesn't offer breakfast, then there should at least be a dedicated dining area in the main restaurant for executive room guests, offering priority seating. I booked an executive room precisely because I wanted to avoid crowded breakfasts and long queues. If I had known they couldn't provide this service, I would have chosen a different hotel or not booked an executive room, as there's a premium price attached, right?
The hotel's family facilities – thumbs down! There are absolutely no family facilities, no kids' playground, and no kids' club activities. Nothing for toddlers to do.
The beach – thumbs down! If you're coming specifically for the beach, don't bother. The hotel's so-called private beach is surrounded by two drainage outlets. When it rained, we could see dark, murky water being discharged directly into it. I wouldn't dare let my children play there. So, you'd have to walk quite a distance anyway, making staying here completely unnecessary.
The rooms are very small. There are no connecting rooms, and even rooms of the same type aren't adjacent (according to the hotel staff themselves). The two rooms they assigned us had several other rooms in between, which was very inconvenient.

JJ DizzleA special thanks to our concierge, Cherry, whose service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. As a first-time visitor, I wasn't familiar with the local area or transportation, and online food guides were chaotic and unreliable, making me worried about picking the wrong places. Cherry understood my desire to try authentic local cuisine and went above and beyond by taking her personal time to hand-draw a food map. This map clearly marked genuine BBQ joints,特色混沌 (local specialty wontons), and other established local eateries in the Shinan District. She cleverly helped me avoid tourist traps, precisely noting store locations, opening hours, and average spending per person. Beyond that, she kindly advised on transportation methods and reminded me to steer clear of congested routes.
The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. Our room was brightly lit with abundant natural light, and the soft furnishings were sophisticated yet minimalist. The housekeeping was impeccable, and amenities were always well-stocked. Cherry's sincerity shone through; there was no pushy sales talk, just naturally comfortable service. These thoughtful, personalized touches, though small, truly doubled the happiness of our trip. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers – it's reliable and won't disappoint. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

We arrived quite late with the kids, but I had contacted Manager Nancy beforehand. Because we had children, we had a lot of detailed requests, but the hotel was incredibly accommodating. When we arrived, our rooms were already prepared, which saved us a lot of time.
The hotel is also very child-friendly; they even had step stools for kids, which was such a thoughtful detail. Since my children are a bit short, having the step stool made it much easier for them to wash their hands and brush their teeth.
The breakfast was varied and suitable for both seniors and children.
The environment is peaceful, perfect for a stroll when the weather is nice.
This is already our third time staying here. It's truly ideal for families with kids and elderly relatives, offering a relaxing and worry-free stay.

Guest UserThe staff were very friendly and overall, the hotel was great, though the price is a bit steep. It's definitely worth experiencing, located in the most bustling area of Qingdao. They even included tickets to the Cloud Mountain and Sea Gate, and the VR experience was good too. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes. However, the hotel's buffet, which costs over 300 yuan per person, felt a bit mediocre compared to similar-priced buffets in Beijing; they were quite stingy with the durian. Other than that, everything else was excellent, and it's worth the price!
