Sheraton Zibo Hotel

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Firstly, the service was great; Shiny in particular was very friendly and attentive. The hotel's breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, including hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and beverages, all with a light and pleasant taste, made from fresh ingredients. The dining area was clean and spacious. The hotel's public areas were beautifully maintained, with clean and bright corridors and lobby, creating a wonderful ambiance. The housekeeping staff were also very responsible, constantly cleaning and maintaining the public spaces. The service was definitely a highlight. Whether it was room service or inquiries, responses were always prompt. The staff were gentle and patient, handling all requests efficiently. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around for shopping and dining, and parking was hassle-free. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely prioritize this hotel for my next visit. I truly recommend it to all my friends!

Traveling with kids, we chose Sheraton. The location is excellent, and the service and quality are consistently great. Luky provided very thoughtful service, even offering children's toiletries upon learning we had a child with us.

For my trip to Zibo this time, I didn't hesitate to book the Sheraton Zibo, and the entire stay was truly delightful. The hotel's location is a huge plus, being very close to MixC World, making it super convenient to get to Badaju and enjoy some barbecue. The front desk service during check-in was very professional and attentive. They even took the time to explain the parking policy, reminding guests that the underground parking garage is free and to claim a parking voucher at the front desk before checking out. Their attention to detail was impressive. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and bright, with wide-open views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. I really have to highlight the bedding – the mattress was just the right firmness, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. After a long day of traveling, I was able to relax quickly and sleep soundly through the night. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the toiletries were complete, and the hot water was stable. The room's soundproofing was also good; we weren't disturbed by any hallway noise. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options. Besides the usual Western dishes, there were also local specialties like Jianbing Guozi, and everything tasted great. All the hotel staff were very friendly; they would politely greet you if you encountered them in the hallways, and they were quick to respond to any requests. I highly recommend this hotel for both family vacations and business trips. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Zibo.

Had a fantastic stay during my short weekend trip from Beijing to Zibo! The view from the window was lovely. What truly stood out was the staff's kind and attentive service; they even thoughtfully prepared breakfast, which really made me feel comfortable. The room was tidy and clean, the environment was quiet, and the hotel is right next to Wuxianghui Mall and very close to Badaju Market. The overall service was thorough and meticulous, making it a very pleasant place to stay for getting around. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in Zibo.

Stayed at the Sheraton Zibo with my two kids for one night, and overall, I was quite satisfied. The location is convenient, with MixC downstairs and Badaju within walking distance. This was a huge plus, as traveling with kids means you want to avoid any unnecessary hassle. The room was spacious enough for both children to move around comfortably, and it was clean. The bedding was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and the pillows were comfortable, so the whole family slept well. The front desk staff were very accommodating when they saw we had children during check-in, and they were quick to respond to our needs. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Zibo.

Great hotel location! The room environment was also very good. The front desk staff, Connie, was super nice 😊. She specifically arranged a room overlooking the city and thoughtfully asked about my check-in needs and experience! The housekeeping on the 31st floor was also very considerate, providing plenty of mineral water and a thoughtful note because of the hot weather! (Forgot to take pictures 😂) In the evenings, there are snack stalls right outside the hotel, and nearby, hidden in residential areas, are some must-try Zibo BBQ places from the 'must-eat' list! Haha~ 😜 Two places from the 'must-eat' list, and I ended up eating there for two days straight!

I stayed here last week and had a great experience, so I decided to extend my stay this time. The lobby is spacious with plenty of sofas and chairs for guests to relax. The staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are large and well-equipped, though some have slight discoloration on parts of the floor and the hairdryer is a bit old. The king-size bed is very comfortable, and the lighting is adjustable. Everything else is good. There's a gym and an executive lounge.

I needed to print a few documents and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, which I really appreciated. Otherwise, I was quite satisfied with everything else – the room was spacious, had a great view, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious.
