The staff were not particularly friendly but the bed and shower were great. I was a bit disappointed that the minibar in the room was empty/unavailable. I wish there were cooked meats available for breakfast like you'd expect from a Hilton. The airport shuttle was great. Overall decent value for money. Better than the Wyndham which I stayed at last time in Bogota.

I would definitely go back again, it is a 5 star hotel, a luxury in each area and a first class service, the rooms are super comfortable and well equipped, despite having a very pleasant climate I am a somewhat hot person and they provided me a fan to feel more comfortable, the gym area is very good, something else that I do recommend is to include breakfast in your plan, It's excellent, they don't limit you to quantities and the variety is extensive...

Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp. The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed. The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor.

Good afternoon. We've always enjoyed staying at the Movich; however, this time we paid for a room for three (two adults and one child), and there was only one bed. The three of us had to sleep cramped together. Logically, there should have been two beds. There was only one roll of toilet paper and the Kleenex box only had five tissues left. Please, it's essential that you check this and at least provide two rolls of toilet paper. The sink faucet sprays water and dispenses very, very little.

This is a very new, beautiful, and sophisticated hotel. The rooms are very modern in design and layout. The hotel is spacious and bright, the breakfast buffet is varied and high-quality, and the space is beautifully designed! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bogotá.

The hotel is located close to the city center, which is relatively safe and belongs to the wealthy area. It is okay to stroll alone on the street during the day. The surrounding environment is good. The hotel breakfast is very good, with a wide variety of options. The service attitude is also very good. It was a good experience

Ctrip shows that it can provide currency exchange services, but it does not. The room is relatively large and the soundproofing is poor. I stayed for a week, and it is often noisy upstairs and outside the door. The breakfast is relatively simple and the service is average. When I first checked in, I said that there were slippers for free, but I didn’t give it to me at the time. Later, I said that every pair would cost more than ten dollars when I needed to use it. Generally speaking, it's so-so. There are good and bad.

The location is bad. It is not in the city center. It is not close to any tourist attractions. There are a few night clubs nearby. The hotel room was clean but a bit old and shabby. There are no restaurants, shopping malls or public transportation nearby. The hotel has no air conditioning, no drinking water, a small bathroom, no shuttle bus, and no electricity in the sockets. The TV didn't seem to have internet, the water pressure in the room was great, the bed sheets were clean and comfortable.

The Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins. It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.

GGuest UserThe best part of this hotel is the breakfast. Lots of food options and great taste as well. They also serve some rrally good Colombian food and soup. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The room is ok but not impressive. The problem is that they do not provide consistent amenities. We have two rooms booked, with one room has sufficient shampoo and body wash supply as well as coffee machine, the other does not have either. When I called the front desk, they could not help as they did not know where to find the supplies. Other than the above, the location is very good, conveneint and safe.

GGuest UserLong established downtown hotel (not to be confused with its namesake the Tequendama hotel - one block away). The location is convenient for accessing public transport and the airport - although it can at first feel a little intimidating particularly at night when the area is much quieter and there are not so many options for eating. The hotel itself offers spacious suite style rooms which although a little dated are well maintained and kept very clean. I also was not aware of any noise from other guests. The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the hot water could take a while to work through (possibly because I was on a higher floor). Breakfast was substantial with a number of local dishes, which for me were a little heavy - so perhaps more lighter options could be considered. I didn't use either the gym or spa so can't comment. Finally, all of the staff I had contact with were very approachable and professional. I generally communicated in Spanish but I believe that the reception staff at least had English language skills. Overall, I consider that the hotel offered good value for money for the price I paid (c.£43 per night)

GGuest UserGreat location. Breakfast was ok at best, and they were very strict about only offering one hot drink and one water/juice. You had to pay if you wanted a second coffee. No continental offering either. I also had to pay extra to have a side of bacon with french toast. Tried the local breakfast offerings the next day and also not great. On service, they knew the room was for two people but only provided one coffee cup and one glass. The second day they didn’t replace the bath towel. We used the laundry service which was quite slow compared to other hotels that we stayed at in Columbia, but fine apart from being slow. We stayed on the mezzanine level in a queen superior room, the bed was comfy but there was intermittent music blasting from somewhere and the view was of another building so not great. I wish I had paid a bit more and stayed at Click Clack (which was fantastic in Medellin) or the four seasons.

AAnonymous UserThe most satisfying thing about the hotel is security. This street at the entrance of the hotel leads directly to Bolivarian Square. The street is a street stall. There is no stall at the entrance of the hotel. There are no artists and no homeless people. There are police fences around the alley. Hotel breakfast is good, there is hot water, in the courtyard of the colonial mark, the atmosphere is good. The only downside is that the room facilities are a bit old. The decoration style is old-fashioned. The price is a bit expensive (stay for 3 nights, more than 800 yuan for one night).

GGuest UserWell located international hotel offering spacious, comfortable rooms. Rooms are very quiet despite the hotel's proximity to the busy 7th Avenue. Staff are professional, friendly and helpful with any requests. Breakfast is substantial with a good selection of hot and cold, western and local dishes - and plenty of Colombian fresh fruits, juices and coffee. Occasionally, some items were not always quickly replenished but overall the service was efficient and the staff again very helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money, taking into account the hotel standard and location
