I stayed at Suzhou Pan Pacific Hotel had a mixed experience. Pros: The hotel has a park-style setting with lots of greenery. The environment is very pleasant and the air feels fresh, making it a relaxing place to stay. Cleanliness is also a strong point — you can see staff constantly maintaining the hotel, and everything is kept neat and tidy. Cons: The location is not very convenient. It takes about 20 minutes by car to reach most attractions, and since it is in an older area, there isn’t much to explore nearby. You will need to rely on taxis most of the time. Another issue is the lack of privacy. During my stay, staff knocked on my door around noon to ask about housekeeping. On the second day, around 12:30 PM, someone even came to ask if I was checking out. This felt intrusive, and I have not experienced this in other hotels. Lastly, borrowing items like umbrellas (RMB 20 deposit) and international adapters (RMB 30 deposit) requires a deposit. The staff even delivered the items to the room and collected the payment on the spot, which felt a bit unprofessional. Overall: A good choice if you value a peaceful environment and greenery, but if location convenience and privacy are important to you, you may want to reconsider.

You get an unobstructed view of Xuanwu Lake and the city skyline, and you can watch Nanjing's sunrise and sunset right from your bed 🌇 - 🍴HORIZON CAFÉ All-Day Dining on the 45th Floor The breakfast buffet is divine! There's such a wide variety it's hard to choose: ✅Chinese food lovers rejoice: freshly made Nanjing-style duck blood and vermicelli soup, various noodles, stir-fries, congee and soups, as well as fried dough sticks, steamed buns, and dim sum – it's like a taste of old Nanjing. ✅Western food fans will be satisfied: toast, desserts, salads, cold cuts, and freshly ground coffee. ✅There are also fried foods, miso soup, fried rice, and many other options – you could eat from morning until noon without having the same thing twice! 🌇Observation Deck on the 45th Floor Head straight to the observation deck after breakfast! If I had to pick a hotel by Suzhou's Jinji Lake, the Crowne Plaza Suzhou would definitely be my top choice. My stay here can be summed up in two words: completely hassle-free. You don't have to worry about the location – it's right in the heart of the lakefront area. You don't have to wonder about the view – Jinji Lake and the Gate of the Orient are right outside your window. And you certainly don't have to stress about the service – every staff member is well-trained, making you feel truly at home. The hotel's cruise ship theme is incredibly distinctive; from the exterior to the interior, there are so many photo-worthy spots, and the evening lighting is simply the icing on the cake. The room's cleanliness was reassuring, with every detail meticulously handled. The bedding was high-quality, soft, warm, and wonderfully cozy, ensuring a truly restful sleep. The bathroom toiletries had a sophisticated scent, and the shower pressure was excellent, washing away the day's fatigue. The breakfast selection and quality were both satisfying – a good meal sets you up for a good day of exploring. The hotel is surrounded by mature amenities, making dining, shopping, and leisurely strolls incredibly convenient. All in all, this is a hotel with virtually no downsides. The Executive Lounge was a delightful surprise: quiet and private, it offered coffee, soft drinks, and delicate refreshments all day. The Happy Hour spread was extensive, featuring local Nanjing specialties like salted duck, Western hot dishes, and freshly mixed cocktails. It was uncrowded and serene, with attentive service, making the dining experience far exceed my expectations. The birthday decorations were exceptionally thoughtful: after communicating in advance, the room was adorned with rose petals, a cute teddy bear, and I also received a delicate birthday cake and a handwritten card. Dear Lynn coordinated everything throughout, paying attention to every detail, making it a truly special occasion. The hotel's service is professional and attentive, and its location is convenient, making it a top choice for a high-end stay in the heart of Nanjing.

Staying at Yangzhou Yingbinguan, I felt the full romance of a spring day in Jiangnan ✨. I took my mom on a trip to Yangzhou and was instantly smitten with Yangzhou Yingbinguan! From check-in to check-out, every detail perfectly hit the mark for aesthetics and comfort. Half of the joy of this trip came from this amazing hotel! 🏡 Living in a Jiangnan Garden, every step is a poem. The entire complex is a massive traditional Chinese garden, with pavilions, towers, small bridges over flowing water, and rockeries. In spring, cherry blossoms and crabapples are in full bloom, and black swans gracefully swim on the lake. Even the air is filled with the fragrant scent of plants and trees. We stayed in Building 11, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared welcome gifts: 'Mi San Dao', 'Xiao Mabing', and 'Niupi Tang' from Qilin Pavilion, along with specialty pastries embossed with 'Yangzhou'. The room facilities were also very new. Shuttle carts were available on call throughout the park, making it super convenient to get from our room to Quyuan or other places. It was so thoughtful for traveling with seniors, as they didn't have to walk too much! 📸 Hanfu Styling, bringing the spring vibe to life. The package included a Hanfu photoshoot, located on the first floor of Building 11. There were dozens of Hanfu styles, and the free options were quite good. If you preferred, paid options were an additional 100 RMB. We also added makeup and styling for 100 RMB per person. The makeup artist was excellent; even with many guests waiting, she was very dedicated. The photographer was also great, skilled at guiding poses. My mom's photos turned out gentle and elegant! We received 5 free lightly retouched photos, and additional retouches were only 20 RMB/photo, which was good value for money. 🍜 Quyuan, a Black Pearl Restaurant. Quyuan Teahouse, a Black Pearl 1-diamond restaurant, is conveniently located right within Yingbinguan, meaning you don't have to leave the hotel to experience it! It does get very busy, so it's a good idea to get a number in advance and then explore nearby. The hotel's own breakfast was also excellent. 🚶‍♀️ Direct Access to Slender West Lake, no queuing is a blessing! On the second day, to visit Slender West Lake, the hotel has an exclusive fast lane! No need to wait in long queues at the scenic area entrance; you can enter directly from the hotel grounds. This was truly stress-free for traveling with seniors (normal admission tickets are still required). The hotel garden seamlessly connects to Slender West Lake. In spring, Slender West Lake is vibrant with green willows and colorful flowers, with beautiful scenery at every turn. 🎭 Intangible Cultural Heritage Mini-Theater, an immersive experience of Yangzhou folk customs. During the holidays, the hotel arranged an 'Intangible Cultural Heritage Mini-Theater', which truly amazed us! Yangzhou puppet shows, Yangzhou Qingqu opera, and Yangzhou Pinghua storytelling were performed in rotation. The performers were all professional, and acts like puppet calligraphy and pipa serenades were full of Yangzhou charm. This trip to Yangzhou, Yangzhou Yingbinguan truly gave us so many surprises. From the garden landscape and thoughtful service to the delicious food and intangible cultural heritage experiences, all the beauty of Yangzhou was concentrated here. When traveling with your mom, choosing the right hotel is so important! Next time I come to Yangzhou, I will definitely stay here again!

Extremely satisfied with this relaxing getaway! The environment is exceptionally serene, and the outdoor landscaping and water features are very elegant. You could easily stay around the hotel without feeling bored. Nearby, there's Langshan Scenic Area and Binjiang Park, both within walking distance, making it perfect for a leisurely holiday or a wellness retreat. Membership offers a lot of discounts, including on dining. When I added breakfast separately, the hotel automatically applied a discount, which was very generous. The dining prices are all very reasonable, and the food is delicious. The front desk and concierge staff, both the young men and women, provided excellent service, offering friendly reminders about various things. Elise from guest relations was also wonderful; she called a day in advance and noted a room upgrade, and when I arrived, the front desk already had it arranged. I'll definitely be coming back here for future Chinese New Year holidays.

Stumbled upon this hotel, saw the price was good, so I booked it. Only found out upon check-in that this is the tallest building in Wuxi. The subway station is right downstairs, and Xiao Lou Alley is just across the street. Getting around is super convenient. The hotel's ground-floor entrance isn't very obvious; I walked around a bit before finding it and initially thought it was an office building lobby. I went in and asked, and that's when I learned the hotel's front desk is on the 43rd floor. Taking the express elevator made my ears pop a bit. The room was great, the view was nice, and it was clean. The complimentary soft drinks from the minibar for Trip.com members and the welcome fruit from the hotel were a thoughtful touch. I had read reviews mentioning poor soundproofing and was worried it might affect my sleep, but it turned out to be very quiet. Check-out was also very fast; I just handed in the room card and left. Overall, it was a very good experience. I'd definitely stay here again.

The views are great, with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The front desk service was pretty good too. Downstairs is the Suning.com Plaza, making shopping, strolling, and dining incredibly convenient. The pedestrian street and food street are also a short walk away. My favorite is the roasted lamb shank at the food street; I make sure to have one every time I visit.

Good hotel, located next to the railway station. It has comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast and professional staff.
