Anonymous UserThe hotel itself is good, and I noticed many foreign guests staying here. I'm giving full marks (5/5) for hygiene and environment. The room was very clean, and the hotel environment was also excellent. The room facilities are neither new nor old, which is understandable given it's an established hotel. However, the service at this type of hotel really lags behind...
1. For such a large hotel, there's no proper hotel WeChat concierge to contact. This became even more frustrating when the room service phone line was busy.
2. Upon check-in, we weren't proactively informed about breakfast times, its location, or Wi-Fi information. Even though we had children with us (and noted it in the booking), no children's amenities were provided in the room. We eventually had to call room service to have them delivered.
3. The hotel only has one delivery robot, which couldn't keep up during peak hours. It took quite a while for takeout to be delivered to the room.
4. Some items in the hotel room felt rather superfluous, such as the in-hotel cultural guide. Perhaps foreign guests would find it more interesting. I suggest the hotel differentiate its target audience.
5. Rooms with bathtubs don't proactively provide disposable bath liners; you have to contact the front desk if you need one.
6. The hotel's own kids' play area is quite small, probably only suitable for children under three.
7. There's a queue and crowd control during breakfast peak hours.
Other notes: The hotel's travel photography, Hanfu experience, and Qipao experience require self-booking, as the front desk doesn't make reservations for you, which is a bit inconvenient. There aren't many costume options in the experience areas, but it's okay for a try. The Hanfu studio and travel photography are from the same vendor, while the Qipao studio is a different one, and both services were good.

Guest UserOur stay was very satisfying. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. We could even walk to the Humble Administrator's Garden, and the night views of the ancient buildings nearby were absolutely stunning! The room was clean, tidy, and well-laid out, especially the family room which was perfect for looking after the kids at night. The breakfast was delicious, and a special shoutout to the noodle chef who not only explained Suzhou-style noodles but also made the conversation enjoyable. The front desk service was also spot on; the staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic.

ShengwuerbansimayanThis time, I stayed at Club Med Dayu Nanjiang Xianlin with my kid, originally hoping for an easy and hassle-free trip, but it turned out to be full of pleasant surprises. The room's amenities were indeed solid and well-maintained. It's tough in the hotel industry these days, but they clearly put a lot of effort into making it family-friendly. The manager, Frankie, would always bend down and chat with my child whenever he saw us, and our housekeepers, Diana and Tracy, were even more attentive. They pre-booked the Mini Club for us and even subtly remembered my child's picky eating habits. My kid absolutely loved the crafts and didn't want to leave, giving my partner and me a rare chance to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. The evening show had a fantastic atmosphere, and you could tell the entire team put their heart into it. I genuinely think they deserve a lot of praise, and we'll definitely be back again.

The overall experience was excellent. The room was full of Jiangnan design elements, creating an elegant ambiance. Before checking in, I added the guest relations contact, Amber, on WeChat. She thoughtfully sent detailed check-in tips and arranged a garden-view balcony room for us. The room had great natural light, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. The bathroom featured a dry and wet separation and was equipped with niche Dutch toiletries, providing an excellent user experience. The mini-bar drinks were complimentary, and the hotel also provided welcome fruits, which were both exquisite and thoughtful; the peaches were very sweet. I must especially praise the hotel's attentive service. Upon check-in, staff warmly greeted us, proactively helped with our luggage, and thoroughly explained the hotel's amenities. The entire communication process was easy and comfortable. The hotel's garden environment was truly a highlight, with swaying bamboo shadows and flowing water, showcasing the charm of Jiangnan at every turn. Whether sitting on the balcony enjoying the view or strolling along the corridor, one could fully enjoy the tranquility away from the city's hustle and bustle. The location is also excellent, close to the subway for convenient travel, saving time and effort when visiting major attractions. It's perfect for both short trips and leisure vacations. Next time I'm in Suzhou, I will definitely choose Zhuhui again!

Guest UserThe location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Pingjiang Road. After exploring Pingjiang Road, it's perfectly situated to visit the Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum. The hotel has an antique charm, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area. I was pleasantly surprised to find a direct dispenser for hot and cold drinking water in the room. Breakfast isn't a buffet; you choose your items the day before, but it's so delicious and generous that we only wished our stomachs were bigger! From the moment we checked in, every staff member was incredibly warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to Front Desk Agent Xiao Xu, who contacted us even before our arrival to give us directions and continued to check in on us until we checked out. She truly made this short trip perfect, and we're so grateful!

LaoKI've been staying at this hotel since it opened, and I've always had a fondness for it. The rooms are very well-maintained, and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and professional – we were very satisfied. The hotel's location is right in the city center, with Kaiyuan Temple, Ah Bing's Former Residence, and the commercial street all within easy reach. You can even enjoy distant views of Taihu Lake. Breakfast is on the 65th floor, and enjoying a meal while admiring the beautiful scenery of Wuxi is simply amazing. This hotel is honest and transparent, truly the best in Wuxi, and definitely a place worth returning to!

For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

Guest UserI came to Nanjing for Liu Yuning's concert, and the Regalia Hotel I chose this time truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is about 3 kilometers from the venue, so a taxi ride was very quick. After the show, I could get back to my room quickly to rest, avoiding a lot of traffic headaches. The location is absolutely perfect for concert-goers. What touched me even more was the hotel's service, especially Ada at the front desk. She was so warm and attentive, making me feel incredibly welcomed from check-in to check-out. It added a lot of warmth to my solo fan-chasing trip. Although the room wasn't huge, it was decorated very cozily and was impeccably clean. The bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after days of rushing around and the excitement of the concert.
The only 'minor regret' was Nanjing's weather these past two days – the temperature fluctuated quite a bit, which was a bit unexpected. However, the hotel itself was always warm and comfortable. If I come to Nanjing again for a show or to visit, Regalia will definitely be my first choice!

YOLOziIt's been four days since I left Meiluo, and I'm still in withdrawal…🌧️
Back in the concrete jungle of everyday life, the roar of the subway, the blue light of my computer, the ding of notifications – every second reminds me: ah, just a few days ago, I was living like a lazy bum in that cozy paradise.
I absolutely loved the duplex king room! Two floors, two bathrooms, a living room downstairs, and the bedroom upstairs. The flow was so smooth, it felt like I was living in a small villa. What I loved most, *most* of all, was sinking into that impossibly soft sofa on the first floor, hugging a cushion, turning on the projector to watch Papi Jiang's enthusiastic welcome, with the air conditioning blasting. Outside, it was over 30 degrees Celsius summer, and that feeling of ”the whole world has nothing to do with me” was truly addictive 🍃.
When checking out, I procrastinated until the very last minute, zipping and unzipping my bag, just to sit on the sofa for another ten minutes.
I keep finding myself scrolling through the photos on my phone, remembering my time at Meiluo (I secretly called it 'Carefree Retreat' because those days truly required no brainpower) – no KPIs, no alarm clocks, just the wind, the light, and the complete relaxation of letting myself go.
I think I'll be back very soon. The withdrawal symptoms are too strong; only another stay can alleviate them.
