The hotel is no longer part of the Elo In chain, but the phone number still belongs to the Andrade chain. Check-in was scheduled for noon, but upon arrival, I was told it wouldn't be until 2 p.m. After insisting, as that was the reservation offer, I managed to check in about half an hour late. The room I stayed in (302) was a closed extension of another room, so there was no phone, and if I needed information, I had to go down to reception. There was no hot air, despite the cold. The shower stall is tiny, and an obese person certainly wouldn't be able to shower there. The breakfast is okay for the price.

ホテルから横断歩道を渡るとショッピングセンターがありますので、何も困りません！ バス停も目の前、Uberもすぐつかまります。 急なお願いもスタッフはフレンドリーに対応してくれました。(アルゼンチン行きのタクシー手配ありがとうございました😊) 朝食も美味しかったです！ヘアドライヤーはフロントから借りることが出来ました。

Minha primeira experiência em hostel, foi super tranquilo Tudo limpo, achei o quarto feminino super seguro pq tem senha na porta O chuveiro tem temporizador de 5 minutos, se fosse pra lavar o cabelo não daria tempo. Como fui de cabelo limpo, deu boa 😅 Atendimento bom, deixei o carro na rua e passava o guardinha a todo momento

However, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff showed little interest in the guests, with attitudes that could be much more welcoming and kind. This detail negatively impacted the overall experience. Another point of improvement would be the inclusion of at least a mini-fridge in the rooms. The lack of a place to store water or other drinks in the room was an inconvenience. In general, the hotel is functional, but with adjustments in the service and small details of comfort, the stay could be significantly better.

The room is equipped with drinks and snacks, although there is no price tag, but it is charged. The only thing is that if the person living next door turns on the air conditioner, you can hear the roar of the outdoor unit, which is similar to the sound of the refrigerator starting. It's still okay for a short stay. It's very close to the airport and you can use Uber, which is better than the city next door in Argentina, where the starting price is 5,000 pesos and you can't use Uber.
