The hotel is no longer part of the Elo In chain, but the phone number still belongs to the Andrade chain. Check-in was scheduled for noon, but upon arrival, I was told it wouldn't be until 2 p.m. After insisting, as that was the reservation offer, I managed to check in about half an hour late. The room I stayed in (302) was a closed extension of another room, so there was no phone, and if I needed information, I had to go down to reception. There was no hot air, despite the cold. The shower stall is tiny, and an obese person certainly wouldn't be able to shower there. The breakfast is okay for the price.

The hotel's offer is to be an economic accommodation, because the room is very minimalist, but the cost of the benefit is generally worth it. Breakfast is well served and varied. The shower is good and the bed is comfortable.
Clean, new room. Convenient location near the bus terminal, including international. No breakfast, all communication through whatsapp and overall remote. Good mini bar with drinks. Thank you!

LLuciana H CanaanThe hotel offers a very satisfactory structure for those looking for practical and economical accommodation. The rooms are clean and well organized, and the location is excellent.
However, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff showed little interest in the guests, with attitudes that could be much more welcoming and kind. This detail negatively impacted the overall experience.
Another point of improvement would be the inclusion of at least a mini-fridge in the rooms. The lack of a place to store water or other drinks in the room was an inconvenience.
In general, the hotel is functional, but with adjustments in the service and small details of comfort, the stay could be significantly better.
WWilliamcchThe hotel is in-front of a road where all the buses will pass through because the local bus terminal is nearby. It is impossible to sleep because of the noise. Another thing is that the entire room has only 1 power plug. So you can only turn on 1 item at 1 time: fan, TV, charge your phone etc. however, the staffs are nice, Included breakfast is good.
GGuest UserIt's really good, the breakfast is rich, the service is very good, it takes ten minutes to walk to the waterfall park, and it's very convenient to walk back after a boat ride. The room is equipped with drinks and snacks, although there is no price tag, but it is charged. The only thing is that if the person living next door turns on the air conditioner, you can hear the roar of the outdoor unit, which is similar to the sound of the refrigerator starting. It's still okay for a short stay. It's very close to the airport and you can use Uber, which is better than the city next door in Argentina, where the starting price is 5,000 pesos and you can't use Uber.
