This hotel perfectly embodies the Suzhou style. It's incredibly close to Humble Administrator's Garden and Lion Grove Garden. Pingjiang Road is right outside the hotel entrance, and Li Baixie restaurant, along with the Baita Lotus Market, are just next door. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel itself offers a peaceful escape from the noise. The room layout is also great, making it a very relaxed and easy stay for families traveling with children.

Stayed at Pingjiang Lodge again. I've stayed here many times, but this time the experience wasn't as good as before. The hotel might be getting a bit old. With the recent heavy rain, the room felt quite damp. The air conditioner was very noisy, and there were a lot of stains on the bathroom walls – I really suggest they clean that up. The floorboards are also showing their age, creaking with every step. The interior ambiance of the hotel is still the same, full of Jiangnan charm. However, I felt the breakfast selection was less varied than before. Overall, it just felt a lot more dated than previous stays.

Pingjiang Road is a beautiful sight, and this hotel is right next to it. There's plenty of great food, scenic spots, and lots of lovely ladies taking photos around. Both the exterior and interior of the hotel boast charming, antique-style architecture and decor. The room amenities are carefully selected, and there's a variety of room types to suit different guests' needs. The front desk staff and servers are professional, warm, and attentive. And the breakfast is absolutely fantastic – delicious and delightful! Definitely worth staying here!

Located in the heart of Suzhou, right next to Pingjiang Road, Shuxiang Fudi Pingjiang Mansion is a hotel nestled within a classical Suzhou garden. Compared to my previous stay at Nan Yuan Hotel, this location is much closer to Pingjiang Road, making it more convenient to explore the surrounding gardens. The handsome young man at the front desk had excellent service skills! They even upgraded my room for my birthday. Upon entering the Tianxiang VIP room, a subtle woody fragrance enveloped me, accompanied by the swaying greenery outside the window. The tea set on the wooden table was warm and inviting, and there were books about Suzhou on the bookshelf. Waking up to the sound of birds chirping felt like living inside an unfolded scroll detailing a Suzhou garden.

The hotel's location is excellent, right on Pingjiang Road. The rooms are spacious, and the service is great. They even gave us an extra breakfast! Highly recommend!

This garden-style hotel is charming and traditional. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Leng, provided excellent service. Breakfast includes local Suzhou-style noodles and wontons. We also received complimentary welcome fruit in our room. We enjoyed afternoon tea directly in the hotel garden, and two complimentary tickets to Couple's Retreat Garden were included.

This is my second stay here, and it's excellent as always. Service: They upgraded us to a VIP room, which was twice the size. My cousin checked in before me; his Chinese isn't great, but the hotel patiently explained breakfast details and other important information to him, and proactively arranged the room upgrade. Thumbs up to the hotel! After we checked out, I left a charging cable behind, and they even contacted us to ask if we needed it back. The attention to detail in their service is impressive! Environment: The location is superb, right next to Pingjiang Road, which is fantastic.

This stay far exceeded my expectations; I have to give the hotel a perfect score! The location is excellent, right next to Pingjiang Road, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. The front desk staff were gentle and enthusiastic. The young lady, Xiao Xia, checked us in very quickly and even proactively offered information about nearby attractions. She was patient and meticulous throughout, making the experience fantastic. The room was very clean and located inside the hotel, away from the street, so it was incredibly quiet at night – I slept soundly until morning. The window offered ample natural light, and the space was spacious and not at all cramped. The small table was perfect for tea or putting things down. The self-service breakfast had a rich variety, with pastries, fresh fruit, and drinks all available, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The room was kept very clean, and any requests made by phone were answered extremely quickly. It's right in Suzhou city center, making it easy to get to all the attractions. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Suzhou. I genuinely recommend it to all travelers!
