My friends and I were very satisfied with our stay at the New West Street International Resort Hotel. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by peaceful mountains and lush greenery. Waking up and opening the window to such beautiful scenery was a treat. The exclusive breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. The selection was rich and complete, with the Chinese station featuring authentic Guilin rice noodles, freshly cooked vegetables, steamed dim sum, assorted grain porridges, and various local side dishes – a truly heartwarming and comforting start to the day. The Western options included freshly baked goods, custom-made omelets, bacon, sausages, fruit and vegetable salads, and exquisite Western desserts. Additionally, there were seasonal fresh fruits, yogurt, cereals, and a variety of drinks, ensuring a well-balanced and nutritious meal. I also noticed foreign guests enjoying the abundant morning feast. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, promptly responding to our inquiries. The hygiene was impeccable, the air conditioning comfortable, and the soundproofing excellent, making for a very pleasant stay. The nearby attractions are also very close. I particularly recommend the hotel's outdoor swimming pool for great photos; you can swim in both the morning and afternoon. It's truly a relaxing resort hotel, highly recommended.

The staff were attentive and thoughtful, the room was clean, and the amenities were exquisite. The lake view from the window, complemented by the bridge, was truly picturesque. I particularly loved the unique retro charm of Baigongguan, a hotel with a Republic of China era theme. The lobby showcased antique pianos, old phonographs, yellowed old photo frames, and brown retro leather sofas... It truly captured the essence of both the Republic of China era and the stunning Li River landscape. I wish I had more time to stay a few more days to fully immerse myself in the culture and characteristics of that period.

Choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision! The scenery is picturesque; waking up to views of mountains and rivers instantly lifted my spirits. The front desk staff were all so nice, they even upgraded our room and arranged transportation for us to nearby restaurants. The hotel offers delicious afternoon tea and a lovely 'goodnight dessert' every day. While sitting in the lobby, the staff would proactively offer drinks – whether it was coffee, tea, or juice, everything was great. I honestly didn't want to leave the hotel! The swimming pool is also very clean. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Yangshuo!

From the incredible location and breathtaking views to the outstanding service and unforgettable experiences, everything was simply perfect. 📍 The Perfect Location The hotel is perfectly located next to Fubo Hill, with beautiful views of the Li River and Guilin’s iconic karst mountains. The Two Rivers & Four Lakes Scenic Area, restaurants, cafés, shopping streets, and many of the city’s top attractions are all within easy walking distance. We couldn’t have chosen a better location. 🏊 Stunning Rooftop Infinity Pool The rooftop infinity pool is absolutely breathtaking. Swimming while enjoying panoramic views of the Li River and Guilin’s spectacular mountain landscape was one of the most memorable moments of our stay. It’s truly one of the most beautiful hotel pools we’ve ever experienced. 🍜 Breakfast with an Incredible View Every morning began with a delicious breakfast overlooking the Li River and the surrounding karst mountains. The food was excellent, offering both Chinese and Western options, and the beautiful scenery made every breakfast feel special. 🛏️ Beautiful Rooms The room was spacious, spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, making our stay incredibly comfortable. ❤️ Exceptional Hospitality The staff were among the friendliest we’ve met during our travels. Everyone was genuinely kind, attentive, and always happy to help. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. 🎣 Authentic Local Experiences This hotel offers so much more than just a place to stay. One of our favorite experiences was traditional riverside fishing with cormorants, which was both relaxing and uniquely local. We also loved the Chinese calligraphy class, children’s craft activities, and the complimentary traditional costume photoshoot with three beautifully edited photos included. 👨👩👧👦 Perfect for Families Our children loved the spacious indoor playroom and all the activities prepared by the hotel. It is an excellent choice for families traveling with kids. 🍽️ Excellent Restaurant We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and were genuinely impressed. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was wonderful. 🧺 Thoughtful Extras Free self-service laundry, complimentary cultural activities, lovely farewell gifts, and so many thoughtful little touches made our stay even more memorable. ✨ Final Thoughts This hotel offers far more than just a beautiful place to stay—it creates unforgettable memories. It was a really comfortable stay. 🏊‍♀️ **Five-Star Facilities** The huge swimming pool and kids' play area kept my children entertained for hours—they didn't want to leave! A must-visit if you're traveling with little ones. 📸 **Picture-Perfect Spot** The Sky Mirror on the 9th floor of Building A offers breathtaking views! A trip to Yangshuo isn't complete without snapping some beautiful photos here. 🍳 **Delicious Breakfast** The restaurant served a rich and tasty breakfast that satisfied our whole family. 🛁 **Highly Recommend This Room Type** We stayed in the 270-degree balcony room with a private plunge pool and a large bathtub. The room offered direct views of Yangshuo's mountains and rivers. Soaking in the pool, enjoying snacks, and admiring the scenery—it was truly luxurious!

🏔️😱 Don’t know how it was possible, but this hotel was even more beautiful in real life than the photos. Built inside a renovated historic sugar factory, Yangshuo Sugar House combines the refined aesthetics of the mountain landscape with historical architectural elegance. ✨ 🚙🌾 The hotel offers various free and at-cost activities you can book through their concierge. We wanted to go see the Longji Rice Steps during our stay, which is about an 2.5 hour drive away from Yangshuo by car. I messaged the hotel the day before we arrived and they were able to arrange a private driver to take us there and back over an 8 hour trip. Mr. Qin was amazing and very kind! He took us directly to buy the tickets and then drove us to the entrance point of the cable car. There was pretty extreme rain on the way back and he got us down the mountain very efficiently. It was an extremely memorable day which was only made possible by the hotel’s extraordinary attentive drivers and diligent concierge staff. ⭐️ 🍴The room comes with a daily buffet breakfast, free soft drinks, and fruit. The hotel restaurant is good, but breakfast is really where the food shines. So many delicious options to choose from, and there was adorable panda shaped buns 🐼 📸 The hotel also offers free travel photography on the premises, which takes about 30~ minutes and you receive 5 free photos, with additional available to purchase at 50 yuan. It was fun and very efficient! 🌸 Overall, a major highlight of our China trip & we wish we had stayed longer. Thank you again!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The high-floor views are great, but I really want to highlight the hotel's WeChat concierge service. Our concierge proactively added me on WeChat upon check-in, and all our requests during the stay were handled incredibly promptly and efficiently. Whether it was inquiring about laundry service or needing items for our room, everything was resolved immediately. The service attitude was both warm and professional. A special thanks to the concierge for coordinating a late check-out for us on our departure day! Overall, the hardware is up to the usual 'Luxury Collection' standard, but it's this thoughtful, personalized soft service that truly elevated the entire experience. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Nanning.

From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was truly special. ❤️ 💛 Staff & Service Without a doubt, the best service we experienced during our trip to China. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about every guest. We even spoke with several other guests, and everyone agreed—this hotel far exceeded all expectations. 🏔️ Rooms & Views Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Waking up to the breathtaking mountain views every morning was unforgettable. 🎭 Activities Included There are so many activities that we simply didn’t have enough time to try everything! We especially loved the complimentary traditional Chinese photoshoot (including 3 professionally edited photos) and the traditional cormorant fishing demonstration. 🍕 Restaurant & Breakfast The restaurant was amazing. Alongside delicious Chinese cuisine, it also serves excellent European food. After weeks of traveling, our kids were craving familiar meals, and the truffle pizza, truffle pasta, and Margherita pizza were absolutely incredible. 😍 Breakfast was equally impressive, with a fantastic selection of hot dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, desserts, and drinks—all with spectacular mountain views. 👨👩👧👦 Perfect for Families A large kids’ playroom, a beautiful swimming pool with a children’s area, and plenty of space for families. Our kids absolutely loved it. 🏋️ Extra Amenities The hotel also has a laundry room and a small gym, which are especially convenient for longer stays. ☕ Don’t Miss the Second Hotel The hotel has a second property just 300 meters away, connected by a complimentary shuttle. Had a great stay this time! The hotel is located in the ASEAN Business District, which is super convenient for transportation, and the surrounding commercial area is well-developed with plenty of dining options. The room was clean and bright, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly for a good night's sleep. All the facilities were pretty much complete and worked smoothly. Overall, it's highly recommended – everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment is right nearby, making travel hassle-free. Plus, Winnie from the staff provided attentive and responsible service. Thumbs up!

Seasonal welcome fruits: The fruits were fresh. Ambiance: Located within the resort area, with unique scenery. Zhuang brocade fridge magnet/straw hat/round fan/dyeing DIY: Lots of fruits on the hillside, available for picking. Fishing experience: There are several ponds where you can fish. Environment: Next to the Heishui River, there's a mountain-top rafting experience.
