Booked hotel room included breakfast. It was fasting (Ramadan)Hotel offered early breakfast for fasting. Food was delicious.

Literally in the airport so couldn’t be a more perfect spot before/after a flight. Were very kind and extended checkout time as our flight was delayed, lovely staff. Food wasn’t amazing but there’s loads of other options nearby. If you’re looking for a place to get some rest before a flight it’s the perfect spot.

The view of lake Toba is stunning, beautiful Batak architecture style, but the room we stayed had some ants, otherwise is still clean, breakfast is local food, honestly we had a good stay, but really not for perfectionists.

You know, the service at this place really doesn't live up to the facilities. Everything, from the hardware to the breakfast, is excellent. However, if you arrive late, you lose the option to choose between a single or double bed, and there's no prior notification about this. Even asking for an extra blanket takes forever. The Trip.com customer service was also unhelpful, just beating around the bush without resolving anything.

Good 1. Location is quite good , very near to airport. 2. Staff is very good, ready to help and service. 3. Room quite clean Bad 1. The smoking smells is very terrible in the hallways, room also got some smells. But the staff is very good to help spray fragrant. 2. Bed is very old, it sounds when slightly turn over on the bed 3. The water dispenser in bathroom is quite broken, no hot water, only slighlty warm water .. 4. The breakfast provided .... Suggestion: Try to book Business class instead of Economic class which is quite terrible. There's no room to upgrade, it's full.

This hotel has a beautiful view, a playground, and a swimming pool. The rooms are large enough for families, but the building looks dated. Access is very easy, the location is on the roadside, and the parking is very spacious. The breakfast is quite varied and quite tasty.

Basic room but clean ( not comfy though). Strategic location within walking distance to Plaza Medan Fair and Damri bus station to/fro Kuala Namu Airport. Kakiku massage just steps away. Breakfast is simple but adequate.

Our family of four stayed at deSatu Hotel during a short trip to Medan, and it was a pleasant surprise! The location is unbeatable right next to Centre Point Mall and just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around with kids super convenient. The rooms were compact but clean, with cold AC and strong water pressure in the shower a must after a long day exploring the city. While the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, we found plenty of food options nearby, including local favorites like Soto Sinar Pagi. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering tips on where to eat and how to get around. The only downside was a bit of street noise at night, but nothing that kept us awake. Overall, it’s a great value for families looking for a clean, central, and budget-friendly stay in Medan.

strategic location, but the room feels stuffy, because the air circulation is not good

I love the service!! They are really fast response! And the view also amazing!! But that would be awesome if some wild animals placed nearby where visitors or those who stay there can easily see them. And too bad some sections are still ongoing so we can't access them :(( Can't wait to explore Chinese garden too. Overall the place is totally perfect! 🔥🔥🔥
