The room was bright and spacious, which was nice, but it would have been great to have a delivery robot for food. The front desk and room service staff were very satisfactory. It's also quite convenient for getting around with plenty of food options nearby. However, it seems to be in an old town area, and the main road in front is under construction, which is a bit annoying.

The hotel's location is superb, right above MixC City, making dining, drinking, and shopping incredibly convenient. What's even more surprising is that the hotel itself feels like a hidden tropical Nanyang garden in the city center, with a wonderfully designed green corridor that offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are comfortable with great attention to detail. The service is warm and attentive; a special thanks to Flora for the arrangements, making us feel right at home. This will definitely be my go-to choice for my next visit to Xiamen!
A big shout-out to Patrick from the concierge team! His service was incredibly kind and enthusiastic, and he was always efficient and effective in handling everything. Whether it was luggage assistance, directions, or general help, he managed everything flawlessly, paying attention to every small detail. His outstanding service significantly enhanced my stay, making for an excellent experience that truly deserves recognition and recommendation.

Everything about this hotel was great. The location was excellent, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the service was proactive and prompt. The breakfast was also good. They even provided tickets for the ancient city's shuttle bus, which was perfect for getting to the South Gate. We then enjoyed our sightseeing and made it back to the hotel smoothly. Overall, it's definitely worth staying here.

For my trip to Fuzhou, I chose the Sanmar Hilton by the Min River, and overall, the experience was quite reliable.
The most unique feature is definitely its 'sky lobby' – check-in is on the 40th floor. As soon as you step out of the elevator, the panoramic view is stunning, and the front desk staff were efficient. I stayed in a high-floor river view room (48th floor), and the full-height windows offered an absolutely fantastic view. By day, you can watch boats on the Min River, and by night, it's the bustling CBD city lights. Being able to take in the entire city's scenery from bed was a huge plus.
The room itself was spacious and well-laid out. The bedding had that classic 'cloud-like' feel, and there was a good selection of pillows, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub, which was great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The housekeeper also thoughtfully checked in daily to ask about any replenishment needs, which was another nice touch.

Facilities: Well-equipped.
Cleanliness: Very clean. Perfect for family trips.
Environment: The swimming pool is fantastic. The kids wanted to swim every day.
Service: Very good. The location is central, making it convenient to get everywhere. There's a night market right downstairs, and a great food stall area (dà pái dàng) with delicious food directly across the street – all newly opened. The owner is very nice, and the prices are very affordable. The BBQ is also tasty. The kids are already asking to go back next time.

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel truly exceeded my expectations! It's an incredible value for money, akin to a 'Peace Hotel' experience. The location is absolutely perfect, with the balcony offering breathtaking panoramic views of Gulangyu Island where the sea meets the sky! The facilities and amenities are all high-quality, everything is spotless, and the service is incredibly welcoming. Even though it's by the sea, the soundproofing of the windows is excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The restaurant is also fantastic! This is definitely a hotel worth revisiting in Xiamen!

The hotel's location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. Lacey at the front desk was very friendly and polite, and the cleanliness details were spot on. It offers excellent value for money. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again! 👍
The hotel's breakfast offerings of freshly squeezed cucumber, carrot, and lychee juices were a huge plus! The freshly made fishball noodle soup was delicious and generously portioned. The welcome fruit upon arrival was a nice touch, and the Fuzhou jasmine tea was excellent. Finally, a big thanks to the hotel for upgrading our room to one with a lake view! This hotel offers great value for money.

How many times have I been to Conrad? I've lost count, but whenever I think of Xiamen, Conrad always comes to mind. The location is undeniably great, though you should be prepared for potential traffic. The in-room dining service at night could use some improvement, but the ambiance and service are otherwise impeccable. The only minor drawback is that the rooms are definitely showing their age; some of the switches and maintenance could be better. I'll still be back next time!

Very Good
YYutousan333To be honest, it was much better than I expected. I saw reviews saying the rooms were old, but I actually found it quite good, just a normal older hotel.
1. The room was spacious.
2. The facilities were complete.
3. Although the bathroom had a bathtub and a shower curtain, the water pressure was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. The only downside was that the hairdryer's airflow was really weak...
Since we had stayed at a B&B in Pingtan for 690 yuan during the May Day holiday before this, near Xianrenjing, the soundproofing was terrible, the room was tiny, and the toilet wouldn't drain. Comparing the two, I think the Millennium Hotel is fantastic! 😂 Plus, the location is super convenient, right next to the subway exit, about 60 meters away, and at the beginning of Zhongshan Road. I really liked it. It's also close to popular bubble tea shops like Cuida (at China Plaza), just opposite the hotel. We stayed on the 20th floor, and the view was great too. All the sunset photos were taken by me, I genuinely recommend it! (Though I do think keeping expectations low definitely helps with a better experience 😂)

FflubberGrand Honor Hotel is definitely the best hotel in Shishi, but it’s not quite the same level as a luxury hotel in a bigger city. Generally the hotel is clean, but it’s the little things that I noticed, ie when I checked in, there were some sweet wrappers next to the bowl of sweets that weren’t cleared away. That said, the sense of space is evident in the hotel lobby, lifts, corridors and most importantly, the hotel rooms.
Rooms are very spacious and well-designed, although the closet area can definitely do with brighter lights. Most amenities are provided but what put me off is that many items that would have been free in other hotels at this price-range aren’t free at Grand Honor. There is a Chinese tea set on the table and usually the loose leaf tea is provided for free but it cost ¥15 per packet. Honestly it’s not a lot of money for us, but on the flip side, surely the hotel can provide a bag of tea leaves for their guests. There are the standard free single-use packet tea in the drawer so at least there’s that.
In-room slippers are not to be taken out; they’d charge you if you do - and that’s fine, but the slippers are actually really uncomfortable to wear.
The small plate of fruits (banana, plum and mandarin) given at 5pm every day is a nice touch.
The hotel breakfast is probably the highlight. Set on the 22nd floor with panoramic views of the city, breakfast is very enjoyable. The food quality is pretty good, but a real surprise here is the sheer diversity of food. The bread selection alone has 5-6 choices (pastries, brioche, baguette, square toast, etc), the cooked food section is almost endless (and there’s cooked Chinese vegetables! 👏🏾) and then there’s the fruit selection at the end too. My only gripe is that the coffee machine is a bit slow, and there’s only one machine so there can be a wait for coffee.
Location of the hotel is a little odd; good restaurants and the main mall is about 15 mins’ walk away. There aren’t many good shops to wander around nearby.
Generally, this is a solid hotel for this price point. Excellent service with very fast food delivery (using the ubiquitous delivery robots) and friendly front desk staff.
GGuest UserBooked too late, so all the hotels in the city center couldn't accommodate my booking requirements. I had no choice but to opt for Shoukia Junlan Hotel. The hotel's location is indeed a bit out of the way, but it's right by a subway station, which is convenient for those without a car. The subway goes directly to the Sanqixiang Scenic Area. Since I arrived quite late on the day of check-in, I had dinner directly at the ground floor restaurant. The hotel's Chinese food was quite good and the portions were generous. We ate until past 9 PM, and the staff were still very polite and didn't complain. Also, Auntie Zhu Yuanyuan, our room attendant on the tenth floor, was incredibly warm and polite, always ready to help with anything we needed. She promptly arranged anything we requested. Highly recommend!

ZZhishisheliArt lovers will really enjoy this place, as it's right next to the Xiamen Maritime Silk Road Art Center, giving it a strong cultural vibe. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get to Xiamen University Baicheng Beach, the Botanical Garden, and various shopping malls. Plus, the hotel even offers a free airport drop-off service. My room had a fantastic view, and watching the sunset over the lake was incredibly calming. The bedding was high-quality, and the gym was well-equipped. Overall, it offers great value for money.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel service was excellent, always responsive to our needs and going above and beyond to satisfy guests. No matter the time, they were always quick to assist. The service even started before we arrived on the island; hotel staff contacted us days in advance to confirm our needs during our stay, reminded us about the ferry tickets required for the island, and even helped us book them. After adding the concierge on WeChat, they sent us information about hotel and island activities, and could assist with advance bookings and ticket reservations. Upon arrival, the concierge met us at the pier and helped with our luggage. Any questions we had during our stay were answered instantly via WeChat. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and helped transport our luggage back to the pier. Considering we had a lot of luggage, a staff member specifically accompanied us on the ferry, helping with our bags the entire way. The whole stay felt very warm and reassuring; it’s a hotel full of human touch. The hotel environment is very quiet, with an ecological park next to it. Walking through the park leads to the beach, and the coastline is beautiful and great for walks. A truly excellent stay!
FFelix·LinOverall, it was pretty good. The room was clean, and check-in/check-out was efficient. A really nice perk is that you get a full 24 hours from when you check in, so there's no rush to leave if you arrive in the afternoon. There's also a subway station nearby, which makes getting around very convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Xiyinying Lane, within the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys area. It's conveniently close to the road for easy access, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful.
It's a renovated ancient house, and I was quite surprised to find an elevator and a basement level incorporated into a historic building.
The restaurant is vegetarian, so breakfast is also fully vegetarian, but there's still a good variety of options.
Welcome fruit and amenities: Fresh fruit was delivered daily.
The room was clean and tidy, with a good size and layout.
Service: Given the price and the hotel's positioning, I believe the service could be improved.
AAnnuozi9888Baixiang Hotel is one of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed at recently. It seems to be the tallest building in Longyan, and the lobby is very grand. The rooms are spacious, and the front desk staff are incredibly welcoming. I especially want to commend a lady with a somewhat complex surname and glasses; she was very professional and deserves high praise. There's a claw machine on the first floor, and the staff member there even gave my two children a few extra game tokens, which they loved. All the other staff also provided excellent service. In the evening, when the technician came to fix the TV, he rang the doorbell and, after I opened the door, repeatedly confirmed if it was convenient for him to enter before coming in, which was very professional. The breakfast was quite good; the Fuding meat slices and noodles were exceptional. The coffee was a bit subpar, and there weren't many drink options, but there was enough to eat. The prices are usually very affordable, and they didn't raise them much during the ***** New Year. The suite was large, which I really liked. I'll definitely be back.
