HALOYON VILLA WUYI

I was about to go to bed in the middle of the night and found a huge cockroach. This is the first time I've ever encountered a cockroach in a hotel, and it's also the first time I'm writing a review. I can tolerate mosquitoes and other flying insects in a hotel room, but cockroaches are absolutely unacceptable.

The hotel environment is excellent, perfect for a vacation. It's conveniently located, with quick buggy service within the hotel, and very close to the Wuyishan scenic area. The rooms are spacious with great views, and the facilities are well-maintained. My only minor complaint is that the power outlets have child protection, which makes them a bit inconvenient to use. I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was refilled promptly. Dinner really suited my taste, as I found local restaurants to be a bit too oily and salty for me. The hotel dinner was the most comfortable meal I had. The buggy drivers, room service, and cleaning staff were all very nice. However, the front desk definitely needs improvement. During check-in, they were busy, and I had to stand while the front desk staff were seated. The day before departure, they called to confirm my check-out, and then again around 11 AM on the day of departure, asking if I wanted to extend my stay. I mentioned I was buying tea across the street and might be half an hour late, checking out around 12:30 PM. But they just sternly reiterated that check-out was at 12 PM. This left a very unpleasant impression.

The hotel has an antique and elegant decoration, and the butler service is very responsive. The breakfast is also plentiful. It's a very comfortable hotel!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel environment is absolutely fantastic. It's a large property with plenty of activities, so you can have a great time without even leaving. The bedding was super comfortable! Every staff member and the butler were excellent, always going above and beyond to accommodate requests and find the best solutions for guests. Breakfast was also pretty good. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Wuyi Mountain!

The hotel's ambiance is absolutely amazing! Stepping in immediately brought a sense of peace and tranquility. The complimentary travel photoshoot was very artistic, with makeup and outfits perfectly matched, and the photos turned out great! The hotel butler service was quick to respond. The only minor drawback is that the room cleanliness could be improved.

Fantastic! The villa rooms are perfect for families, and the kids absolutely loved the courtyard. The bathroom area has sliding doors, making it easy to separate and ensure privacy. You can also ask the front desk to pack breakfast for you, and they provide two generous boxes. I accidentally booked an extra room, but the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and professional, assisting me in resolving the issue. Highly recommended!

The service was great, and the environment was truly like a wonderland. They even gave us complimentary welcome grapes, which were delicious! The only downside was that it was too hot to go out and explore since we came in the summer. We'll definitely be back, probably in the autumn next time.

Traveling to Wuyishan with my child this time, I specifically chose the Chunbo Hotel. Its location is super convenient, very close to both the South Gate scenic area and Sangu Old Street. The hotel's green environment is also incredibly beautiful. It was just me and my child, so we picked the Quiet Twin Room. The room was spacious, but if you have a larger group, you could opt for a villa, which offers an even more comfortable setting. The hotel restaurant's food was absolutely delicious; I tried breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even the late-night barbecue – perfect for someone like me who doesn't want to venture out for meals! To get to Sangu Old Street, you can go through Gate No. 5 of the hotel, and their shuttle service is available on demand, which is extremely convenient! The swimming pool at the hotel has crystal-clear water, suitable for both adults and children. My stay at Chunbo this time was truly excellent!

The environment is elegant and serene, and the breakfast offers a great taste of local specialties. It's also very close to the Wuyishan Scenic Area and Sangu Old Street, making it super convenient for getting around.
