I had some cleanliness issues with my bath tube when I arrived, but the staff was quick to react and send housekeeping to arrange the issue, despite it being 1am when I arrived.
I was supposed to have an Executive Room with Aravelli range view, but the only view I had was on the hotel next door.
Otherwise OK.
Great value for money. Very cordial and kind service, we were very well received, staff available to help us all the time, really very well trained. Room with super good ta***ho. Very nice and well maintained hotel.
The hotel is located on the west side of the airport, some distance from the old city and the new city, but it is very convenient to call a car.
Just opened for 5 years, the facilities are very new. The small suite I stayed in was less than 700 including breakfast, which was very affordable. Cleanliness is good and the bed is comfortable. The lighting is good, and the Internet speed is fast for Indian hotels. Sound insulation is acceptable. The air conditioner is powerful, and the living room and bedroom are controlled separately. Put 6 bottles of drinking water directly in the room, no need to ask the front desk.
What needs to be improved is: the small suite does not have a bathtub. The breakfast is vegan, not even eggs. Although the meals are good and there are ***y choices, I still feel uncomfortable.
The service attitude is very good. In addition, the lobby bar is very affordable. A large piece of cake only costs 120 rupees, which is cheaper than outside cake shops.
requested for early check in and twin bed room but waited for 45 mins at the reception as room was not ready even at 1 pm and at last they jusr seperated the king bed into two parts and make it twin bed with a gap of hardly 2 inches
my stay at the Hyatt Place was exceptional. The staff, room, amenities, and location all exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.
A hotel with an old-fashioned aristocratic fan, the hotel environment is quiet, the service staff is warm and courteous, the room facilities are a bit old-fashioned, foreign tourists are mostly not from India. Breakfast can be ordered a la carte, overall I feel the hotel location is a bit biased, fortunately, taxi is convenient.
As an international hotel chain, I was a bit disappointed. The room was large, the sheets and towels were old, and the bathtub was obviously stained. The Chinese restaurant and bar on the first floor are good and the service is very good.
NICE CULTURAL SHOW EVERYDAY IN THE EVENING WITH DIFFERENT LOCAL FOLK INSTRUMENTS DAILY.
ROOMS & LOBBY WITH HIGH CEILINGS & TRULY A PALACE FEEL.
VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED AT CITY CENTRE.
EXCELLENT SERVICE.
FOOD VARIETY/QUALITY/PRESENTATION ALSO VERY GOOD.

I recently stayed at The Ummed Hotel in Jodhpur, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with elegant decor that truly reflected the royal charm of Rajasthan. The ambiance was peaceful and relaxing, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. Every detail in the room felt well thought out, from the cozy bed to the tasteful furnishings. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jodhpur who wants a blend of luxury and comfort.
