I stayed quite a lot of days at room 412 waiting for my travel VISA
ac was standard clanky but good enough for my sleep, hot shower is perfect, towels clean, bring your toileties, would be nice if tv signal is good, pillowcsse needs new ones, it was all Clean though, however if you had some noisy guests midnight with their doors, it would not like it. 8/10
Aside from the hotel's convenient location near attractions and the airport, it's also very clean and has everything you need, just like any Sogo hotel. So, I highly recommend it to all travelers and couples looking for a place to chill or stay. Thanks to Trip.com, my booking for both the flight and hotel was incredibly fast. Thank you, until next time!

Facilities: Well-equipped.
Cleanliness: Spotless.
Ambiance: Elegant.
Service: Excellent.
The location is very easy to find, right on the street, next to a BDO bank, and there are many dining options nearby, which is super convenient. There are large common areas on both the 5th and 2nd floors, and the internet connection is also very good. All the staff are very friendly.
[The Good]
Strategic Location: Perfect for a layover. Very close to the airport, which saved me a lot of time and stress.
Cleanliness: The rooms are well-maintained and cleaner than I expected for a hostel.
[The Bad]
Cold Shower: Please note that there is no hot water. Be prepared for a cold shower.
Bedding & Temperature Control: The room only has a fan, which was not a problem itself. However, they only provide a very thin sheet as a blanket. Even with just a fan, it felt quite cold at night, and the thin sheet wasn't enough to keep me warm.
[Verdict]
A solid, cost-effective choice for a short stay near the airport if you don't mind cold showers and bring an extra layer for sleep.
”We had an amazing experience with Luna Hotel! They helped us organize a surprise for our wedding/couple celebration and it was absolutely stunning. The team is very easy to talk to—you just need to tell them what you want (request) and they will make it happen. 'Solid' talaga ang ganda! Thank you to the Luna Hotel management for the excellent service and for making our day unforgettable.”
The hotel is located in a local area where residents gather, and unlike a tourist spot, you can walk around without being bothered by touts, which feels very safe. There are many local Filipino restaurants nearby, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to experience authentic local food. Perhaps because I was on the top floor, the shower pressure was terrible, more like a drizzle, which was frustrating. I had to use the hand shower in the adjoining toilet to rinse off soap. There's no elevator, so you have to use the stairs, but if you have heavy luggage, the front desk staff will help carry it for you. As others have mentioned, be aware that you'll be charged a significant fee if you use the electric kettle, mugs, forks, or spoons provided in the room (so just don't use them if you want to avoid the charge). The best part, though, is having a private room at this price.
I stayed here for almost two weeks. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was disappointing. They only changed the blanket and pillowcases but did not clean the room. I also heard them knocking and cleaning the neighboring rooms, but when I asked for my room to be cleaned, I was ignored. I hope the management can improve their service so guests receive proper attention.
I was a good location and clean and the staff is nice and accommodating 😊

The price is affordable, rooms are clean enough, and people are friendly. Also, it is convenient to travel to all destinations, equally close. However, there's only one hairdryer in the building, which makes it super inconvenient, and no slippers are provided. Another concern would be safety, Pasay city is more local, you can experience authentic lifestyle, but there are risks of getting into trouble I think. All in all, after living 3 days there, I would still recommend travelers this hotel.
I really liked the place is safe and is nearby a really nice mall, it has stores and restaurants. The residence is inside a private complex which makes you feel safe to walk around. Nice view from my room.
Bfast is fine the receptionist also are all friendly :) location is fine but i like the car service they can pick u up at the airport and bring u also back to airport its for free
