Due to my passport and wallet being stolen, I couldn't board my flight and had to come back for another night. It was familiar, so getting around was easy. I even tried taking the subway to the airport for a cheaper option, but I still got off at the wrong station.
Aside from the hotel's convenient location near attractions and the airport, it's also very clean and has everything you need, just like any Sogo hotel. So, I highly recommend it to all travelers and couples looking for a place to chill or stay. Thanks to Trip.com, my booking for both the flight and hotel was incredibly fast. Thank you, until next time!

Facilities: Well-equipped.
Cleanliness: Spotless.
Ambiance: Elegant.
Service: Excellent.
The location is very easy to find, right on the street, next to a BDO bank, and there are many dining options nearby, which is super convenient. There are large common areas on both the 5th and 2nd floors, and the internet connection is also very good. All the staff are very friendly.
This was one of the best hotel I stayed at in Manila. I had some hesitations about the shared toilet and bathroom, but they were quite clean by Philippine standards. The hotel even has a pool, so you can sit by the pool in the evening and meet other guests. However, our room didn't have a window and was a bit damp. The only downside of the hotel is that the surroundings aren't very safe. You need to be cautious around the hotel if you're a foreigner. Mall of Asia is only 10-minutes by Jeepney. The hotel is also close to the airport for those leaving the city.
The room we booked was too tiny. Din expect the room can accommodate 2 person, as described. There is literally not enough space on the bed itself. What should be a queen size bed is only a super single plus bed size. We had to curls our legs while sleeping. We requested for drinking water but the receptionist said we only entitled to 2 drinking water once. We stayed for 2 nights there. That was quite a small favour to ask normally every other accommodation would provide that. Another significant downside is the noise! It’s really noisy even 3 in the morning because of the location and room that we were given is facing the main road and pedestrians bridge. Last but maybe the most regret we had to face is the room is blazing hot. At noon the room was directly facing the burning sun light not even the blinder could cover it. I have proof in the photos where our room was filled with sun during mid day. If I can find something good about our stay maybe the elevator and WiFi that actually works. Good job on that. Aside from that, Definitely won’t be coming back here again.

Our second time to stay here and no doubt, the staffs are very approachable and easy to transact with them. Regarding the room, the previous one is better than now but nonetheless, both clean and has free wifi. Recommended!
Great. Easy booking. The receptionists are welcoming and friendly. Good amenities like guest kit and slippers. However, must be better if there's a ref or a microwave for food...
Overall great experience! Pwede balik-balikan. Thank you!
It is a nice hotel in a central location. It is about a 15 minute walk to a major mall and has many small restaurants close by. The area is residential, it is not touristy, but it is easy to take a grab anywhere. Staff is helpful ang friendly.
The staff were accomodating. Pet friendly. Only that the tv cant be use because of signal as the staff says when we call for assistance.

GGuest UserThe price is affordable, rooms are clean enough, and people are friendly. Also, it is convenient to travel to all destinations, equally close.
However, there's only one hairdryer in the building, which makes it super inconvenient, and no slippers are provided. Another concern would be safety, Pasay city is more local, you can experience authentic lifestyle, but there are risks of getting into trouble I think.
All in all, after living 3 days there, I would still recommend travelers this hotel.
GGuest UserI really liked the place is safe and is nearby a really nice mall, it has stores and restaurants. The residence is inside a private complex which makes you feel safe to walk around. Nice view from my room.

What an amazing escape at Astrotel Cubao! My brother traveled all the way from Romblon Province for a 3-day business trip to Metro Manila. The journey left him drained—stuck in that infamous traffic, utterly exhausted by the time he arrived.
I booked him a room, and it was pure magic. He stepped in and instantly felt a wave of peace wash over him: a spotless room with all the essentials, blazing-fast WiFi, and zero disturbing noise for the soundest sleep of his trip. The secure location is a gem—24/7 fast food and a convenience store right outside, plus a nice, welcoming ambiance.
The cherry on top? The manager and supervisor personally checked in on him, making us feel truly valued. And the spot couldn't be better: a short walk to Farmers Plaza and Gateway Mall, where we unwound with delicious dinners. My brother was so thankful—he left refreshed and ready to conquer his meetings. Highly recommend for anyone needing a serene reset in the city!
AAnonymous UserWe recently stayed at Skyport Hotel near NAIA. The location is convenient, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport.
However, there were a few things that disappointed us during our stay. They did not provide slippers, which would have been helpful and more comfortable for guests. The air conditioning was also very cold, and it was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature.
Another concern was the cleanliness. The towel was simply hanging at the back of the bathroom door, which made me feel unsure if it was properly cleaned or freshly prepared. It would be better if towels were sealed or neatly arranged to assure guests of hygiene.
Overall, the location is good, but there is definitely room for improvement in comfort and cleanliness.
AAnonymous UserI am a repeat customer although I am now assigned to Unit 3420. U have always enjoyed my staybas always since almost all the amenities were provided included those not listed in the platform. You just have to ask and the person you are in contact with would provide it to the best of his abilities. On top of this, I had great city view, clean restroom and kitchen counters. Sleep is also undisrupted and generally peaceful. Will definitely return here sometime.
EExplorer2025The room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean and fresh. The bathroom was tidy, with a good supply of toiletries and hot water.
BBrendon VWe had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the relaxing ambiance throughout the property. The location was also perfect—conveniently close to key attractions and public transport. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive, ensuring our stay was stress-free. Overall, it was a pleasant experience that exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.
JJamieleWe had an amazing staycation experience! The place was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and unwind without traveling far. The ambiance was peaceful, the amenities were excellent, and everything we needed was conveniently available. It truly felt like a mini getaway from our daily routine. Highly recommended for anyone looking to recharge and enjoy quality time close to home!
GGuest UserWriting a review for a hotel can be super helpful for others who are planning their stay. Here's a quick rundown on how to do it:
1. *Be specific*: Mention the room type, amenities, and services you used.
2. *Share your experience*: Talk about the good and the bad. Be honest about cleanliness, staff friendliness, and overall comfort.
3. *Highlight the best parts*: Did the breakfast buffet rock? Mention it! Was the Wi-Fi super fast? Give 'em props!
4. *Provide constructive feedback*: If something went wrong, suggest how they could improve.
5. *Include photos or videos*: Visuals can give potential guests a better idea of what to expect.
6. *Keep it concise*: Aim for a few paragraphs at most. You want to make your point without overwhelming readers.
Example:
”We stayed at the Hotel Sogo Malate for a night, and it was so good. The room was comfy and clean, the staff was super friendly. I love the food at the restaurant we ordered pinakbet, bulalo and halo-halo so delicious. However, the network signal was sketchy but there’s wifi naman. Overall, I'd recommend it for its location and decent prices.
