I added my mum's wishlist hotel after reading reviews claiming it's the best in Kuantan, and they were spot on. The spacious bathroom, which my dad particularly appreciated, was a highlight. We will definitely be returning!
The room is clean, tidy, and the hotel looks pleasantly maintained. For the price, it’s very affordable and definitely worth it for a budget-friendly stay.
It’s also comfortable whether you’re travelling solo or with family. Service is okay — the staff are friendly and helpful when needed.
I can easily walk to Foodcourt 888, and even the famous Sate Zul is within walking distance, which makes makan time super convenient for me. The town area is also nearby, so getting around is simple.
The hotel must've seen a more glorious past. Service wise, the hotel staffs are responsive. Facilities wise, it is still adequate. Beyond sleep and bath, I doubt there is much else to do in the premise. Safe neighbourhood.
The location is in Air Putih, and there's a food court nearby, just a short walk away. If you're looking for coffee, there's a shop right outside, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to try it (only noticed it on the day I left).
The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to many eateries, a self-service laundry, and a 24-hour convenience store. The staff are however a bit snobbish. They don't greet guest and doesn't smile. More like a robot. The cleaner are the best among them coz they greet guest with smile. The room is clean and comfortable. Overall, a great choice for a hassle-free and pleasant stay.
The hotel is clean. Spacious room and bathroom. Water heater functioning well. There’s even hair dryer placed in the bathroom. Good size mattress with clean sheet, pillow cases and comforter. There were vending machines and washing machine provided at the lobby area. Water dispenser and ironing facility provided at our floor. No faulty smell or sticky carpet. Very well maintained. I think the only downfall is the main entrance, it’s kinda bare and dull with no proper signage and dull paint. From outside it looks like an abandoned building. But the gem is inside. Comfortable stay. Good job 👍🏻
Other than being a bit noisy without soundproofing, the basics were met as the room was clean, including the beddings. The aircon was superb, as it was cold enough. The toilet flushing system was also good; they just forgot to provide toilet roll! 🤔
Generally, recommended for a short stay. 😊
Overall is good, just too noisy, especially night time.
And the room type is totally dif with our booking.
The owner pls take note as what guese choose.

AAnonymous Userok nice untuk family, will repeat next time ada breakfast skali
AAnonymous UserGreat staff and a very friendly atmosphere. Love the communal sitting area and the free teas. Also had laundry service which was great. Private and quiet location so it’s a bit more of a walk out but not by much. Only thing is the shower gets the whole bathroom wet and the water isn’t very hot. There was also only one type of soup - separate shampoo and body wash would have been nice.

AAnonymous UserOverall and experiences wise are all excellent.
Location is good and at the centre of brinchang.
Foods and necessities are all downstair of hotel.
The room quite big and so is the washroom.
The only to improve are the electric plugs that quite loose need attention.

IizzkaWe had a pleasant stay at Kea Garden Mini Chalet. The bedroom was comfortable and clean, including the toilet and bathroom, which were also well-maintained and tidy. There is a prayer room provided for guests, making it convenient for Muslim visitors. There is also a small store where you can buy food and snacks. The service was satisfying, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a good experience with reasonable prices, making it a great choice for a short and relaxing trip.
SSofia DCIt was very noisy at night. I could not sleep well. This was really annoying. The men were really loud. They were shouting all night. The babies were screaming at night. It was really annoying. My sleep got broken again and again. The room was very small. The toilet was not great. The toilet was not that clean. The room had a not great smell to it. And the Indian cleaners were very creepy. I would say it’s not worth it for the price. Disappointing overall.
RRosli HasiLocation wise is pretty decent, nearby food place and 24hrs 7 E is near by. Room was clean. Even for an older hotel. Staff was friendly. Even I did stay for 1 night 🌙. I will definitely book this place again. Thanks
