1. The service and facilities are excellent. A big thank you to Xiao Yang at the front desk for upgrading us to a parent-child themed room. We loved that a robot could deliver takeout and packages – my child was thrilled! There was even someone to guide us in the parking lot, which was very thoughtful. 2. The dining was great. I'm currently at Desert Star Hotel, and I'm already missing the Hyatt's breakfast buffet! The Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles were delicious, and the fruit was very fresh. There was plenty of staff, and they were always quick to clear plates from the table. If I had to nitpick, it would be that the curtains in the room didn't block out all the light, and the indicator lights on the outlets were quite bright. For someone like me who needs complete darkness to sleep, it was a bit of a hassle as I didn't bring an eye mask and had to find things to block them. Also, for infants, even small lights at night aren't good for their eyesight. This was the only minor drawback. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Lanzhou!

Even before we arrived, they were already reaching out. While we were still on the high-speed train, a call came through, asking about our flight arrival time. I mentioned we were coming by high-speed train to Zhongchuan Airport East Station and wondered if they could pick us up. Manager Zhang replied, 'Yes, a driver will contact you.' Manager Zhang asked for our train number and arrival time. Sure enough, less than ten minutes later, a text message arrived from the telecom company, directing me to Gate 11 of the terminal's arrival exit after getting off the train. Mr. Qiao, the driver, clearly specified the car's color and license plate number. As I was typing a reply, Mr. Qiao's call came in, again confirming his parking location. Since we mentioned we were an elderly couple, Mr. Qiao politely asked about the color of our clothes. My husband and I exited Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport East Station, took the escalator, and quickly found Gate 11. Just as I was about to call, Mr. Qiao walked up to us, greeted us politely, confirmed our identities, helped us with our luggage into the car, and assured us that someone would take care of our bags upon arrival at the hotel. Once the car stopped, Manager Zhang warmly and proactively took care of us, carrying our luggage into the lobby and then all the way to our room. As soon as we entered the room, the housekeeping staff delivered fresh fruit. The next morning, our airport transfer was scheduled for 7:30 AM. Our principle is to avoid inconveniencing others, so we always arrive earlier than the scheduled time. By 7:15 AM, we were downstairs, completing the check-out process at the front desk. Manager Wang (I believe she's a manager, though we didn't see her title on her nametag, only her surname Wang) told us to eat breakfast before getting in the car, and she would let us know when it arrived. I replied that we hadn't booked breakfast, as our flight was business class, and we'd eat at the airport. She insisted, 'It's fine, have a little something.' She then arranged for us to sit down, asked if we wanted milk or millet porridge, and personally brought us two cups of milk and two bowls of porridge. When the car arrived, she again escorted us to the car, helped with our luggage, and ensured it was safely stowed. I mentioned there was a type of fruit we hadn't seen before. She packed a few for us in a food bag and told us its name and how to eat it. We've encountered hotels that call ahead to inquire about arrival times, but never one with such meticulousness and such seamless coordination with the driver. We've had drivers pick us up from stations and airports, but never one as thorough and enthusiastic as Mr. Qiao. We've met lobby managers, but never one like Manager Wang, who treats guests like family. This is a truly special hotel. This is also a hotel with culture. It features a cultural promenade, not just a few thick books for decoration or blatant tourism advertisements. Here, you'll find sculptures and paintings. On the third-floor elevator landing, there are shadow puppet-themed artworks. These art pieces showcase the history, culture, folk customs, and art of Gansu. I shared photos of these artworks with my students, and we discussed Gansu's history, culture, and geological features on WeChat. They all agreed that very few hotels nationwide focus on cultural taste. This hotel truly is a culturally rich hotel. **Facilities:** Very new, all equipment works perfectly. **Cleanliness:** Excellent. **Environment:** Very close to the airport and Zhongchuan Airport East High-Speed Rail Station. The shuttle takes only two or three minutes. From our room, we could see the airport main building and control tower, and observed aircraft taking off and landing, yet there was absolutely no noise. Due to light rain, we didn't explore the surroundings. **Service:** Outstanding. My husband and I are grateful to all the hotel staff.

The Four Points by Sheraton Dunhuang (opening in 2025) perfectly blends Han and Tang dynasty Silk Road aesthetics with elegant, photogenic design. Its location is excellent, close to Mingsha Mountain, Mogao Grottoes, and Shazhou Night Market. Rooms are spacious, equipped with humidifiers and smart toilets, and the bedding is very comfortable. The breakfast is rich, featuring local specialties. Complimentary laundry, gym access, parking, and airport pickup are provided, and the service is professional. This is a top-tier choice for a luxurious stay in Dunhuang.

After exploring the Qilian Mountains Grand Loop and witnessing the Rainbow Mountains (Seven-Colored Danxia), we stayed at this hotel in Zhangye. The hotel is very new, and the lobby is quite grand; it's likely one of the top hotels in the area. Local drivers mentioned it's excellent in every aspect, just a bit pricey. Facilities: The room was very spacious, new, and smart-equipped. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Excellent location with a pleasant atmosphere. Service: Very good, and there was even a welcome bunny in the room, adding a lovely touch!

I absolutely loved this hotel. The location is superb, with direct elevator access to Mingjiahui Fashion Center, which is hands down the best shopping mall in Jiayuguan in terms of ambiance and experience. It's also a short taxi ride to the Jiayuguan Fort scenic area. The service here was outstanding. A big thank you to the front desk lady who checked us in on the afternoon of April 29th for upgrading our room – I'm just sad I didn't catch her employee number. The breakfast environment was quiet and elegant, and the buffet offered a wide variety of dishes that weren't greasy. They even made fresh wontons and noodles to order, tailored to your taste. Special thanks to restaurant staff member #39 for her thoughtful service; she customized our dishes to perfection. Even though it was a self-service buffet, she proactively brought freshly prepared food right to our table. On our second day, heading to Jiayuguan Fort, staff members #20 and #21 helped us arrange for the hotel's MPV business van. The 6-seater van was incredibly comfortable, and the drive was very smooth – a big thanks to the driver as well. When we checked out, they, along with the supervisor, prepared special Jiayuguan souvenirs and some snacks for our upcoming journey, which was going to be a bit hectic. The room maintenance was impeccable; there were no noticeable issues with our stay experience. After we offered some suggestions for further improvement, the hotel promptly organized a review and provided feedback. My thanks to room attendant #51 for calling to inquire about the details, and also to the supervisor for speaking with us directly and personally looking into our suggestions. Thank you to all the wonderful ladies for their care, which made our first visit to Jiayuguan a joyful memory and made us feel truly at home. I hope the hotel enjoys thriving business in the future, and I wish all the staff members continued success and well-being.

I have been to many places in the country and stayed in many hotels. This hotel made me dissatisfied in many places. The first is about the breakfast coupon. As a 4th or 5th tier city, I spent nearly 400 yuan to open a large bed room, but only gave me a breakfast coupon. I called to consult, and the explanation was also far-fetched. I had to spend another 58 yuan to buy a breakfast coupon. I had no choice but to spend more than 400 yuan to buy the breakfast coupon in order to have a good rest along the way. The second is to drive to the parking lot. Such a high-end hotel should be considered one of the best hotels in Longnan City. When I arrived at the hotel's ground parking lot, there was no parking space, but no one came to direct the parking of the vehicle. I found that the staff was hiding in the corner squatting on the ground and making their own private phone calls, ignoring the existence of the guests. Third, when registering at the main desk, there were clearly 2 windows for registration, and the 2 staff were crowded together, ignoring the existence of other individual guests. When other registered guests impatiently questioned, the staff slowly asked us to line up at another window to check in, and the work efficiency was also very low. I don’t know if it was caused by unskilled business. Fourth, when we bumped into the housekeeping staff on the floor, no one took the initiative to greet the guests. As a high-star, high-end hotel, the hardware conditions are so good, but the software and management should be improved! Finally, I would like to add that the water in the public area on the ground should be cleaned up in time, otherwise the guests would fall and it would be bad for everyone!

The Sheraton Lanzhou has been the best hotel experience on my Qinghai-Gansu grand loop trip so far! The hotel boasts top-notch facilities and a beautifully designed, comfortable atmosphere. The scenic rooms offer stunning views of the Yellow River banks, encompassing the entire Lanzhou skyline. Moreover, the hotel's breakfast spread is incredibly rich, with specialty dishes like beef noodles made fresh on the spot. The cakes from the in-house bakery are especially delicious, easily rivaling those found in Shanghai. In the past, whenever I visited Lanzhou, I always stayed downtown, where traffic was incredibly congested and parking was a hassle. This Sheraton, being away from the bustling city center, is much quieter. Plus, getting to the city center is super convenient with a metro transfer right on B1. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Lanzhou.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The room is very spacious. Although it is an old hotel, I can feel the quality of the decoration and the facilities are complete. The hotel is very large, and the greenery, water system, pavilions and towers are all very beautiful. It is like living in a big park. It is a good choice for travel and leisure. It is very close to Kongtong Mountain Scenic Area, less than ten minutes' drive. We climbed Kongtong Mountain on the first day and brought the elderly with us. It rained on the second day. Just walk around the hotel and go to the swimming pool for free. The elderly had a lot of fun and were not tired. In the afternoon, we enjoyed the scenery, drank tea and chatted on the terrace of the room, and went to the restaurant to eat delicious hand-pulled lamb in the evening. The service staff are very enthusiastic, especially the Xiao Li team in the guest room building No. 5, who made us really feel what it means to feel at home. Thank you very much. The best hotel in Lanzhou! Service: Check-in is handled at the 51st-floor reception. Staff member Zhang Meng patiently assisted with the check-in process, thoroughly explaining the afternoon tea and breakfast/dinner times, and even noted these times on the room card holder. This meticulous and thoughtful service was truly heartwarming. Other front desk staff, the concierge, and the parking attendants were equally attentive. Service response was also very prompt. We truly felt like honored guests. Facilities: The executive room is located high above, offering expansive views. The room is spacious, featuring smart appliances and a wet/dry separated bathroom. The bedding is comfortable. Cleanliness: Impeccable. The linens were clean and odorless. Dining Experience: The executive lounge's afternoon tea was exquisite and offered panoramic views. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, perfectly balanced for nutrition. The beef noodles, especially, were freshly pulled and cooked, with an authentic taste that was unforgettable.

I chose this hotel for my business trip and was extremely satisfied. The hotel environment is quiet, perfect for both rest and work. The in-room office facilities are complete, and the internet signal is stable with fast speeds, making it very convenient for handling work.
