Our stay in Ledong started badly. We were first told by the lady at the front counter that we could not stay in since we had passports from another country. It was a hotel rule. After arguing that we already made a reservation, she still told us to get an hotel elsewhere. After telling her many times to call her boss, one very helpful lady came to help and found our reservation and could let us in. Please train your employee better, or better select them. The rest of the stay and the breakfast were ok.
