I did a round trip back to Sanya. I drove to the sea for more than 1 hour and 40 minutes. Ordered takeout delivered to the room. The room is cleaned every day

We were first told by the lady at the front counter that we could not stay in since we had passports from another country. It was a hotel rule. After arguing that we already made a reservation, she still told us to get an hotel elsewhere. After telling her many times to call her boss, one very helpful lady came to help and found our reservation and could let us in.
Please train your employee better, or better select them.
The rest of the stay and the breakfast were ok.

DDirk from HainanTook some time to check in with our foreign passports, but staff was willing to try their best to get it done. The grounds are beautiful with nice greenery and views of the hills. Place is well-kept and clean with a nice comfortable soft bed and decent shower. Very close to Jianfengling gate with some food options not too far down the road. I enjoyed my stay and savoured the comfortable room after a day of hiking
