Beautiful small hotel, well located, very clean, with lovely staff, everybody very kind. Nice touch to have turndown service. Rooms have a little fridge and kettle for tea or coffee. Pool is small but pretty nice and beach is walking distance. Definitely will go back.

2nd time staying at this property. This time, I took 1 room with 3 Queen size bed to accommodate 6 persons. The room was spacious. Comfortable beds. Hot water showers. No much complain about this room. My family likes the room, a lot of space to move around. Cold air-conditioning. Area to improve: 1. Towels are smelly. Not sure if those towels were washed with detergent because no detergent smell. Really unbearable smell and the towels are not water absorbed. 2. No hot water kettle. The property provides water dispenser at main hotel building. We stayed at another satellite building. Have to go to main building to take hot water. Other than these 2 matters, the property is awesome. The cheapest and frequently visited/stayed by local and foreign visitors. Opposite McD, close to food truck and many more tourists attractions. Walking distance to Cenang beach. At last what you pay that what you get.

The biggest advantage of this resort is its proximity to the sea—almost zero distance. Stepping out of your room, you're just a few steps away from the soft white sands of Pantai Cenang. For anyone who dreams of falling asleep to the sound of waves and waking up to a sunset view, the location is simply perfect. While some areas of the resort do show their age, with rooms needing maintenance and facilities feeling dated, the soundproofing is decent enough to ensure a good night's rest. The staff are friendly and offer multilingual service, making communication easy. However, the service efficiency and professionalism aren't on par with high-end resorts, which is understandable given its three-star rating.

Stayed here with our adult kids and we’d definitely come back. The biggest selling point is the location. You’re literally a few steps from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, duty-free shops, souvenir stores and just about every tourist activity you could want. Grab cars are always waiting nearby too, so we never waited more than a minute or two. The staff were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, helpful and always happy to assist. Our air conditioner stopped working one night and they moved us to another room just a few doors away straight away. It was handled without any fuss. If breakfast is included in your booking, I’d recommend it. Most of the cafés and restaurants along the ***** don’t seem to open until around 10am, so having breakfast at the resort is really convenient and saves you having to hunt around first thing in the morning. Just remember this is a 2-star resort. If you’re expecting luxury, you’ll probably be disappointed. If you’re after a clean, comfortable and affordable place in a brilliant location, it’s hard to fault. We were only really in our room to shower and sleep because there is so much to do around Langkawi. One funny thing. The bathroom is basically one big wet area, so don’t leave your clothes or toiletries on the floor unless you want them soaked! Could we have spent more and stayed somewhere fancier? Absolutely. But for the location, price and friendly service, this place delivered exactly what we were after. We’d happily stay here again.

The Got all basic amenities. Sleep well. I Dont pleased only for one Thing... No Lift. I have to carry my lugage to second floor. So heavy😭. So this hotel not Sui Table for elderly, Peggy Women n over Weight n those with Knee r muscle pain. The good things, they Got 2 pack of biscuits when I craving for Sweet things. Well, I see Something Crawling on the bed sheet.... Maybe the mites😢. For a single traveller im not really Recommend this place. Unless u Drive a car.

There is renovation in front of my room. Awake by sound of renovation. No hairdryer and dental kit. Pls bring your own shampoo and bathgel if you dont want to use the hotel one. Location wise is convenient to go around cenang. They collect deposit rm50.

I stayed at Fuller Hotel Alor Star and found the overall experience to be average. The service was so-so, nothing particularly outstanding, but still acceptable for a short stay. The room was decent and met basic expectations. Suitable if you are looking for a simple and budget-friendly accommodation without expecting too much service interaction.

Rated hotel as average based on other's review read, as didn't make it to stay in the hotel. However, the reservation service team was helpful to promptly reply to my email. The hotel's strange side would be the reserved family room with balcony, facing inside within the hotel with no outside street view.

The best economical stay ever! The rooms is spacious and bed is comfortable, except the towel🤭. Got hot shower and basic amenities for toiletries, best view from room. Very friendly lobby reception, they cant speak good english BUT very accommodating and friendly. Got wifi at lobby area with stronger connections. Easy access and next to cheap stalls. Easy to chill during evening or morning walk. And EXACTLY next to the beach. No need to cross the road. Will I repeat to come here? YES I WILL! Remember, they will assist you based on anything you need. If you want to make up the room, you need to inform the lobby to speed up the cleaning 😍 Everything are awesome!

What can I say🫠 its toooooo good for the underrated budget hotel in town👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 spacious room & the toilet is satisfying enuf with full amenities😍
