4-Star Hotels in New Jersey, United States

Little bit of a culture shock staying at a resort for the first time. The staff would not help with any activities outside of the resort. I found we were on our own finding transportation to boardwalk hall for concert. I am use to hotels providing knowledge of local services and attractions but at this resort they refused by claiming they have no knowledge how to help.

The hotel is really nice, the details are very well done in all aspects, the front desk lady Lan Lan's service is very good, the check-in is very warm, can be considered for the guests, very satisfied 👍

Great location but service standards fluctuated during the stay from checked in and inquiry made at the front desk to daily housekeeping services. Met with hotel duty manager, Jeff and expressed all concerns to him during our 5 day family stay on 2 rooms.

The room was pretty good, but the breakfast was... interesting. It wasn't a buffet, but à la carte, and on the first day, I actually thought I had gone to the wrong place! The service attitude wasn't great either. Everything else was fine though!

The room we checked in did not prepared well. The sink is clogged and no power supply for coffee maker. However, they did change a new room for us. Good for the backup. Nothing to complain.

The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

The staff was welcoming. The view is amazing and the room is a lot bigger than expected. The location is also nice cuz there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel where you can take route 148 to the Port Authority Bus Terminal, which takes less than half an hour. I would really recommend and will definitely book again!

Big hotel, is old. Including lobby and room interior. Ctrip can't book breakfast, which is a bit baffling. Convenient transportation and free parking. The nearby lake view is good, you can go for a jog by the lakeside in the morning 🏃.

This is a well located, reasonably priced property. A big shout out to the bartender and the breakfast staff. They went out of their way to make me feel at home. Also, this is a large hotel and might be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Interestingly, from the main lobby, it’s quite a walk to the nearest elevator. I do think they need to streamline the check in. They were training a new employee, which I have no issue with. There was one employee being trained and two others showing him what to do. When I arrived, there were more than twenty people in line. That was the only check in option. We all waited (patiently!) while each person was checked in at a snail’s pace. There was no “bear with us” or $5 off a drink for the extra wait. This falls far short of the Hilton brand as I know it.

Very comfortable and spacious room with a view of the Hudson River, directly facing Manhattan's charming city skyline. The PATH station is right outside the hotel, and it's just one stop to the World Trade Center. Much better value for money than staying in Manhattan. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit New York.
