The room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive. The location was convenient for getting around. The bedding was comfortable, and it was quiet. The facilities were complete. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, offering great value for money. I highly recommend it and will choose it again for my next trip.

The service was excellent! The staff were always friendly and greeted us proactively. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a small balcony, and the view was absolutely stunning. During our two days in Huangshan, we were treated to a breathtaking sea of clouds, a gorgeous sunset, a starry night sky, and a spectacular sunrise – simply perfect. We also enjoyed the buffet dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. While the variety wasn't extensive, it was impressive to know that all the food was carried up by porters, step by step. That's no easy feat! 👍

Room: Spacious and clean, featuring smart voice control and a robot delivery service for small items. The WiFi signal was excellent. The 65-inch LCD TV really gave it a home theater feel. Bathroom: Very spacious and odor-free, equipped with a smart toilet. The showerhead provided a strong water flow, making for a warm and comfortable shower experience. Hotel: They offer a free laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes. There are also complimentary hot beverages and cookies available. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and ensured a smooth check-in.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to key attractions like Tunxi Old Street and Xin'an River. You can reach them easily by foot or a short bike ride. The surrounding area is well-equipped with amenities, including bus stops, shared bike stations, and numerous dining options. Some guests mentioned a parking lot at the hotel entrance, but during peak hours, it's best to arrive early to secure a spot. The hotel's area makes it convenient for visitors to explore local culture and natural scenery, and it's also close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and other daily necessities.

The room was very clean and spacious, with a great ambiance. The front desk service was excellent, and the staff were all very attentive. The breakfast was reasonably priced and offered a good variety of options. What really stood out was that as soon as we got out of the car, a staff member asked if we were going hiking and thoughtfully provided a paper map of Huangshan. They even gave us some special Huangshan biscuits as a souvenir, which was a really lovely touch. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

First, the things I was dissatisfied with: 1. I booked two king-sized rooms, both on the 6th floor, and there was a pungent, acrid smell inside. There's a nightstand on each side of the bed, and the strong odor wasn't just coming from there. The hotel clearly didn't vet its renovation materials, showing a disregard for the health of its guests. 2. The hotel faces a road (Tangchuan Road), and large trucks frequently pass by. If the window isn't closed, the noise is considerable! Compounded by the acrid smell indoors, the windows can only be opened a tiny bit. Open them and there's noise; close them and there's a foul odor. Ugh! 3. In one room, there was a bulge in the wooden flooring between the bed and the TV wall that hadn't been repaired. 4. The key card holder didn't have the hotel's name, address, or phone number printed on it. If someone who didn't make the booking gets lost and wants to find their way back using the address, it's impossible. 5. The front desk's background wall had no hotel name, it was just blank, for reasons unknown. 6. The room's screen window had a lock, but there were no instructions on how to unlock it. 7. The mirror light above the washbasin had a switch, but it didn't turn on when pressed. When I asked the front desk, they said it might be related to whether the master switch on the wall next to the bed was on. 8. The room key card (not the holder) didn't have the room number. If you book multiple rooms, the key cards can easily get mixed up. Now, for the things I was satisfied with: 1. The indoor facilities and furnishings were relatively new. The mattress firmness was just right, and the pillows and bedding had no strange smells. 2. The window panes were triple-glazed, so when closed tightly, external noise didn't affect sleep. If you want quiet, I recommend staying in a room on the back side of the hotel, where the view outside is of the 'Home Inn Business Hotel'. 4. The indoor Wi-Fi speed was sufficient. 5. The front desk staff actively listened to feedback, for example, by putting room number labels on the key cards. 6. Whether taking the long-distance bus to/from Huangshan North Railway Station or the shuttle bus to/from Huangshan Scenic Area, staying here makes it very convenient to reach these stations (which are at the same location), a 5-10 minute walk away. A reminder to everyone: If you search for 'Tangkou Town Holiday Inn Express' on Baidu Maps, the first result might be 'Baihang Holiday Inn Express'. This is an imposter, don't fall for it!

The room was quite spacious and clean, and the staff were all very welcoming. It had a balcony, which was lovely for sitting out and enjoying the breeze in the evening. The hotel is right on the old street, making it super convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining.

This time I stayed in the Liuquan room type, the room was large and the facilities were particularly new. The partition is reasonable, with a separate living room, daily activities are not afraid of soiling the bed, the bathtub is the kind of round and comfortable, the courtyard outside the room is also very large, it is L-shaped, with a large area of lawn, dogs can run happily without going out. The hotel butler is also accompanied by the whole pick-up and drop-off from check-in to check-out. He is responsive. He ate a dinner at the hotel and booked with the butler online in advance. The taste is good and the weight is OK. The overall is very good. Some comments: 1. When ordering, you should communicate with the taboo. I didn't expect that two of the three dishes will bring mushrooms. 2. You need a small ice bar in the room. 3. The bathroom and shower area need hand cream or body lotion. After bathing, you can relieve dry skin.

The room we originally booked was a bit small, so we paid extra to upgrade. The new room was very spacious with excellent facilities, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The bed was super soft and the pillows were very comfortable, though the duvet was a bit thin. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, and the Fuyang-style 'Sa Tang' (soup) tasted fantastic. The noodles at supper were delicious too. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and actively resolved any issues we had. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

It was alright, the staff were super friendly! They even gave us raincoats and shaobing (a type of flatbread). However, the facilities weren't as good as I'd hoped. The dryer in the laundry room was broken, which was a bit of a hassle when we wanted to wash clothes after hiking in the rain. I wish at least one machine could dry clothes. Breakfast was very average, with zero changes to the menu over three days.
