The room is good and smart overall. I am quite satisfied. Actually, as someone who really wants Anqing to be better, we can probably work harder on the details. For example, Anqing is also vigorously promoting tourism. Our hotel can appropriately increase the introduction and proactive service awareness (not saying that the brothers and sisters are not good, but just making better requests). It would be better if the room had a dirty clothes basket so that we can have a place to put the towels after use. You can see the Yangtze River. It's very beautiful when you get up early in the morning and there's some fog on the river.

Didn't expect to find such a high-standard hotel during the off-peak season in Huangshan. The facilities, cleanliness, and service were all impeccable, and the environment truly stood out. Hu Shan was incredibly genuine with us, promptly sending staff to deliver anything we needed. She also thoughtfully provided local weather forecasts several times a day, advising us on whether it was suitable for sunrise or sunset viewing, and if it was good for stargazing late at night. This hotel is truly the best for watching sunrise, sunset, and stargazing in Huangshan.

Room: Spacious and clean, featuring smart voice control and a robot delivery service for small items. The WiFi signal was excellent. The 65-inch LCD TV really gave it a home theater feel. Bathroom: Very spacious and odor-free, equipped with a smart toilet. The showerhead provided a strong water flow, making for a warm and comfortable shower experience. Hotel: They offer a free laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes. There are also complimentary hot beverages and cookies available. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and ensured a smooth check-in.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to key attractions like Tunxi Old Street and Xin'an River. You can reach them easily by foot or a short bike ride. The surrounding area is well-equipped with amenities, including bus stops, shared bike stations, and numerous dining options. Some guests mentioned a parking lot at the hotel entrance, but during peak hours, it's best to arrive early to secure a spot. The hotel's area makes it convenient for visitors to explore local culture and natural scenery, and it's also close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and other daily necessities.

The room was very clean and spacious, with a great ambiance. The front desk service was excellent, and the staff were all very attentive. The breakfast was reasonably priced and offered a good variety of options. What really stood out was that as soon as we got out of the car, a staff member asked if we were going hiking and thoughtfully provided a paper map of Huangshan. They even gave us some special Huangshan biscuits as a souvenir, which was a really lovely touch. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

First, the things I was dissatisfied with: 1. I booked two king-sized rooms, both on the 6th floor, and there was a pungent, acrid smell inside. There's a nightstand on each side of the bed, and the strong odor wasn't just coming from there. The hotel clearly didn't vet its renovation materials, showing a disregard for the health of its guests. 2. The hotel faces a road (Tangchuan Road), and large trucks frequently pass by. If the window isn't closed, the noise is considerable! Compounded by the acrid smell indoors, the windows can only be opened a tiny bit. Open them and there's noise; close them and there's a foul odor. Ugh! 3. In one room, there was a bulge in the wooden flooring between the bed and the TV wall that hadn't been repaired. 4. The key card holder didn't have the hotel's name, address, or phone number printed on it. If someone who didn't make the booking gets lost and wants to find their way back using the address, it's impossible. 5. The front desk's background wall had no hotel name, it was just blank, for reasons unknown. 6. The room's screen window had a lock, but there were no instructions on how to unlock it. 7. The mirror light above the washbasin had a switch, but it didn't turn on when pressed. When I asked the front desk, they said it might be related to whether the master switch on the wall next to the bed was on. 8. The room key card (not the holder) didn't have the room number. If you book multiple rooms, the key cards can easily get mixed up. Now, for the things I was satisfied with: 1. The indoor facilities and furnishings were relatively new. The mattress firmness was just right, and the pillows and bedding had no strange smells. 2. The window panes were triple-glazed, so when closed tightly, external noise didn't affect sleep. If you want quiet, I recommend staying in a room on the back side of the hotel, where the view outside is of the 'Home Inn Business Hotel'. 4. The indoor Wi-Fi speed was sufficient. 5. The front desk staff actively listened to feedback, for example, by putting room number labels on the key cards. 6. Whether taking the long-distance bus to/from Huangshan North Railway Station or the shuttle bus to/from Huangshan Scenic Area, staying here makes it very convenient to reach these stations (which are at the same location), a 5-10 minute walk away. A reminder to everyone: If you search for 'Tangkou Town Holiday Inn Express' on Baidu Maps, the first result might be 'Baihang Holiday Inn Express'. This is an imposter, don't fall for it!

A small courtyard, slow to enjoy leisure time. The environment of the homestay is quiet and elegant, the room is clean and cured, and it is far from the noise of the city. After checking out, the housekeeper specially arranged three sets of Guangde, very intimate and thoughtful service.

The hotel is strategically located, it is very convenient to travel and go shopping, and it is especially worry-free to drive by car. The parking lot has plenty of parking spaces and parking is very convenient. There is no need to worry about finding a parking space. The overall environment of the hotel is elegant and quiet, the greening and public areas are well organized and the atmosphere is full. The size of the room is just right, the layout is reasonable and not crowded, the living feeling is very comfortable, the most plus point is that the hygiene is super in place, the whole house is spotless, the bedding and bathroom are clean and tidy, the details are taken care of with special care, and the living is particularly comfortable. The catering aspect exceeded expectations. The breakfast was rich in variety and authentic in taste. The dinner dishes were exquisite and delicious. Even the supper was intimate and delicious. Three meals a day could be satisfied and satisfied. The hotel service is warm and in place, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the details are full. Free unlimited yogurt and ice cream can be enjoyed at will. All kinds of spare small items in the room are fully equipped and intimate and meticulous. The most moving thing is that when leaving the store, the security guard took the initiative to help wipe the windshield in front of the car clean, and this warm-hearted service instantly filled the good feelings. I accidentally left my belongings in the hotel halfway, and I also sent them back after contacting the staff, especially responsible. The only small downside is that the room is slightly soundproofed, and occasionally the crying sound of the children next door can be heard, but it does not affect the overall stay. In all aspects, the hardware, environment, catering, and service are impeccable, the experience is full, the next stay will give priority to choosing here, and I really recommend it to everyone!

For just over 200 yuan, the hotel offers a really pleasant environment. They even provide both soft and firm pillows, which is a nice touch, and there's a convenient spot to hang clothes near the AC vent. The location is fantastic, right at the exit of the transfer center. While it's roadside and can be noisy if you open the windows, the soundproofing is excellent. Plus, it's not on a major thoroughfare, so it quietens down significantly after 9 PM. No balcony, but that's perfectly fine. The room amenities are comprehensive and well-thought-out. The shower is quite spacious and has plenty of hooks for clothes, something many hotels overlook but this one clearly considered. There's even a shoe dryer in the room. They also provide two hiking poles and two raincoats, offer free route explanations, complimentary luggage storage, and even a packet of Huangshan biscuits. There's no shuttle to the transfer center because it's genuinely that close! 😁😁
