3-Star Hotels in Anhui, China

The service was excellent! Xixi at the front desk was so thoughtful, providing kids' toothbrushes and slippers for my child, and even giving them candies and snacks. The scenery in Huizhou is also beautiful, perfect for a leisurely exploration. There are mountains, rivers, ancient towns, and villages.

This place is incredibly close to both the Huangshan South Transfer Center and the Zhaixi Transfer Center, just a 200-meter walk. We arrived on a rainy day, and the owner kindly came to pick us up. They even provided raincoats and hiking poles for our Huangshan climb. We booked a duplex room, and aside from the skylight curtain not closing, everything else was perfect. The owner's hand-drawn maps for the up and down mountain routes were super helpful. We left at 6:30 AM, reached the cable car by 7:00 AM, and our entire route was incredibly smooth.

Facilities: Meet the needs of traveling, the air conditioning temperature is moderate, and you can sleep peacefully. Hygiene: The windows are clean, the quilts are clean, and the bathroom is fresh. Environment: Quiet and undisturbed. Service: Think for the travelers and solve problems for customers!

Out of the five hotels I stayed at during my 15-day trip to Anhui, this was the only one that provided conditioner, and it also had the best living environment, despite being inexpensive. I chose it as a resting place after hiking down Huangshan, based on its proximity to the transfer center, and it completely exceeded my expectations. It's much better than the hotels on Huangshan that cost thousands more, offering incredible value for money. The hotel rooms are clean, smell fresh, and the ambiance is elegant and grand. It's only about 100 meters in a straight line from the Southern Gate Transfer Center; you can see it as soon as you exit. The location is incredibly convenient, making it a must-choose for a rest after climbing Huangshan.

Environment: The window doesn't face the street, so it's not noisy at night, which is really great. Hygiene: There were stains and a hole in the sheets, but the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Service: The hotel staff's service attitude was very good. I also felt that the cashier at the supermarket outside the hotel, the shuttle driver, and the staff at Huangshan Scenic Area all had good attitudes. The hotel has a partnership with a local restaurant. After ordering, the food is delivered directly to your room, which is convenient but the taste was average. For lunch, I ordered shredded potatoes with fried chicken, and for dinner, Anhui flat noodles. Both were very oily. The beef in the flat noodles had a smell like stinky mandarin fish, probably because the beef and stinky mandarin fish were stored together and their flavors intermingled.

Advantages: The room was quite large, located next to the subway station, with the subway entrance right outside the door, making it very convenient to get to the city center (20 minutes one way). There was free parking and a few slow chargers. Tea was available in the lobby. A disposable toilet seat cover was provided, which was usable. There was also a wardrobe. Disadvantages: We stayed on a Saturday, so the room price wasn't cheap, as most hotels charge extra on weekends. The booking included breakfast for two, but what was unpleasant was that both the front desk and breakfast counter clearly stated that children's breakfasts were full price—20 yuan per child. We had one 7-year-old and one 12-year-old, and ended up paying 30 yuan. However, the variety, nutrition, and taste of the breakfast didn't match the price. There were four washing machines, one and a half of which were broken. Half of the rooms upstairs were dark, indicating no one was staying there. We had to hand-wash our clothes. The carpets and chairs in the room were very dirty.

The room is good and smart overall. I am quite satisfied. Actually, as someone who really wants Anqing to be better, we can probably work harder on the details. For example, Anqing is also vigorously promoting tourism. Our hotel can appropriately increase the introduction and proactive service awareness (not saying that the brothers and sisters are not good, but just making better requests). It would be better if the room had a dirty clothes basket so that we can have a place to put the towels after use. You can see the Yangtze River. It's very beautiful when you get up early in the morning and there's some fog on the river.

My stay at the Lu'an eLong Hotel was absolutely perfect, and I have to give it a thumbs up! First of all, the location is fantastic, with convenient transportation to both the train station and the city's shopping districts. The hotel's exterior is grand and stylish, and the lobby boasts a modern and minimalist design. The service deserves praise. From the front desk staff to the room service staff, everyone was incredibly welcoming and professional. Check-in was quick, and they thoughtfully inquired about our preferences and needs, making us feel right at home.

We had to drag our luggages from the main road through the old street to the B&B without any help offered by the staff. And after check out, we had to ask for the staff to use a small trolley to help move our luggages to the main road, which demonstrated a lack of initiative from the staff in providing good service. Did not feel particularly warmly welcomed by the staff. Location-wise, it is good as it is right in the middle of the old street, very near to the river street and Laiyang old street. Breakfast was also so-so only. When I asked for fried egg, I was plainly told head boiled eggs are available.

酒店比較老，但整體上比較乾淨，設施簡單好用，前台和保潔阿姨的服務態度都很好。早飯一般。停車場在酒店背後，停車很方便。總體來説，春節期間這個家庭房的性價比非常高。
