A big thank you to Fang Chunmei for making my Huangshan trip feel like home. Staying at the hotel on the mountain, the luckiest thing was meeting Fang Chunmei. From patiently guiding us on the routes before we ascended and marking the sunrise direction, to helping us plan our itinerary and sharing recent weather updates, she meticulously helped with every detail. Since the hotel's buffet has fixed timings, and no food is available after those times, she very patiently reminded us about the meal times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so we wouldn't miss out. What truly touched me was when the children in the next room were so noisy that we couldn't sleep; she proactively stepped in to help mediate, allowing us to finally get a full night's rest. She said, ”When you're hiking, getting good rest is the most important thing.” This genuine altruism is rare and truly commendable (give her a raise! She deserves it!!). On the day we went up the mountain, it was windy and rainy outside. Our clothes were soaked and it was super cold. Upon entering, we were greeted with ginger tea she had prepared. After getting to our room, she told us where we could dry our clothes, which was incredibly comforting in the snowy and windy weather. Thanks to her thoughtfulness, this Huangshan trip not only offered beautiful scenery but also a heartwarming human touch. Highly recommended! P.S. I feel like I'm really old. The receptionist made me feel very gentle. I don't know if she is really gentle or just gentle to customers. Anyway, it reminded me of a friend. I can't remember the appearance of the receptionist and my friend. Every time I see this kind of gentleness, I always feel a little sad. In addition, I want to complain that I wrote this review on the bed of a hotel apartment. I really don't feel used to staying in an apartment B&B. Also, the hotel apartment, I thought it would be a hotel, but it was actually a B&B. I feel really old. I saw the hustle and bustle of Nanjing's traffic and high-rise buildings. All around were steel and concrete, beautifully dressed, with all kinds of heavy makeup, and the hurried takeaways in the middle, garbage in the corners, and the bright lights and feasting overhead. I felt a little dazed and suffocated for a moment. The last 5-star praise was for that touch of gentleness.

From the outside, it looks like a regular traditional hotel. The room is neither big nor small, and there is no sofa, but it is enough for one person. The service attitude is good. Soon after arriving at the room, milk and biscuits were delivered. Although they were from the end of 2023, they were still within the shelf life. I was watching TV at night and there was a sudden power outage. After calling the front desk, the power came back after a while. I wonder if the front desk set the room card incorrectly? Or is there something wrong with the room card insertion facility? There is no weak current socket, so the mobile phone and power bank cannot be charged at the same time. The breakfast is good. Although there are not many meat dishes, the staple food is rich and colorful.

On our drive back to Beijing for the Spring Festival, we stopped in Fuyang for one night. The hotel owner, seeing we were traveling together, proactively upgraded our nephew's room from the basement to the same floor on the third floor. They even put a plastic sleeve on our ID cards and cleaned our car windows in the morning – such thoughtful touches! The third-floor double room also had a tea table, perfect for dinner, and the complimentary noodles were delicious.

Ms Xu and Mr Wang were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Despite it being a last-minute request, Mr Wang kindly arranged a pickup for us and patiently guided us through with the use of WeChat. Ms Xu is a soft-spoken and kind lady who went the extra mile to assist us—she carefully walked us through the Huangshan map and provided valuable advice for our trip. When I returned two nights later to collect my luggage( free storage), she did not hesitate to help coordinate transportation with my next hotel, which I truly appreciated. The location is excellent—just directly across from the entrance to the national park—and the service is outstanding. The room was also very comfortable and offered great value for the price.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The hotel also has its own parking lot, which was very convenient. There's a dedicated shuttle service that takes guests to the South Gate Transfer Center, which is a huge plus. Downstairs, Lao Xu's Private Farmhouse Cuisine served delicious food. The hotel rooms are fully equipped, the design layout is reasonable, and the living is clean and comfortable. The transportation is particularly convenient, the location is excellent, the surrounding dining options are particularly large, and it is very close to the train station. The staff has a good service attitude, the overall price is super high, and it is absolutely not wrong to choose this one for personal travel accommodation. It is highly recommended!

3 block away from the highspeed railway station and bus terminal, a local hotel, great base for visiting Jiu Hua Shan. Breakfast is a wide varietied local style. My repeat stay which I paid for a higher grade room. Definitely worth the extra little money. For the TV and in room wifi, you have to turn on the TV switch by the bedside before you can use either. No complimentary tea bags or coffee sachets.

This hotel is right next to the South Gate transfer station, practically the closest you can get. The service is excellent, and the facilities are top-notch. The toilet is electric with a heated seat, and the soundproofing is incredible; even though the transfer entrance is right outside, you can't hear any noise. The Huangshan shortbread the hotel gave us was the best I've ever tasted, and I even bought three more packs from them before leaving. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Huangshan!
