No toiletries, has free towel. The light in the room turns off automatically and I had to take shower in the dark. Locker was pretty small and has a board in the middle so it’s not possible to store a big backpack. But you have a small platform near the bed to put some stuff down and it’s like a small capsule room. Location is very good and staff is friendly.

Convenient location and friendly staff. However, the air conditioner is not that strong, and takes a long time to cool the room.

Worth staying at this hostel for the price. This was my first solo backpacking trip, and the hostel was amazing. The receptionists were especially friendly. I arrived a bit early before check-in time, but the receptionist kindly let me check in, even though it was his lunch break. He explained all the amenities and showed the must-visit places in Milan on a map. He also offered to store my luggage, and when I felt a bit worried, he kept it safely under his desk. I would definitely recommend this hostel.

Hostel with good value for money. Very welcoming and attentive staff: the first evening of my stay, I had a small problem with my bed and a solution was found the next day. The all-female dormitory I stayed in was perhaps a little small for six people and the bathroom could perhaps do with a little updating... Little extra: the metro 30 meters away which takes you to the center in 10-15 minutes.

Очень милый отель! Комната была супер уютной, милейший интерьер. По фото все не так представлялось. Для прогулок по городу нам было удобно, пару раз пользовались троллейбусом и метро рядом. Магазины рядом разные, в том числе и продуктовый за углом почти. Нас встретили тепло и доброжелательно, как знакомых, было приятно

Drop off is also cheaper than the market price. Still recommend it
