Facilities: Excellent, has everything you could need. The twin room was unusually spacious, and there were plenty of live TV channels! Cleanliness: Very good, didn't notice anything out of place. Ambiance: Grand and luxurious. Service: Front desk service was okay, and English communication was smooth. The concierge staff were very courteous and polite.

Our assigned rooms had a terrible location. They were on the second floor, which isn't even directly accessible by elevator. You have to go up to the third floor first, walk a long way across a connecting bridge to another building, and then go down to the second floor. We had two rooms, one for my parents and one for us with the kids, and both were given these inconvenient rooms. Hauling luggage around was a real hassle! The view from the window was just a parking lot, no scenery whatsoever, which was completely different from what was shown in the promotional photos. However, the hotel's overall location is good, right in the lively city center, and the breakfast was also decent!

The room was clean and tastefully decorated, with an overall elegant and sophisticated ambiance. The semi-buffet breakfast was of good quality. The service was excellent, attentive and meticulous. However, the tablet in my room that controlled the TV and other devices seemed to be broken, but I didn't need to watch TV, so it didn't bother me. Overall, it's one of the best and most recommended hotels in Helsinki.

A nice and clean hotel. It's close to Aalto's villa, and the city center is easily accessible by tram. However, arriving from the airport by public transportation (train and bus) was inconvenient, so I recommend taking a taxi. Besides Aalto's villa and studio, the Akseli Gallen-Kallela Museum, Didrichsen, Villa Gullenberg, and the former presidential residence of Tamminiemi are also nearby. The sauna was good, and it wasn't crowded when I visited. The staff was helpful with any questions I had.🥰

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is excellent, with easy access to airport.Everything we needed was just a short walk away, which made our trip very convenient. The service was impressive, with friendly and attentive staff always ready to help. The facilities were well maintained and clean, providing a comfortable environment throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, bright, and thoughtfully arranged, offering plenty of space to relax. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Compact and good for a solo traveller. I really appreciated the “midsummer activity list” printout. It was great for tourists to plan out what they can do. There were a few things that were a bit dusty, but otherwise I generally have a positive experience whenever I stay at a Hilton hotel. The room service was a godsend because I felt ill and didn’t have energy to go out, find food or even think about what I wanted to eat. It was delicious as well. Thank you!

We fully recommend this hotel for your Helsinki Stay. Some rooms have sauna; they are more perfect. From airport you can arrive to citycenter by train and walk from train station to hotel approx 10-12 minutes.

The hotel is located in the heart of city center. Lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity which makes things very easy. Very close to train stations and many tram lines nearby. Staff and service are great. Breakfast is great. The hotel has a lot of tradition and is maintained very well. The gym is quite good too. Rooms are not very big but spacious enough. Bathroom is very nicely designed and comfortable.

The counter staff is very friendly and it is about a 7-minute walk from the station.

The room is very big, even with an extra bed, it is more than enough; the sanitation is also very clean and tidy, the hotel is very attentive to send welcome gifts and cards; it is very close to the train station and major attractions and business districts; the only thing I am not satisfied with is the breakfast, there are too few varieties, the taste is also very ordinary, it does not match the room quality at all
