Overall, my stay was decent. The location is pretty good, making it convenient to get around. The room had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was generally okay, though some areas could use improvement. The service was standard, neither outstanding nor poor. The value for money is moderate, so it's a fine option for a short, transitional stay.
UPs: So close to the airport, while giving away FREE shuttle to the CGK airport. The staff is sooo helpful, even though I didn't meet the head manager, yet. There are so many food shelter nearby that you can choose, in order to enhance the flavour of Indonesia. The price is quite affordable, so that you don't have to compare with the other hotel. They even choose the minimalist-futuristic furniture, so that you could safe space, while carrying a lot of bags.
DOWNs: I literally saw a bug, luckily the staff is so swift getting rid if it. According to the schedule, even though it was late, even by 9 (nine) minutes, the airport shuttle is still reliable.
Location is good. it's near to the airport.... staff is good...... outside there are no food d points... although they have some snacks and instant noodles at the reception u can buy.... there is a free shuttle to the airport but only up to 1pm. after that u have to pay 55000 IDR and they will drop u. there is not tooth brush and tooth paste. room is enough for a short stay and for one person. they will provide u breakfast for 50000 IDR but honestly I didn't like that. Rice was too salty and chicken was not cooked properly... I booked room with river view but it wasn't like that.... overall it was clean... WiFi was working well.... they provide wake up call....
The hotel is located near the airport, there is a free shuttle to the airport from the hotel. A great place to rest between flights. Super clean room comfortable bed and friendly staff.
Fantastic Stay Near the Airport with a Delicious Start to the Day!
Our recent stay at Amaris was an absolute delight, perfectly situated for anyone needing convenient access to the airport without sacrificing comfort or a great meal. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze.
The hotel's location is a major plus. Being just a short free shuttle bus from the airport terminals took all the stress out of our early morning flight. The complimentary shuttle service was prompt and reliable, a thoughtful touch that we greatly appreciated.
One of the standout features of our stay was the breakfast. Often, airport hotel breakfasts can be an afterthought, but here it was a true highlight. The spread was impressive, with a wide variety of both hot and cold options to suit every palate. The scrambled eggs were fluffy, the bacon was crisp, and there was a wonderful selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and yogurts. The coffee was fresh and plentiful, providing the perfect fuel for a day of travel.
Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep before our journey. We couldn't hear any airport noise, which was a pleasant surprise.
Overall, we highly recommend Amaris to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the airport. The excellent breakfast and friendly service make it a top choice that we will certainly be returning to on our next trip.
Stayed only one night in between flights. The shuttle bus stop at the airport is a bit tricky to find, at the end of the domestic arrivals (East Lobby). Unfortunately, the shuttle to the hotel would have required us to wait for nearly one hour, so we took a taxi instead after a long and tiring International flight. Staff at the hotel was very friendly, their restaurant closed around 10pm. Their free shuttle bus back to the airport runs every full hour and takes about 10 - 15min. Room was clean, shampoo and shower gel were provided.
Overall ok, but considering the extra cost for the taxi to get there, there are several hotels inside the terminals for about the same price, which is more convenient when you're just on a quick stopover.
The facilities are consistent with the price, the place is convenient, suitable for transit staying for just a short time, the air conditioner is cold, the tv is ok, the wifi is ok, the bathroom is just a while
You get what you pay for! But…. That said…. If you want to be close to the airport it’s perfect. I was able
To get a ‘grab’ car to take me into the city for a fun evening. Came back and realized that YES. The place is very clean. The AC worked well. The staff…. They were soooo very sweet. If you’re on a budget. I’d recommend it. If you’re fussy and used to a higher busget..? Maybe not. But the TV worked, the AC works. The shower had power……. And there’s an airport shuttle to the airport that’s worth the tip!
Affordable and convenient with 24-hour room service. It's close to the airport, making it perfect for catching flights, and taxis are easily accessible. An excellent choice for travelers with layovers.

AAnonymous UserI stayed here few times because of the price also location wise. But dont expect like the usual hotel. Its just at par for the comfortness. For those who are sensitive with the cleanliness of toilets will definitely want to avoid.
MMykel LI had a wonderful stay at this cozy studio in Tokyo Residence PIK2. The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch — everything was spotless, fresh, and very well-maintained, which made the space feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment I arrived.
What really stood out was the professionalism of the host. Communication was smooth, clear, and prompt, and every detail was handled with care. Check-in was easy, and the host made sure everything was ready and hassle-free.
Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-managed place. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay in PIK2!
GGuest Userlocation was a bit quite far from PIK center. Service was good and very helpful yet the system can be improved a lot. I booked from trip.com but need to install other apps which was not so convenience. Wifi and entry code to property also required installing other apps which was not convenience .
deposit was not returned after you check out. it took few days to get it.
Apartment was quite clean and amenities was ok.
GGuest UserIts a good apartment and the lord is verygood and responsible. Although there was an unpleasant incident, namely a late check-in, they provided extraordinary compensation and the owner was very kind. In the future, I will continue to choose to book at this place.
