Good location with a lovely view of the park with trees. Caipirinha was too sweet and the hotel doesn’t offer a packed breakfast if you are leaving early. In addition to this we sadly had a bad recommendation from a hotel staff member to get a Tim SIM card from their store which resulted in being scammed by the store as the salesman sold us sims using his own CPF resulting in sims being locked down and unusable. Tourists need to be warned of this to buy an eSIM instead.

Impeccable and welcoming service from Alicia upon our arrival and departure. Great facilities, excellent breakfast, famous location and privileged view of the cathedral. I don't think it's fair to take a note for cleaning, but I noticed that the windows in the rooms were full of forehead and face marks (to admire the cathedral, obviously) and it went unnoticed by the cleaning staff. The pool was very clean, even with the trees and constant wind that occurred during the days...

Environment: The surrounding environment is very good and safe. Opposite is the most beautiful Japanese park in South America, praca do japao. People walk their dogs in the park. Especially comfortable. Service: The hotel offers a rich breakfast. It is worth mentioning that the hotel actually has free valet parking. Not all front desks speak English, but they are very friendly and welcoming. Very recommended hotel

I booked for a break, but it was so good. I took a good rest to the room atmosphere, cleaning and breakfast! Also, the staff were so friendly and nice. I went with a 5-month-old baby, but there were a lot of family bingmen, and it was a comfortable place to have a baby!

The mango tree at the door is amazing, with mangoes falling all the time. The swimming pool is also nice, the service is also very good, and our triple room is also very good👍 We all had breakfast in the hotel, which is rich for Brazil. The juice is great😎

The hotel is located near Paraguay, and you can see 🇵🇾 from the room. The room is large and spacious, and the hotel staff is attentive, well-trained and very professional. However, the hotel facilities are old, the air conditioner is broken, the hot water supply is unstable, and the phone rings in the middle of the night...

The hotel is well located, but in the city center near Rui Barbosa Square. It's only Batel in name. Rooms with soundproof windows, good blackout curtains, good bed, and good quality bed linens and towels. Excellent shower in the bathroom with good interior space. The hairdryer could be more powerful, considering it's a star hotel. Excellent breakfast and service. New rooms and tasteful hotel decor. I recommend it.
