LLukman PrayitnoI had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Bukit Randu.
The room was spacious and comfortable. I stayed in a King Room with a balcony, which was a nice feature. However, the grass and plants outside had grown quite tall, partially blocking the view from the balcony.
The hotel facilities were generally well-maintained and in good condition. One thing to note is that the swimming pool and gym are located in a different building, so guests need to walk outside to access them. During my stay, it was raining, and unfortunately the umbrellas provided by the hotel were not in good condition, which made the walk less convenient.
What really stood out was the excellent service. Shortly after check-in, the receptionist called my room to ensure that the air conditioning was working properly and cooling the room as expected. They also asked if I needed any assistance, which was a thoughtful touch and demonstrated genuine care for guest comfort.
Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a very good experience. The friendly and attentive service, comfortable room, and good facilities made for an enjoyable stay. I would gladly stay here again when visiting Bandar Lampung.

The beach always makes me want to come back again....the beach is private, clean, safe and fun, never regret coming here, the pool is the only thing that needs to be kept more clear of the water

AAnonymous UserPersonally, I found the breakfast unappetizing. For a hotel that's supposed to be a bit more upscale, they even charge extra for espresso. There's a convenience store downstairs, but nothing else, which I felt made dining inconvenient and really missed the mark. They even charge for the bottled water on the table? Seriously, are they that desperate for money?

Aalpha_vlembanxA practical choice for families staying in the center of Bandar Lampung. It's connected to Mall Bumi Kedaton. The superior room is spacious, there's a connecting door, and the breakfast is delicious. They just need to upgrade the bathroom because the water pressure from the tap is low.

JJose SergioThe hotel has a nice setting out around the pool. The rooms are ok , but lack maintenance (cabinet door jammed and the faucets were lose …and other stuff like that ) . The staff is very friendly. . The overall facilities are limited , is a medium size hotel . Restaurant and breakfast on the average side , not much to offer and not that good . Expected a little better standard’s for a Sheraton ; yet still a good stay .

GGuest UserI had a great stay at Emersia Hotel Lampung. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to an executive room, which made the experience even better. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The service throughout my stay was excellent—friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome. Overall, a great hotel with top-notch service. Highly recommended!
