This was a very comfortable stay! I was very silly and went to Mexico knowing I didn’t speak Spanish. But the people of Mexico are incredibly kind and helpful. The lady at the front desk used translate to help me understand. The people working here are very kind. The room is quite spacious and the WiFi is good. The location is pretty decent; 20 min walk to downtown Cancun and market places; coffee shops etc Not too bad. I would return with my partner The room itself was very good; a HUGE bed and maybe a sofa bed too? The bathroom was nice too! I like this hotel it was very good

Its a great place in a great area w zero concern for crime. The apartment is great & within walking distance to food stores, starbucks, local food and the bank. Not easily accessible, especially when it rains & floods. Nice few days, v comfortable bed, two couches, full kitchen, brand new fridge -- has everything you need to cook for a Family. Highly recommended for a true local and great experience.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The check in process was quick within 5-10 mins and we were given the quiet room type as requested when we booked which is great. Room is big and clean with amazing ocean view and come with your own private balcony and hammock. Shower water pressure and temperature were on point too. We were worried about the Wi-Fi due to the numerous complaints seen online but surprisingly it was great throughout our stay at the highest floor! Fresh drinking water located the lobby with hot drinks making facility and they also provide microwave which is a bonus. Location is very strategic as well, just get off the ferry pier then walk straight up the road and within 2 mins you will find Rocamar. Supermarket (Super Aki) is nearby too, within 1-2 mins walk only. So as the restaurants, laundry services and souvenir shops which were less than 5 mins walk. We would highly recommend this hotel. Con: They can improve on washing the towels, though cleaned but still stained.

I was very comfortable in the hotel, I stayed for 5 days. Fernando, a very professional and friendly girl, did everything for the guests. In general, all the staff of the respiratory are very kind, thank you! The room has everything, blood is comfortable, the air conditioner works perfectly. It is necessary to keep in mind that the hotel is 2 stars, the room has no refrigerator and price and it is normal. The bus stop is far away, but if you stop on the traffic light right near the hotel exit, the bus will definitely take you. To the beach to go 7-15 minutes. It is important to know that one side of the hotel building is coming out on the road where people with sensitive hearing can be noisy. However, this issue can always be solved with the resepshne, the other side of the hotel is very quiet. The advantage of the city hotel - 200 meters from the hotel in the direction of the shopping center there is a home cafe, where to 16-30 you can eat very delicious soup and main dish for 150-190 peso 😍

A great place to stay with the central bus station literally 5 minutes away. The rooms are very clean & well priced and the pool is a great bonus. My only complaint is the very loud music from the bar all day. Not ideal if you just want to relax.

Great accommodation. We stayed for one night because we had just arrived in Cancún. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection. The room was clean and as pictured, the pool was really beautiful, and the location was fantastic.

Overall, the reception staff is very helpful, thank you! The room has everything you need, it's very comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Keep in mind that this is a 2-star hotel, so there's no refrigerator in the rooms, and that's okay for the price. The location makes it easy to reach the city's shopping center and the beaches in the Zona Hotelera. The bus stop is a bit far, but if you stop at the traffic lights right outside the hotel, a bus will pick you up. The beach is a 7-15-minute drive away. Please note that one side of the hotel faces the road, which may be noisy for those with sensitive hearing. However, this can always be resolved with reception; the other side of the hotel is very quiet. We had a wonderful stay at Sofía by Bunik in Playa del Carmen. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The rooftop is absolutely amazing – a great pool, beautiful views, and a perfect place to relax in the evening. It was one of our favorite parts of the hotel. The location is super convenient: very close to Walmart, shops, and restaurants, and easy to get around the city. Everything you need is within walking distance. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen.
