The round bed room was quite spacious, and the location is ideal – less than a minute's walk to Chunxi Road. Right across the street, there's a nameless 'maocai' (Sichuan hot pot stew) place that's really tasty, and there's a 24-hour convenience store right next door to the hotel. The front desk service was excellent; they even helped me out when I needed a local number for an airport transfer I booked on Taobao. My friend had booked a large room and they upgraded her to a round bed room for free. The only minor drawback was that the room lighting wasn't bright enough.

The location is fantastic! As soon as you step out, you're surrounded by delicious food and a bustling shopping street. Our family of four stayed in two rooms and we were very comfortable. The hot water was consistent, though the water pressure was a bit low, and the beds were very comfortable too.

Right in the city center, the room was small but had everything I needed and was very clean! It was quiet at night too. The front desk lady even upgraded my room for free, they have a printer, and I was able to get a late checkout. The front desk staff were really nice. Highly recommend!

Excellent location in the heart of the lively Shizhong district. Very well served by public transport. Easy and direct access to and from the train station. The Big Buddha site is a 40-minute walk away. Considering the price paid for the room and the three included meals, the overall value for money is more than worthwhile. The reception staff were very welcoming. My room on the 6th floor was spacious (large enough to have a bathtub!), clean, quite bright, with comfortable bedding. My room overlooked the central roundabout, yet the area was quiet. The bathroom was a good size and clean. A hairdryer and electric kettle were available in the room. Bottled water was provided daily. The in-room Wi-Fi was very good. There was a huge projection screen, but I didn't use it. The electrical outlets require an adapter to plug in European devices. The central air conditioning was efficient. A mirror in the room wluld have been a welcome addition but was missing, as a dedicated luggage storage area, like is common in many hotels in China, was needed to avoid having to leave luggage on the open floor for the entire stay. The breakfast restaurant is the hotel's biggest drawback. Located on the 8th floor, it offers a buffet breakfast from 7:00 to 9:00 AM, lunch from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, and dinner from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. This place isn't a restaurant, but at best a market stall. It's noisy, too small, dirty, and in a state of disrepair. The quality of the buffet is mediocre. There are no drinks at breakfast except soy milk. This was my biggest disappointment, as I like to make meals a moment of peace and indulgence. The common areas are not cleaned. The carpet in the hallway outside my room wasn't brushed once in four days. It was filthy. The ashtrays in the hallways filled up with trash over the course of my four-day stay and were never emptied. The laundry area was completely uninviting. In short, the hotel felt very average and didn't match the photos plastered everywhere, making it my most disappointing accommodation experience during my month in China.

I specifically booked this hotel when I came to conquer Mount Emei, as it has a pool for soaking. After a long climb, a 30-minute soak was really great, very comfortable, and helped relieve fatigue. The environment here is nice, and I also visited Xianxia Yunji, which I felt was perfect for ancient Chinese costumes. The rooms are laid out in a 'U' shape, and it wasn't too crowded, which was good. I'd love to come back again if I get the chance. The service was excellent.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and Wonderful Stay! I had a truly amazing experience at this hotel in Chengdu. From the moment we arrived at 1:00 AM, the receptionist went above and beyond to make sure my family felt welcomed and comfortable. She was extremely polite, kind, and understanding of our family situation. She carefully arranged a suitable and comfortable room for us and continuously checked to ensure that my family, especially my children, were comfortable throughout our stay. Despite our very late check-in, she personally accompanied us to the room and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Her dedication, patience, and professionalism were truly impressive. One of the highlights of our stay was her understanding regarding our departure schedule. Since our return flight was at 6:30 PM, she kindly arranged a late check-out until 2:00 PM, which was incredibly helpful and perfectly suited our travel plans. The room was clean, comfortable, and excellent value for money. The breakfast provided was also very good and added great value to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu, especially international travelers who do not speak Mandarin. The staff's willingness to help makes the stay completely stress-free. I regret that I forgot to ask for her name, but she was a short, slim, fair-skinned young lady with a beautiful smile. She worked extra hours yet remained cheerful, helpful, and professional at all times. The hotel owner should be very proud of her and consider rewarding her outstanding dedication and excellent customer service. Thank you for making our family trip so memorable. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Chengdu!

I had a short stay at this hotel and overall it was a good and pleasant experience. Pros: 1) The hotel is located in the same building as Chungxili Hotel, so access to the nearest metro station is very easy and convenient. 2) It is also within walking distance (around 10 minutes) to a mosque and several halal restaurants, which is a big advantage for Muslim travellers. 3) The front desk staff can speak basic English, which made communication smooth and easy. Cons: 1)There is no bidet in the bathroom, but this was not an issue for a one-night stay. Overall, a simple and convenient hotel with good location, easy metro access, and helpful front desk staff. Suitable for short stays.

五一期間入住，停車比較方便有自己的停車場，周邊有家火鍋很好吃，營業到很晚。酒店和另一個白玉蘭共用一個大廳，整棟樓除了酒店還有茶樓按摩和飯店，電梯等待時間太長了。, 房間衞生不錯，設施也很新，但是酒店不遠處有個大工地！！！大清早就敲的很響，直接把人吵醒那種，導致根本沒有休息好！！！

fantastic view from our corner room 718. day time and evening was amazing. clean, quiet. and comfortable. close to everything we needed. the only negative was workmen below renovating the park which was noisy at times. at the rate theyre working they will finish soon. and the toilet is in close proximity to the sleeping area little privacy.
