If you want to experience the true charm of a traditional local inn, this is the perfect place. The architectural style is stunning and gives you a real sense of the local culture, yet the rooms are incredibly clean and well-maintained. A major highlight for our group was the bathroom setup—having a proper Western-style sitting toilet made the trip completely stress-free for the elders in our family. The staff members were brilliant; they speak wonderful English, making everything from check-in to asking for local advice effortless. Their warm, localized care made us feel right at home, and the cute little garden is a wonderful touch. I would gladly book this hotel again!

## Facilities: 1. **Outdated and Poorly Designed**: The facilities are quite old, and the design is impractical. For example, the shower and toilet are in the same area within the bathroom, with no separation. This means if someone is using the toilet, no one can shower, and vice-versa. 2. **Misleading Advertising**: Figures 1 and 2 in the hotel's promotional images, which are crucial for customers before booking, are completely different from what you see upon entering the room (as shown in the last three pictures). I'd like to ask the hotel management: where is the bathtub from your promotional photos? It's turned into a concrete basin, and it's incredibly dirty inside. There was no prior notification upon check-in – it's a complete mismatch from what was advertised. 3. **Hazardous Staircase**: The stairs in the room are extremely steep. You have to be very careful going up, and when going down, you *must* descend backward as per the hotel's instructions, because it's impossible to go down facing forward without falling. 4. **No Internal Elevator**: The hotel doesn't have its own internal elevator, and the staircases within the hotel are also very steep, making it genuinely difficult to carry luggage upstairs. ## Hygiene: The overall hygiene in the room is acceptable. The wooden floor on the second level is clean, but that dirty carpet really shouldn't be there. ## Environment: The hotel has been converted from a two-story commercial building. It's not noisy at night and is conveniently located within walking distance of the ancient city's snack street, Nanqiao Bridge, and the subway station. ## Service: Service is just okay. After checking in, they provide some guide articles about nearby attractions and restaurants, but that's about it.

I thought it would be difficult to get back, but I decided to contact the front desk just in case. The staff quickly helped me check the surveillance footage and successfully retrieved my item. This small incident particularly warmed my heart. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, but what was most remarkable was the genuine service. It wasn't just a rigid formality but sincere and thoughtful care from the heart. It's suitable for both leisure travel and business trips. It was a very pleasant stay, and I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu.

Any needs we had during our stay were promptly addressed, making us feel right at home. Both the environment, facilities, and service were impeccable. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Siguniang Mountain, and we will definitely be back!

The guesthouse itself is clean and comfortable, with unique decor that's perfect for photos. You can enjoy tea and listen to music, creating a really healing and relaxing atmosphere. I was even more surprised to learn that Li Xian and Yang Di have stayed here – that definitely adds to the experience! The attention to detail is excellent too; they provide oxygen equipment, which is reassuring for altitude sickness, and you can even try on ******* clothes. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit! 👍

Room is pretty small with no window is not recommended because the period I visited cannot turn on the air conditioner so it’s very uncomfortable. If possible I suggest to request for the corner room so it is a little bigger. But the location is superb, very closed to IFS, easy to reach by foot and there is very convenient to call the didi in front of the hotel.

If you're traveling to Chengdu, this is an excellent choice. It's just a few minutes' walk from Huapaifang Metro Station! The location is great, very convenient, close to the subway station, making it easy to get around. Facilities: The lighting is a bit dim, there isn't much space to dry clothes, and the elevator doors close a bit too quickly. Breakfast is only available after 7:30 AM. Cleanliness: Good. Environment: Elegant. Service: The attitude is excellent.

The hotel is lovely, it doesn't feel like it only cost around 100 RMB. There's also a snack shop called 'Snacks Are Busy' across the street. There are no convenience stores nearby, which meant I couldn't buy ice at night. However, it's super convenient to get to the Panda Base, you can just grab a tuk-tuk right outside in the morning. They also offer a luggage delivery service to the airport, which was incredibly helpful. The entire process of getting my luggage was seamless.
