3-Star Hotels in Eastern Province, Sri Lanka

Myself and my partner had the best stay at De Pearla resort. Farah the host was the best. He cooked us the most amazing meals, helped us with anything we needed assistance with and made our trip so special. He even showed us how to cook biriyani! My girlfriend became ill with a fever on one of the days and Farah went above and beyond to make sure that we were all ok and looked after. It really felt like we became part of the family. His son was also very helpful and kind to us. De Perla is a tranquil slice of Paradise that felt like a home away from home. It was always so amazing to come back to after a long day surfing and the craziness of Arugam Bay. We hope that we come back here again one day. Thank you Farah. We hope we meet again!

Price-quality is consistent. Cleaning only on request, with no change of clothing. Shampoo and air conditioners are not available, put a small soap. Staff polite and welcoming. There is a parking, in the room air conditioner, wi-fi is weak. In a generally simple and budget hotel, your money is worth. Waiting for super-ordinary, of course, isn't worth.

Budget hotel, there is everything necessary. The most important is air conditioning, hot water, refrigerator. Furniture is quite old. Staff is friendly and uninvolved. The hotel is quite far from the famous beaches and tourist trips. There is no view from the window, but a beautiful view on the common terrace on the floor.

Welcome to Trincomalee, Sri Lanka. Nice hotel with great swimming pool. Hotel is close to the beach, you can walk there very fast. Service was good, friendly and kind staff with great English language skills. My friend and she's family really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Swimming pool, also to childrens pool was very nice size and well maintained, very clean water and surrounding.

We absolutely loved our time at the Hideaway! The grounds are incredible with tons of luscious plants that are beautifully maintained. Our cabana was amazing. Spacious, sparkling clean with fun tropical touches like a beautiful handmade quilt on the bed, fresh tropical flowers in the bathroom and main cabana and touches of bright colors throughout. We spent 3 nights at the Hideaway at the end of our trip and truly felt like we were fully able to unwind and relax there. We ate breakfast every day at their amazing café with delicious coffee, fresh juices and smoothies and bomb food (both local and Western options). Their bar has an epic happy hour from 6-8 with yummy BOGO drinks and the restaurant was some of the best food we had during our entire trip. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool on the back of the property and took a yoga class one morning which was quite relaxing. Their service was also impeccable with very helpful staff. We became close with a few of the employees there during our short stay - we loved Mathy and Hetti! Would 100% recommend and stay again!
