Next to Gangxia Metro Station, take the Link City exit C. Across the road from One Avenue. The lobby is on level 6 of building A2. The reception is just a small desk around the corner from the lift. The location is amazing, and the reception was friendly, efficient and helpful, but the room was less so. We got a 2 bedroom residence and it felt like it a bit run down. There was duct tape on the ceiling, exposed pipes in the kitchen. They provided a kettle with tea, coffee and bottled water. The bathroom had packaged toothbrushes and paste. It served its purpose as a convenient place to stay for the night. Easily fit 4 people, maybe 5 on the couch. The projector for TV was misaligned and needed adjustment. 10/10 for location but 5/10 for the state of the room.

Great location... clean hotel.. evertjing was good except the shower water pressure.. water pressure was so low .. booked room for 2 nights but because of water issue we canceled the 1 night booking and the hotel was generous enough to refund.. staff able to communicate in a little english

Booked my stay for 8 nights and below are my reviews. ISSUE 1 We were given the room facing the railway station and true to other traveller’s review, it IS NOISY! The constant honks of the vehicles can start at 7am till 12midnight everyday. When we entered the room on the first day, we tried to on the air-con for better ventilation but instead of cool air, warm air came out. Tried to adjust the settings but there was no change. Went to the reception to enquire but they mentioned they were not able to on the central aircon as it’s winter season and they would need to get management’s approval to activate it. what they could offer us was to open the one and only small window in our room. We told them we already opened it but it’s still warm so the other alternative is to provide us with standing fans which they did. Imagine us sleeping for 5 nights with the window open and the fans on, hearing the cars honks from 7am-12midnight. IT WAS TORTURE. Luckily on the 6th day, we enquired again and they finally activated the central air-con. Mind you the winter season in Guangzhou is totally different temperature than Shanghai or Beijing. There’s no need to off the central aircon at all. ISSUE 2 There were 20 floors in this hotel but there were only three lifts in this building. The lift space was small, could only fit 9 adults max in my opinion. The speed the lifts were going was also slow. Plus, you’re sharing the space with the service robots. So if you’re staying here, kindly cater extra waiting time. ISSUE 3 The rooms are not labeled non-smoking/ smoking room. So you could be staying in a non-smoking room but the room around you could be a smoking room. There were days where we could smell cigarette smoke in our toilet and unable to find the source. And there were days when we came out of our room to walk to the lift, the whole corridor smelled of cigarettes. I pity the cleaners having to use the humidifier everyday while cleaning the rooms. PLUS side - the room I booked was spacious. Could fit in four medium sized luggages with loads of space to walk around. - toilet was clean and spacious - there’s free bottled water provided and could ask for more - metro station is just below us. Conclusion, this would be my first and last visit to this hotel. Will probably stay somewhere away from the railway station in the future and will make sure to check with the hotels if their air-con is working. Not worth the price I’m paying for.

hotel of great historical significance and beautiful design. Family room was well equipped with child friendly gadgets, including play area outside. Room size is generious, clean, toiletries supplied. Staff was helpful. Free shuttle bus going to the airport. Very convenient for all the travelers.

Good location, SEG market just cross the road. walking distance to metro Huaqiang South station & Huaqiang Road station. From airport direct train . Room spacious, comfy, clean. Wifi fast. Completed with all amenities. Staff are friendly & helpful. Most important thing, near to halal restaurant. Just Infront of the hotel. Easier for the Muslims.

We stay at the hotel for three nights. The staff are very nice what they upgraded our room to a much bigger and comfortable room even at Christmas. They also gave us a Christmas gift! We had three great nights here. It is near the shop but quiet. It is convenient to eat or play nearby. Even if we deliver food, it is fast to arrive with lot of choice! We will come again.

The environment in the hotel is cosy and comfortable. In addition, location is close to the Hong Kong custom, after having a nice time in Shenzhen maybe consider heading to Hong Kong and also. Enjoy your time and have a journey for whom decided to stay in this hotel.

Best location and 5/5 of the cleanliness of the hotel! Not even notice that they even provided free laundry services 🫶🏻 gotta be right back to JI hotel because it really worth the room rate. The MRT is just beside hotel, not even 1 min distance. Lobby have a pleasant smell as well will made travellers felt comfortable and relax 😍

Always is the human touch that make me want to rate beyond 5 stars to the hotel. Vennie Chen (apologies if I didnt spell it right) learned about the hiccups that I had during my stay. She handle it professionally, the way she handle the situation makes me feel warm and welcome, the sincerity she shown is up and beyond, comparatively or even better than most of the 5 stars hotel out there. Xiao Long tong xue at frontdesk is smart and energetic. He understands how to service guests from different cultural background. The hotel room design is so special, most of the electronics items is controllable via ”xiao du”. Location is good. try this hotel to get a different staying experience. Overall a pleasant stay, and experience the beyond with Vennie and xiao long.

This is one of the best hotels that we stayed in. The room is so spacious and airy with a beautiful view outside. Inside, it’s very comfortable that you could lay back or stretch out on the sofa to watch movies. We really appreciated that there is a washing machine with liquid soap provided in the room. This place is centrally located near all the shops and restaurants. The cleaning ladies are super nice. They tidy up and replenished all the necessary items everyday. The front desk gentleman is also so nice to upgraded us to a higher floor. We had an outstanding stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you.

I was extremely happy with the room. If you are intolerance of smoking you absolutely cannot stay here however. My room was non-smoking but there's some guy hanging around all day long right next to the hotel office that just sits in his room and smokes all day long. I suspect he's the owner or manager of the place. It doesn't bother him at all the stink up the whole joint.

I am very satisfied during my 3 nights stay here. The room are clean and well kept, location is good so near to the MRT station. There is bubble tea shop next to the MRT station which operates till 1AM, can grab one when you are on your way to hotel till late. Supermarket is available next to the hotel. Eateries are everywhere, shopping mall is just stone throw. I bought breakfast together with room and I enjoy it very much. Fried mee hoon, sausage, dumpling, glutinous rice, croissant etc are very nice to eat. Meantime, I would like to express my gratitude to 黄女士, staff who works at the Cafeteria. The incident happen when my mom has left her handbag at the Cafe during the morning breakfast and only discovered it after an hour later. We quickly go down to the Cafe and check whether the bag is still there as all her document and money are in the bag. We met the staff on duty Madam Wong, she verified with some question and return the bag to us. God blessed we have met some being so honest, she told us the place is safe with CCTV full coverage. We reward her with tips but she rejected reason being it was her job. Thank you so much. Really appreciate it.

001 we stayed at the Fei before. We like it because it’s close to the mall and you have so much food options to choose from. Noise wise it’s ok even though it’s close to the street it’s not that noisy. Cleanliness it’s also average. But its location and friendly service with comfortable room sold me.

Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. I had arranged taxi pickup for the airport at arrival. Driver didn’t show up (for some obscure reasons) but the hotel staff quickly booked me an alternative complimentary ride to the airport; which was an unexpected gesture. Absolutely amazing rooms and facilities 10/10 ratings and will 100% recommend.

We are a family of four who visited the area to try the Sunac Indoor Snow Park, which offers indoor skiing and other snow activities for non-skiers. The apartment was just opposite the Sunac mall, and due to the metro construction, a small detour took around 5 minutes to get to the mall. The construction had no noise impact on our stay. The apartment was on the 7th floor (lobby), and our room was on the 8th floor. We stayed in a two-room flat with two double beds, and it was perfect. Remember to ask for additional pillows for each bed, as it comes with one set of pillows (one hard and one soft), which cannot be shared comfortably. The morning free breakfast was just perfect—a cup of coffee (of your choice) or orange juice with a selection of bakery items that were surprisingly tasty and fresh. Additionally, the apartment had a QR code for WeChat where you could ask questions in English or Chinese, and their response was quick and not automated. The hotel was approximately 6 km away from Guangzhou North Railway Station, and we decided to take Didi back to the Futian border on our way back, which cost us just under 500 HKD, including an extra expressway fee for the local driver to return home. The hotel is very popular with people coming to ski. The mall on the 3rd floor has plenty of Chinese restaurants to choose from. We ate hotpot at night, which was good value for money and of very good quality, and at lunch, we ate at the noodle shops. Where the apartment (building no. 6) is located, there is a middle section that cuts across all the apartment buildings and creates a lovely row of restaurants, which looks really nice at night. The mall also has an arcade and indoor amusement center where we rode electric go-karts, and there is enough to keep your kids busy.

Upon check-in , we felt most welcome. Front service staffs including the nite duties staffs are super friendly & helpful. They perform beyond their duties to assist all of us, getting the location of visits and recommendations. Hotels location is a bit old but the hotel provide the best amenities, close to all sights of Beijing Road, enjoy the bidet toilet every morning.

We were warmly greeted and accommodated by the receptionist who helped us with check in, also sharing with us tips to get upgraded and receive complimentary welcome gifts. All requests are fulfilled on time and with diligence.  One shortcoming is the wifi is not very stable connecting to TV. Apart from that, rooms are cleaned every day. Very satisfied with the stay and it is very near to the metro station.

Was a pleasant stay in this hotel. Location is great as it was just 5min walk to the train station. The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillow were comfortable. Breakfast was good with varieties. The staff were helpful too. If you would like to have a slightly less busy place yet convenient, can consider this hotel.

Cleanliness is fine however the room is poorly maintained. Wooden furnitures and decor are found cracked and the hot water is running out for few seconds every two to three minutes. Highlight, the sound proof is very poor, we can listen to boys chasing in the corridor and conversation of the next room. Location is great and free water, snacks and laundry are available in the sixth floor.

Great location is near to walking street “Beijing Lou” busy and plenty of foods 😋. The room is clean. The reception is nice and helpful even not good at English, specially Fay at the reception, she tried to help me with directions and information using her phone to translate. There is guest laundry which is also one of the my requirements for me to book the hotel. So I booked 2 more nights for myself and an other one room for my cousin to come to see me at Guangzhou from Jiangmen. The hotel has only level 2 and 3 but only guest can get inside area of level 2 and 3 through the door by the room card key.

A newly-built hotel reside in a popular tourist district. We got a clean room with nice interior and furniture. Nice staff. Hope the hotel room floors will only be accessible for the guests by installing an ID card system. Overall, the stay is a good value for money.

Excellent stay just over the checkpoint and close Zhuhai main railway station. Lots of food choices around here. Room was really big, clean and friendly front desk. They have washing machines and dryers. Would stay again

The location is great, you can see Macau fireworks at night. Facilities and services can, friendly and helpful staff. The toilet flush toilet water and shower shower water pressure is a bit insufficient. Although it is a non-smoking room, it still smells like smoke. Understanding that it is a trial operation, hoping to improve the equipment, including a children's playground and video game center, now feels a bit emergency opening.

The reception staff are very friendly. Parking is also convenient. There are many delicious Chinese food nearby. I want to visit again.

I've seen a lot of Hong Kong visitor staying here. Very convenient. Close to the night market (10-15 minutes walk). Room very spacious. Will stay again.

There is free parking, which is convenient. After parking, go directly to the elevator. There are hot springs nearby, you can go there and have fun. The room is new and clean, and the decoration style is good. The interior is big enough. The beds are soft and comfortable. On a personal note, I feel that the only flaw is the bathroom. The design lacks privacy, and it would be a bit awkward to come with friends, but it's still acceptable. And there are no rubber slippers for bathing. I like to wear slippers to bathe and don't like to put my feet directly on the ground. The hair dryer is powerful enough to dry long hair quickly. Overall, there is still a next time👍🏻

1.5 hours drive from Shenzhen!! Who hasn't been to the Castle Hotel!! This place is so beautiful! Even I can't bear to leave! The kids played in the room all day and didn't want to go out🥰 The address is in Zhuhai~It's only 1.5 hours drive from Shenzhen~ Come and stay with your kids!!

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels for the first time. I need to call the front desk through Ctrip's phone recording, which is very inconvenient

The apartment was great and very spacious. It was great for a family of four. The location is ideal if you are visiting Chimelong theme parks- which are about ten minutes away in a taxi. As it is an apartment, it was disappointing there was no cutlery, plates, mugs etc. There is a new shopping mall below but there is not a huge range of choice of places to eat and finding breakfast early was challenging.

Th hotel service was very good. Manager 趙先生 also upgraded our room to a terrace! ! Breakfast is also included! ! The young lady is very beautiful! ! The hotel gave us a souvenir when we left! ! ! !
