Hello! The room decor was cozy and the space was very practical. The large bed was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The mirror was beautifully designed and perfectly placed. The bathroom was spotless, and all towels were thoughtfully packaged in recycled bags. There are many restaurants near the hotel, and the area is very lively! The front desk service was polite and attentive. The team is super cool! I had such a great stay that I extended it for another night. Thanks to the team!

Location near to airport, maximum 15 mins drive. Good for passengers with overnight transit. Free shuttle bus is provided at specific timing. Contact the hotel upon and arrival for pick up and arrange for departure with the receptionist. Amenities in the room are complete and comfortable bed. No breakfast available. No morning call.

Getting around by subway is also a breeze. The room facilities are brand new and well-maintained. The mattress is soft yet supportive, and the air conditioning is quiet. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water pressure is stable. High-speed WiFi, an HD TV, a mini-fridge, and a powerful hairdryer are all provided, so you don't have to worry about anything during your trip. The entire room was clean and odor-free, and all the equipment ran smoothly without any old, creaky noises. Overall, my stay was fantastic. My family has arrived the resident around 1240hrs which is much earlier than official check in time. However the counter staff was attentive whom has surprisingly offered to us with instant FOC upgrade from 2 rooms to 3 rooms unit and allowing us to move into unit immediately. It is located at 29 highest floors end of corridor corner unit. The viewing angle has 2 sides of street view instead of normal single side. One side of it is able to see Pearl river.😍😍It also just few walking steps to restaurant for breakfast or afternoon tea and gym are situated on the same level 😘😘 The pros 👍👍: 1. Great interior design with cosy ambiance. 2. The building security access is enhanced for guests safety. 3. In-room clothes washer with dryer and detergent was provided. 4. Breakfast with ample choice and perfect coffee served. 5. Daily housekeeping. 6. The food delivery is using robot to transport from L1 to guest room. The cons😩😩: A. The kitchen is empty without any cooking wares. B. In the late night some wired knocking noise from ceiling. C. The water pressure is low. D. The afternoon tea is served with very limited items. E. The guests have to alight along the road side without any shelter if bad weather. F. The Didi and Baidu app unable to locate J Resident which has to enter J Mansion (J 公館) G. The wifi is very unstable and easy disconnected. H. The double bed in each bedroom is only fitting for 2 small body sizes guests to sleep on it.
