Echarm Plus Hotel (Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Dafogu Temple)

Front staff are friendly and helpful, location is excellent. Walking distance to Beijing road pedestrian street, lots of food choices to choose from. The only room somewhat below average, can't even get a cup for a drink of tea. There's no hanger or place to place your clothing when going to bathroom. Meaning you have to come out from the bathroom naked and walk through the room, not everyone is comfortable in doing that. Perhaps it might be the room type

Free room upgrade.Best location many food around the hotel. Room clean and staff friendly. We enjoyed the stay.

The room is quite ok but the internet is not working well and the first room allocated has projector TV spoilt and had to change to another room. The room is meant to be non smoking but people are smoking in the corridor secretly and no actions taken. There were two lifts and one was spoilt on the 2nd day and we had to go to the other that went only to the 6th floor and we had to walk up to the 7th floor. The breakfast was ok and my wife likes the DIY art. The location was quite central and easy to access. Better customer service needed.
