Great location and very clean room. The smart toilet and XiaoDu (smart speaker) were a convenient touch.

Stayed with my child. I booked a special offer room, but it didn't include parking and had no windows. When I saw the family room at the hotel, I immediately paid extra to upgrade to it. The building block table was a lifesaver for this mom!

Stayed at this hotel when I went back to my hometown on Friday. The room size was decent, pretty standard. The hairdryer was really good! And it was clean. I made a mess with my takeout, and when I called for housekeeping, they came quickly. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town!!

Fantastic location, within walking distance to all the attractions in the Old Town. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating with an early check-in and luggage storage. The room itself was well-appointed and a good size with a practical layout. Being on a pedestrian street, there was some street noise during the day, which made me a bit worried about sleeping at night. However, it was surprisingly quiet in the evenings, so the soundproofing of the building seems pretty good. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Although the price is cheap, it doesn't compromise on room size or cleanliness. It's really great value for money! Plus, it's near the pedestrian street, making dining, drinking, and entertainment very convenient. While parking is in a nearby mall's underground garage, the hotel reimburses the parking fee, so you save on that too. If you're looking for something economical and practical, I highly recommend it!

The bed sheets weren't clean, and the bathroom exhaust fan was useless and stank horribly! It was far from the online reviews; I will never stay there again, nor will I recommend it to any friends.

The toilet and shower drains smelled terrible. I was woken up in the early morning by the stench and couldn't fall back asleep. It smelled like sewage pipes—it was disgusting. I tried to open the window for some fresh air, but the noise from the bustling pedestrian street downstairs reached all the way up to the 15th floor. It was a terrible night, and the hotel only offered to change my room. The second room didn't smell of sewage, but there were long clumps of hair on the floor. All three of us in my family have short hair. The hygiene was truly appalling.
