There is no idle display for the washer and dryer, so I went to the laundry room several times to wash clothes last night. Because I didn't insert the power card, I had to scan the code again and again to re-cast the movie that I had previously projected; there is a robot on the last floor, but I don't know if it is broken or it can't be used. I have to trouble the staff to deliver the takeaway when I ordered it. It seems that they are also very hard-working. Overall, it is not very convenient. I hope it can be improved."

"Facilities: The room is OK, but the parking lot is messy. Charges: If you bring a pet, a cleaning fee of 300/night is charged (no pet supplies are provided). Don't believe other reviews that say there is an application fee. This is a note for families with pets. Let me talk about one thing about staying: The hotel does not have its own parking lot. I went around the underground parking lot for several times but couldn't find a parking space. The front desk asked me to go inside. The parking lot with a height limit of 2m is only about 1.9m, and the roof of the car was scratched. I reported to the front desk and asked them to put a height limit sign in the area that was too low (just a suggestion). The front desk was afraid that I would blackmail the hotel and said that the area did not belong to the hotel (inner OS, no, didn't you ask me to go inside? On the one hand, I said to park inside, and on the other hand, I said it was not my hotel area.) Although the comments are useless, I still hope that the hotel can improve its service."

"This place exceeded my expectations, it's truly remarkable! When I booked, I just picked it because it was the only decent-looking hotel near the Panda Base. But once I actually stayed, I realized the guesthouse owner put so much thought into everything. The common areas, the rooms, and the service were all excellent. Especially the incredible private hot springs... they were the most unique I've ever experienced, truly a hidden gem. And the wood-fired heating really blew me away! 😂 The room facilities are great, with excellent attention to detail – even the small amenities provided show how much care went into it. The rooms have floor heating, so it's not cold or damp even in the mountains of Ya'an. Breakfast is simple but fine, and there are plenty of options for dinner if you order à la carte. They also offer shuttle service to Bifengxia Scenic Area. It's definitely a great choice if you're coming to visit this area."

"Finally checked out the Ya'an Shili Fangfei Wild Rose Village, which I'd been longing to visit! It's Moroccan-style, and every spot is photogenic – far exceeding my expectations! The staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service 👍! The village also offers many handicraft classes. The natural hot springs ♨️ are perfectly integrated with nature; soaking in them was incredibly relaxing, and the kids didn't want to leave. The design style blends seamlessly with nature. Our room was very clean, with a private hot spring bath inside, and lush mountain views dotted with wild roses (though not in full bloom, the greenery was still vibrant). The balcony was spacious, and I loved sitting there enjoying the village life. Being in the mountains is so pleasant and relaxing; drinking tea and listening to birdsong was incredibly relaxing. "I chose a guesthouse inside the Bifengxia Scenic Area. You can drive in without paying for parking. The courtyard was beautifully landscaped, and the view from the second floor was also quite nice. However, it was a bit cold when I went on New Year's Day. Even with the underfloor heating on, it didn't get warm enough for a long time."

"First-rate facilities, first-rate cleanliness, first-rate environment, but third-rate service. The front desk was ridiculous. They didn't even know what time the hotel's hot springs opened. Since we arrived late, the hot springs were closed when we checked in. They told me it would open at 1 p.m. after checking out, so I could check out first and buy a ticket later. So why did I book a hot springs hotel in the first place? Speechless! Habitual lies. It was pouring rain. I asked if there was parking outside the lobby, but a car was already parked there. They told me to park downstairs. I explained there was a car parked there, but they said they would leave soon. The next morning, someone else's car was still there, and they didn't even offer me an umbrella. It was an open-air parking lot. The hot springs staff were also rude and completely lacked any service attitude. They acted like I owed them money. If you don't want to work, don't come. I especially want to praise the cleaning ladies at the hotel. They always greeted me and were much more friendly than the service staff."
