The hotel on the mountain has such a large children's playground, which is perfect for families with kids. You can order lunch and dinner every day, and we were very satisfied with our stay. Facilities: A great place for families with children to escape the summer heat. Environment: Beautiful, with museums and tea gardens nearby to explore. Service: All our needs were met.

The Mengding Mountain Holiday Hotel is nestled within the scenic area, with guest rooms featuring observation balconies that offer breathtaking views of the tea mountains shrouded in mist as soon as you open the window. The front desk service is attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast is abundant. Plus, a complimentary scenic area ticket is included with your stay, making it a highly cost-effective choice for a summer escape.

This hotel is located right within the scenic area halfway up the mountain, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the mid-mountain attractions and taking the cable car up to the summit. The hotel views are absolutely stunning; both the mountain-view rooms and the hotel's observation deck offer breathtaking panoramic mountain vistas, and the air is incredibly fresh. The hotel itself is very high-end and luxurious, with relatively new decor, and all the facilities and amenities are excellent and comprehensive, offering a good range of services. Staying here gets you complimentary tickets to the scenic area and a one-way cable car ticket, plus a free tea-picking experience voucher. Parking is free for guests, as is breakfast, which is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. All this for just 499 yuan – what a fantastic deal! I stayed in a mountain-view room, which was spacious, very well-equipped, clean, and quiet, with amazing mountain views. The staff were all very friendly, enthusiastic, and provided excellent, attentive service. You can enjoy all three meals at the hotel, and they are hygienic, tasty, and reasonably priced. Overall, I had a truly enjoyable and satisfying stay!

The experience was extremely poor. Even past midnight, they were still swatting various insects in the room, their reason being that the forest cover was too high, so I had to close the windows. First, you didn't warn me about the insects if I left the windows open; I closed them myself when I went out to eat. Second, I understand the presence of insects, but what does the presence of unknown insects, moths, and flies have to do with forest cover? Third, after I reported it, they did try to resolve the issue, but is this your attitude? Frankly, the price wasn't cheap, but I was expecting the service and hygiene of a budget hotel, which was unacceptable. The breakfast was also the worst I've ever had in any hotel—limited variety and unappetizing.

The bathrooms have many corners and posed a safety hazard. The building directly faces the parking lot, making it very noisy. The breakfast selection was limited. For a resort hotel, there are many areas that need improvement.

There's a children's playground on the basement level, but it smells terrible, isn't well-ventilated, and the walls are moldy. The rooms are unsanitary, and the facilities are outdated. It's only worth the price if it's located in a tourist area.

Originally we booked a family room because the floor was too short. Free upgrade to balcony view room on the 4th floor. Very clean. There are many kinds of breakfast. Very refined. It's very peaceful to live here. I will come again next time
