Extremely satisfied! The hotel's parking lot and lobby are filled with panda-themed decorations, truly living up to its reputation as the home of pandas. A very tall young lady at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and even helped us with recommendations for delicious food and fun activities. The room was also very comfortable and didn't feel cramped. I'll definitely come back next time!

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, excellent facilities, and high standards of cleanliness. The service was attentive and warm, and the welcome fruit and thoughtful local gifts were a lovely touch. Breakfast was plentiful, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese options, and tasted delicious. Nearly everything was impeccable, making for a truly wonderful stay.

Chain hotels definitely have their quality, service, and environment guaranteed. I just felt the facilities were a tiny bit old, but that's perfectly fine, given the high occupancy and usage. There's a large parking lot outside the hotel with charging stations, and it's only a few minutes' walk to the bustling area, which is very convenient.
