I loved the bathtub! It was super comfortable and an extra bonus I was able to watch TV from the bathtub!The balcony was big and spacious. The noise from the on-site birds i didn't like nor the sounds of the frogs at night. The bright lights at night meant i couldn't open my blinds. Saw wasp nests in balcony area? Swimming pool area was massive! Beautiful sunsets!!Soft and dreamy pillows. The shower is small nor could i use it. Phoned reception no answer. There was a hole in one of the bath towels. Soft sand at the beachfront.

This hotel was my stopover accommodation after transiting through Guam. It's very close to the airport, about 3 kilometers away, and a 5-minute taxi ride. When departing for the airport in the early morning, you can ask the front desk to call a taxi for you. The room was spacious, but the lighting setup was just okay and not really to my taste.

The room was very spacious! However, the hotel felt quite old, with the balcony floor peeling and rust everywhere. 💦 The thing I disliked the most was the ants on the living room floor... This was very stressful. Shampoo and other amenities were provided, but there were only bath towels and no face towels. The shower pressure was weak and the hot water was sometimes a bit hard to come by. Some of the front desk staff were very friendly, while others were a bit unfriendly. The price was cheap, so I guess it can't be helped.

I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

If you're traveling with kids, this is absolutely the best choice – it's truly fantastic! The beach, kids' classes, and a swimming pool are all available. You can easily spend an entire day at the hotel. Across the street, there's a shooting range and restaurants, and about a kilometer's walk away, there's a large supermarket. This hotel isn't heavily promoted back home, but it's genuinely good! Yes, the facilities are a bit old, but it's definitely not a dealbreaker.

I was worried after reading reviews about the old facilities, but I was completely satisfied. I went to the supermarket to buy cheap meat and cooked it myself. The room was spacious, with two bathrooms, a dining table on the left and right, and a large refrigerator. I was very satisfied with the price. There was a large pool in the yard behind the front desk, and I had a great time playing underwater basketball. The air conditioning was quite loud, so it might be a bit annoying for those with sensitive skin. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

It was convenient to have a Korean staff member at the reception. However, even without a Korean staff member, communication was easy and everyone was friendly. The facilities felt a bit dated, but they were still clean. I booked an ocean view room, but it was only partially visible from the balcony, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the view of the ocean from the pool was so beautiful that it was worth it. The connection was convenient, and since there weren't many people, I had a great time. Breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was under construction, so I couldn't use it. The gym was great. I recommend it.

It was the best Guam trip ever!! The hotel is excellent. Snorkeling at the private beach was especially fantastic. Ipao Beach has many coral reefs and you can observe various kinds of tropical fish. Just be aware that the equipment rental seems to be closed on Tuesdays! The pool with an ocean view has a slide which was a lot of fun, and the breakfast was delicious.

Good location, only 26🔪 taxi from the airport, free WIFI is not good, intermittent, thin quilt, no toothbrush, kettle, microwave, hair dryer. Front desk staff, good service attitude. Opposite is the police station. Downstairs is ABC supermarket, very close to DSF duty-free shop. The price is also relatively affordable. When coming to Guam, it is better to rent a car at the airport. The bus in the city is not convenient, and there is no bus at many attractions.

I booked a suite family room and requested two additional double beds, but I was pleasantly surprised to find four double beds, which was great. I was a bit worried after reading reviews about this being a budget-friendly resort, but our room didn't have any major issues. However, the floor didn't seem to be cleaned very well, and the water pressure in the bathroom was quite weak, including the toilet. I recommend bringing a shower filter. The room comes with a coffee pot, microwave, mini-fridge, TV, and water. There are no overhead lights in the room, so you have to use the bedside lamps. The pool is about 10 meters long, and the deep end is around 182 cm. I didn't swim because it seemed like the pool wasn't very well maintained. The location is decent, and they offer luggage storage, but it's just them roping off an area and leaving your bags there.
