GGuest UserI spent two nights at Dusit Thani and two nights at Crown. Dusit Thani was 400,000 won per night, while Crown was 250,000 won per night.
The view from Dusit Thani is absolutely breathtaking, but the interior felt a bit dated. Crown's interior, however, is much more pleasant and comfortable than its view. Many hotels in Guam are showing their age, but Crown recently underwent renovations, making it exceptionally clean with great bedding.
To maximize your satisfaction during your trip, I highly recommend checking the renovation date when booking any accommodation.

RRafael OsorioThe Hyatt Regency Resort is a great place to stay in Guam 🇬🇺. You can plan a three or four days holidays in this place to relax and enjoy all it can offer. The resort offers impeccable facilities with incredible amenities in each and every one of their rooms and suites beautifully decorated. You can book in advance to select the rooms with the best ocean views. I stayed in Room 1205 which you can sea the whole beach, pool and see and enjoy the sunsets every day! the balcony was an amazing place to chill!
This hotel is a good option if you traveling with kids as they will be entertained in the different pools. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and offers a great service. Breakfast is included and the food in the hotel is really amazing!

GGuest UserThe place is very beautiful and at walking distance from the airport (it took me 25 min. on foot). The room may have had partial view of the sea, but it was very enjoyable. The room is the size of an apartment and very luxurious with tub, shower, heated & multi-function toilet seats, kettle, big flat TV, air-con and don't remember what else. With the room comes the access to the gym and the swimming pool, which were nice, but not of the level of the rooms. Anyway it would be a pity to use them because Ypao beach is very near and it is simply wonderful with pristine, turquoise, calm and shallow waters thanks to the coral reef. The biggest downside of the place is the price: everything is really overpriced in Guam. Luckily I caught a good offer with huge discount, but otherwise it is crazy expensive. It lacks of affordable options and anyway with the same money in other places it would have been even better.

GGuest UserThe moment I walked in, the smell was pleasant, and it was comfortable and wonderful. The staff was friendly, and the room was in excellent condition. The bed was a little creaky and too soft, so I thought it might be bad for my back, but other than that, I loved everything. The ocean view directly from the pool was also amazing, and the sunset view from the passageway next to Starbucks was the most beautiful and amazing ocean view I've ever seen. I'd love to go back again if I get the chance!

MmarnimThis was my first time in Guam, so I didn't know where to go when I booked, but this place was the perfect fit for my child. Guam is often associated with PIC, but I didn't even know it was called that, so I only booked one night. We had a tight schedule, so the floors were a bit slippery here and there, and it rained the day we went because it was market day. However, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which was nice. My child said PIC had lots of things to do and Liga Royale had great swimming.
The beds were old enough that you could hear the springs snapping, and there were a lot of worn-out areas, but it was nice to have a clothes dryer.
If you're planning on shopping and exploring Guam, I highly recommend renting a car. They charged $30 for two adults, one child, and two pieces of luggage to get from the airport to PIC. It was less than a 10-minute drive. We rented the car the next day, and we spent two nights and three days there, fully charged, and returned it for about $9. Of course, we paid for the rental car, but we were busy shopping, so a taxi would have been significantly more expensive.

RRuby Ann Sisonthe location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy.
the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype.
The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub.
We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation.

NNicho Wongonly 8 minutes from kmart and even less for future donki stores. you could take red bus to city center just atound 10 minutes. room is very large and staff are friendly. free car to airport 24 hours. take 25 monutes to walk from airport just one simple way.

GGuest UserAlthough we stayed during a typhoon, the staff at the front desk were kind and helpful, and we were able to spend a comfortable time.
There is an ABC store next door, which is convenient for buying drinks and snacks.
It's within walking distance to duty free, so the location is no problem. You can also walk to the beach.
I rented a car and there was ample parking space behind the hotel, which I could use for free.
The free Wifi in the hotel was a little weak, but it wasn't a problem. NHK was also shown on the TV.
Recommended for those looking for reasonable accommodation.
