Guam Plaza Resort

Location of the hotel is great. Lots of restaurants and food options within walking distance. But the service of the hotel is just bad! They do not clean your room everyday and you need to ask for room cleaning service! I have been to many countries and even under developing countries with 3 star rated hotels, clean the room everyday without fail. They do not top your water, only 2 x 500ml water bottle for my 3 nights stay. Although the bed linens and pillows are clean, i found empty plastic bottles, thick later of dust under the bed and sofa. An old pair of bed room slippers covered with dust underneath the bed. The TV, is really tiny with resolution similar to the cathode ray TV back in the 90s. The Korean staff are very polite, but the non Korean staff are less helpful and certainly not as friendly.

Great location and friendly staff :) It’s really convenient for access everywhere. 5 min to the beach, ABC mart, some restaurants and bus stops. As this price, I think it’s really great!

Stay was okay but there was no microwave. Food at cafe was good.

The parking building was the best part Car park not directly under the sun Walking distance to the beach, bus stop, shuttle stop & restaurants JP super store is directly connected to Perfect Location Tumon bay

Guam Plaza resort is one of a hotel with excellent value for money.

The location was perfect for a solo traveller. A close walk to the beach, many restaurants, & a shuttle bus that stops at different shopping malls & other hotels. The room was clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. The sink and hand rails are stainless steel, but were full of limescale. Nothing was shiny or polished. I was there for a week & only received housekeeping once. I noticed other guests asking the receptionists to get someone to clean their rooms. The reception staff were friendly, however I asked a member of staff to book me a taxi & luckily I double checked because it wasn't booked. Overall it was a nice hotel, I would stay again because of to the location and spacious room. Also around the pool could use a jet wash the floor was filthy.

The room gave is just beside the aircon compressor, very noise, the window of room is beside the roof of shopping mall, has rubbish view of the roof top. After complaining to hotel, changed to another room, but sound insolation is horrible, the guest above seems has party above and can hear the noise clearly.

Thank you for everything . We enjoyed staying for five nights. Nice view from the room.
