The Tsubaki Tower

For the price, I was very Disappointed! I couldn't see the sunset from the infinity pool, nor could I see it from my room! There were stains everywhere in my room. I was on the 17th floor with my balcony door shut and yet the piano music playing at the pool side drove me mad! When I went to relax by the pool, there was a loud Zumba class going on. Not relaxing. The pool towels were of poor quality too. Difficult access to the beach. And not a good a part of the beach either. Many stairs up going down which meant many stairs coming back up. I didn't find people friendly either, just snobby. Don't waste your money, even though it appears 'exquisite', don't be fooled. Stay at Dusit Thani Guam Hotel instead as it has better value and a good beach right outside.

Our favorite hotel in Guam. One of the best experiences and the views from our balcony are amazing. We love staying here and would stay again. The restaurant on the top floor, Milano Grill, also offers great views and delicious dishes.

This the best hotel in Guam. We booked a big suite with a large living room and bed room, big balcony, and nice bath facilities. Everything was good and beautiful. We can use the club lounge and found it too be better than expected. Everything is free on the club lounge. We has tea set in the club at 2pm, before checking in at 3pm. And the 5pm to 8pm session provided unlimited drinks, cocktails and buffet. The club buffet was so tasty that is better than the full dinner buffet in other hotels! Also, the staff in the whole hotels are very nice! They allowed us to take a few photos in the sky chapel as we have a wedding couple in this trip. The sky chapel of the hotel has the most spectacular view in whole Guam! The hotel as a fountain show in its infinity pool. We joined at 9pm and found it very entertaining. The morning buffet tastes very good! Also the best in Guam! Highly recommend this hotel.

The newest hotel in Guam area as far as I’ve known! Guess it is nikko hotel franchise (they kinda got linked toghether like they are located right next to each other) so as you can expect their Japanese originated service and cleanness was on point! Breakfast was delish (not that many kinds tbh but quite satisfiable)

Rooms are the best , lobby service lacking. No one available to offer drinks or food, very passive
